Property Ratings at The Vintage Apartments
There have been three separate instances that a dog has tried to attack people and other dogs. One instance where a person was bitten. They allow in Pitbulls, Shepards, and very aggressive dogs whose owners have no control, even the 80 Lb weight limit that the complex imposes is not followed. They also do not follow their own breed restrictions. These are not ADA dogs! The complex is not vetting these dogs properly, they are more interested in renting an apartment than keeping the other tenants and the fur babies safe. This is a dangerous situation!

This place is ok at best. They promised a gate and dog park would be installed before I moved in at the beginning of the year, it's July and nothing. Had to ask 3x for dog trash cans to be added- if you're a dog friendly community why don't you have these? Maintenance is around when they want to be and they need more training. They have drained the pool 5 times already to fix the same light, smh. They recently replaced the washer/dryers with older models that don't have windows so you can't tell if the dryer is available without stopping the load. The parking lot was just tarred and it was not done well. Oh and they're going up $300 on the rent. The neighbors are ok I guess but watch out for the dumpster diving homeless folks in the parking lot. The office ppl are ok but they lie and/or can't do anything without corporate. This isn't the worst place I've lived but I won't be renewing my lease.

I moved in not too long ago. My lease at my old place wasn’t over, I was just dropping my stuff off slowly and organizing as I went to make this move less stressful. I came home over the weekend and the door was unlocked. I had received an email the week prior about maintenance just having to check a few things at my new place so I assumed it was them. I was mistaken, my place was broken into and almost everything I had was stolen. I reached out to management and was informed it wasn’t them leaving my place unlocked since they (conveniently) didn’t end up going in after all. What ended up happening is that since their maintenance is full of incompetent people, my windows did not have locks that work so they were able to just open the windows and let themselves in(supposedly). Now management is taking no responsibility over their mistakes, the windows were "secured" and now are locked and unable to be opened but this should have been done/checked before I was even given the keys to my apartment. Would I recommend this place? Not in a million years. This has been my experience so far and I have been in this place for only a month. I asked to speak with corporate and it's been over a week since the incident and nothing, I had to call back and ask for the corporate number and no one answered so I left a VM. This is the kind of treatment you will be getting if you move here.

779$ for the SMALLEST apartment, at a year lease. If you want to be taken advantage of by the place you live this place is great. You will be woken up at 6 am every three days by maintenance men and their lawnmowers and leaf blowers. You will not be able to use the pool, trash cans, hot tub, OR vending machines. Your neighbors will be loud as a circus and the office won’t help you. You will have ants and mold in your apartment and you will have to deal with it by yourself. You will sign a lease and then three months later, you’ll be told your rent is actually 20$ more and you owe them for every month you’ve been there. I would recommend living on the streets before you sign a lease here. Completely unprofessional staff, I’m 5’ tall and 110 pounds and the office Tiffany in the office had the maintenance man stand over me as I tried to give my 30 day notice, which was then thrown back in my face and I was told they “won’t accept it because they don’t agree with my reasoning”. Legal aid and KGUN9 here I come.

These apartments are great. They have wonderful floorplans and nice grassy areas to play in. The front office staff is always helpful and they have a program were you can check out movies. They also have a beautiful washer/dryer room. They are pet friendly.
