Quiet community, friendly staff, clean grounds, secure and safe. If there are ever any issues with my unit they are taken care of fairly quickly.
It’s a good place with nice environment. Would like the play area bigger but the pool is awesome in the summer. The lounge is great and we really enjoy the community events
Living here at the Vinoy innovation park has been good so far. Environment is clean except for the tenant living above our apartment, who makes too much noise whole day and sometimes late in the night as well. Have told them couple to times but they does not seems to bother

Quiet and Peaceful community, never had any issues, Just taking away the one star since the community management has changed its policies repeatedly in the last few years, apart from that the units in vinoy are very well maintained and serviced, the service times could really help with reduced waiting times. Customer service at the office are friendly, do their jobs well properly property manager is helpful. Garbage area needs to be cleaned. Dog poop canisters need to be pick up in timely manner not when the bin is filled and overflowing

You're the best! We really appreciate the positive review.
It's good living at the Vinoy, it's very close to all the amenities we need. But there's are some issues not resolved for the couple of years we have lived here,l. First, dog poop, it's not picked up and jus sits there. Second the trash gets collected many times and it's not emptied,multiple reasons for that. Third, the management is really not helpful or friendly,many times they just say it is what it is when we go with some concerns.

Nice, quiet community in a nice little wooded pocket of University City next to the IBM/Wells Fargo tech hub offices. Nice pool and tennis court. Less than 5-10 minute drive away from any shop you might possibly need, whether it's in University City, Mallard Creek, or the Concord Mills mall area. Nice sidewalks on IBM Drive, I've walked to Belgate Shopping Plaza or WalMart no problem. ~10-15 mins to UNC Charlotte and ~15-30 mins from Uptown and South End depending on the time of day. Super easy to jump onto I-85 from either University City Blvd or WT Harris. I've been here for 3.5 years now all throughout school and the only reason I'm moving is bc of a new job. Miranda is a great property manager and the maintenance guys are the best, especially Mark! A negative for me is it's LOT of young families with kids. Generally no noise issues, but in the evening they ALL walk or play in the parking lot, even though the complex has plenty of sidewalks and open spaces. Drive slowly.

Nothing is perfect but this is a great starter location. I have been living here for more than 3years now and I'm happy with everything so far. I moved to a two bedroom for more space and it's beautiful. I wished I moved earlier. I loved my one bedroom but the 2bedroom has so much more space. It has helped my family greatly. This is our home till we move to a house.

My first-year experience was excellent overall, thanks to the professionalism and willingness to assist provided by the front office staff. However, I encountered a new staff member in the office who was both rude and dismissive. She refused to provide her true name, and her attitude towards my family and me was completely unacceptable. In a business like this, it's crucial to foster a welcoming environment, and unfortunately, her behavior detracts from the positive reputation of the complex. The management doesn’t communicate with anyone the staff is nice and actually fixes problems in comparison to the management who picks fights just because. The maintenance is nice but can’t fix anything. My dryer wasn’t working for 7 months with work orders in there were so many roaches in the apartment on the third floor and there was mold in my air vent that made me sick for months they didn’t do anything about

Security deposit policy was not good for the dependents. They are collecting very huge amounts which can’t be afforded and for every thing they are asking money which should need to be changed

Please understand that our policy is to have everyone living in the unit undergo the same background and credit check that you did when you first applied. This is especially important for safety reasons. Should the screening require an additional deposit, we are required to abide by that decision. As a reminder, this amount is fully refundable pending no damages or final billing.
Very peaceful by my unit. The complex is very safe to be 24/7. Maintenance is always prompt. Just wanting to get to the tennis court and need a partner.

It's getting a bit difficult living here. Pricing for living here each year could be constant but instead, because of the marketing and growth within Charlotte from people of other places that are accustomed to higher priced living, no thought is put in to the natives here and how our financial earnings differ (and this is coming from someone who is about saving and providing for family with no habitual spending motives)

Terrible. Roach problem is terrible. Management doesn’t care… I’ve been living here since February and no resolve. The only thing I’ve gotten is excuses such as this garden style apt so roaches are common, we got a new pest control company so this should be better. Excuse after excuse.. all I know is literally roaches are crawling on my head
Great place to live. I love the environment and how organized and welcoming the staff is. Everything is very well taken care of. Very convenient auto-care car center, tennis court, lots of kids laughing and playing around the area. It’s very quiet.

I have had a mostly positive experience and would recommend living here. Staff, and amenities are good. They are changing their parking and visitor parking requirements so that will be nice. Maintenance responds pretty quickly depending on your request and I really like the layout of my apartment.

Good community but amenities are old. Refrigerator makes loud sound. Dish washer is not good. Utensils are not clean good in this dishwasher. Neighbor complaints on small sounds

The ambience in the vinoy innovation park is good. It’s really looking pretty during fall here. Target, Walmart , and Indian grocery is all nearby.

Please understand we do require any maintenance emergencies to be reported immediately via our 24/7 hotline so our on-call team can quickly address any leaks. We do offer pest control on a weekly basis - but notice you have not made this request. If you would like to be added for pest control, please contact the office and we can schedule you accordingly.

Excellent community to live in with kids as it is very spacious and kids friendly. Good amenities and parking space. Budget friendly also. I will definitely recommend this

Pros: Near by Walmart, banks, and grocery stores. Good location. Cons: No security gates or walls, Not safe for outside parking cars. Discouraging tenants by adding upgrade charges even after the lease term ends in current staying apartments.

I really liked the Move in experience, it was pretty smooth. The staff is very nice and cooperative. Apartment and society is clean and a nice place to live in. Also, I really like the events which get organised for the residents. One feedback- The process of offers available on the apartments could be more transparent.
