Property Ratings at The Vineyards
The staff are so quick to address any maintenance requests. The atmosphere of the complex is very welcoming and green. The proximity to a neighborhood for walking your dog is amazing and it’s overall a great community. Management has been wonderful to work with and are incredibly supportive. I was able to use one of their dehumidifiers for a winter season which was so helpful until I was able to get my own.
I have been Tenant here for five years. Between two different units and a shuffle in management, the vineyards staff has been nothing short of spectacular. When it comes to any concerns I bring up to management, it is always treated with a sense of urgency. I feel cared for and that my voice is always heard. The units are spacious and well kept. The surrounding common areas are well taken care of and an inviting atmosphere for walks, play and fresh air! It’s such a peaceful lace to live!
This is the best place ever to rent from. They have great security and the maintenance is amazing the ladies in the office are always very helpful with all our needs.
Do not rent here. It's a nightmare! They make you sign a lease with "Quiet Hours" in it. No such thing! They treat certain tenants better than others. Not much for security cameras. If you say anything about unsafe conditions, they go ballistic on you and harass you and are condescending. If you enjoy being tormented, then this is the place to rent. If not, steer clear. RUN!
Great apartments that are spacious and quiet. These are definitely some of the best apartments I’ve lived in due to their solid construction and staff as well.
Moved in May 2023 and I have no regrets! I’m in a 2 bedroom 1 bath and it’s super spacious and I don’t hear any of my neighbors through the walls. The gals in the office are super awesome and the maintenance guy Geelan gets to your maintenance request super fast and is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing and just a super nice guy! I highly recommend The Vineyards apartments!
I’ve called the vineyards apartments my home for 3 + years now. I appreciate the staff and management. Theresa is always a delight to talk to and is always so friendly with both my pupper and the kids a watch. Our maintenance, specifically Geelan, is always ready to help. Any time I’ve needed assistance he goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of right away and completely. He surpasses the prior maintenance by far.
Absolutely stellar management, extremely helpful and quick with solutions to issues.
This is my first apartment. It is quaint, small and cute for short term (>5 years) stay. I love all of the included amenities. It is convenient and close to my job and small shops. Customer service is nice as well. I would have loved something larger, but this will get the job done. I recommend to anyone who is looking for something for short term, safe, convenient and well priced.

Excellent staff! Office staff are wonderful and are super helpful. The apartments are warm and easy to make your own. The spa, pool and workout room are always clean and maintained and really nice to have after a long day of work.
I like living here at these apartments. They are VERY quiet and well maintained. Manager is good to work with. Close to everything. There is a little shopping plaza next door and that is nice to live close to.

I love living here. The property is well taken care of and the staff really care. When I put a work order in, it gets taken care of right away. It's quiet and people are so friendly. Rent is very fair. I would definitely recommend moving here!
This place the little perfect hideaway. Surrounded by trees, nature but yet close to everything you need. The staff is excellent always responding quickly to maintenance. The amenities are awesome (the fitness room could be a bit bigger & updated though) and it’s a great place to live. Been here over 3 years and it’s so much better than other places in the areas.
I have been renting at The Vineyards for over 2 years, and I have never seen such amazing service! They are extremely professional, and go out of their way to treat the residents with respect and helpfullness. They have gone the extra mile on several occasions. Keep up the good work!
Beautiful grounds. Quiet. Great location. I have lived here for 3 years and I am very happy, renewed my lease again with out a rent increase, that was nice!!!!
I like this place. The grounds are well kept. Parking is good. I feel safe here. Close to shopping. Manager is always very helpful.
The staff is always very helpful and pleasant. Issues are taken care of in a timely manner. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. The location is close to the freeway, schools, shopping centers and gas stations. Compared to what else is out there for the price, the apartments and grounds are clean, spacious and pet friendly. I really appreciate that they don’t charge extra “pet rent” or for a covered parking spot.
I am currently living here and is my 3rd contract with the Vineyards Apt. It is a very quiet and clean place. Great location and very convenient for shopping, schools, and nearby places to eat. If I had any issues the staff was always on top of it. It is so quiet all of the time. Staffs are amazing and very respectful. KS.

We have been here a year now, it is the perfect location. My kids have a short walk to school, and the base is close. Our apartment is roomy, neighbors are quiet. Our maintenance guy is awesome and the office staff has always been friendly.
The Vineyards is a beautiful property located in a garden style setting with sprawling green grass and well kept grounds. The manager Teresa and her staff are extremely professional and care about the tenants and their experience living at the Vineyards. I highly recommend the Vineyards Apartments as your next home!
The office staff is very friendly and are quick to answer questions or concerns I may have, and the complex it self is clean and quiet.
I lived at this place for 2 years. Just moved to another state or I would still be there. The office people always took care of my requests immediately. Maintenance was always fast. There is a lot of grass and trees, nice exterior.
This complex will increase your rent and add fees at renewal. Make sure you are ready to be gouged on move out for excessive cleaning and repairs. Not worth it for living in a place that is "just ok" at best. Choose to live somewhere else. This place is a mistake.

I've been a resident at the Vineyards Apartments for 6 months, my father for 4 years, and my grandmother for 2 years in the past, and we've all had a wonderful experience living here. The units are well taken care of and up to date, I've been very pleased with my 1-bedroom apartment! The staff from the office to the maintenance men are very friendly and helpful. They do a wonderful job keeping the grounds clean and looking nice as well as answering questions and emergencies promptly. The Vineyards Apartments are a short walk to a convenience store, Chinese restaurant, Asian market, and the local JR. High school. The county fairgrounds are just a 2 minute drive away where they host the county fair, destruction derby's, rodeo's, and baseball games. 5 minutes in the other direction are banks, shopping centers, and gas stations. Although it's not cheap to live here, it's well worth it for the location, activities in the area, and the calm, quiet environment they provide for comfortable living!
