Hi, we understand that moving can be stressful, and are thrilled to hear your move-in went so smoothly! Please give us a call or stop by our office if you ever need anything! Have a great day!
The maintenance staff is wonderful especially Dino! As a resident here, anytime I’ve had an issue and Dino is the maintenance man to fix it, he fixes it the first time and he explains what he has done if I have any questions! The office staff is very friendly and helpful and always available when I need them or calls me back if I leave a voicemail! Ana and Stacey have been very helpful to me all the time!

Thank you for your positive comments about Dino and our Office Team. We think they are wonderful too and are very happy to pass your comments along. Thank you for choosing to make Vintage at Plantation Bay your home!
A very nice apartment with amazing amenities. The of the staff members especially Ms Ana were warm, friendly, and professional. Usually the applying process is a chore, but Ms Ana went the extra mile to make it easy and smooth. I couldn't speak highly enough of Ana or the luxurious apartment and community I am now a part of.

Hi, thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to the team here at Vintage at Plantation Bay! If you have any further questions, please give us a call. We're always happy to help. Take care.
I can’t count on both hands how many times I’ve had multiple maintenance issues. Granted, I’ve never had a maintenance issue go unaccounted for, the issue is how OFTEN I have to call about the same issue — in multiple units. For 1, I agree with everyone about the stray cats. Wouldn’t be an issue if you didn’t get charged for the stray cats getting into your trash can and spreading garbage around. For 2, lots of roaches. Every other day I sweep out at least 10 dead roaches despite having pest control come to my apartment multiple times. For 3, 4, 5, 6, AND 7 I CANT COUNT HOW MANY TIMES I’VE HAD TO CALL ABOUT MY AIR CONDITIONING NOT COOLING. Wouldn’t be an issue if this was the north, but even in mid October it’s 80+ high temps outdoors, not to mention the extreme temps in the summer. That’s the most frustrating part. To have to deal with all the other issues this high priced community fails to fix, but to come home on a regular basis and it be 80°+ indoors? None of the buildings outside of the section where the office is have been pressure washed in who knows how long, so the exterior is filthy. The gnats. The biggest pest the apartments have. Fed by constant garbage disposal issues. The only thing I look forward to is the end of my lease.

We appreciate your review. Our team strives to deliver an excellent experience, but it sounds like we missed the mark. We would like to discuss this further with the hopes of coming to a resolution, so when you have a chance, please call our property manager directly at (904) 685-1463.
The management is unhelpful at BEST. The trash service is a joke... You pay $28 a month for a service that changes rules without informing the residents, then decides to change fees without warning or justification. The grounds are disgusting, and don't even get me started on the dumpster. There are stray cats EVERYWHERE (a problem I have brought up to management, to which I was oh so politely told that if they weren't bothering me, then it shouldn't matter). Oh, did I mention that when the MANAGER was promoting this place, she made sure to make it clear she had a zero tolerance for stay animals????? yeah... right. I was supposed to be pro rated in my apartment, which I was up front... then got charged the extra money in my next two rent charges. When I brought this up TO THE MANAGER, she asked me if we were going to be having problems, or if I was "going to actually pay it this time" word for word, her exact phrasing when I asked. They are a pet friendly location, but they do not enforce any sort of clean up. The small pet park they have is always covered in dog poop, and I have stepped in dog poop THREE times just in the last two weeks I have walked across the grounds to check my mail. This is ALWAYS an issue. They say they have a zero tolerance policy for abandoned vehicles, but in the short time I have been here, TWO have been left abandoned in front of my building. I notified the management, AGAIN, to which their response both times was "Oh yeah. We noticed that." And never did anything about it. Oh. And don't ever try getting a hold of them by leaving a message on their phone system. They NEVER call you back. When I came to this complex, they assured me that their residence were their to priority, but they are disorganized, unprofessional, disrespectful, and absolutely unqualified for their jobs. You could not pick a worse place to live.

Great place to live. All of the staff is wonderful from the leasing office to the maintenance team. We really enjoyed living here and the amenities are great. Anytime we had a maintenance issue, it was taken care of immediately and effectively. They are very health conscious with not only a gym but health and wellness classes, i.e., yoga, zumba, etc. On hot days there’s a pool and grills available. The entire grounds is well kept 7 days a week. We even enjoy the fact they pick up the trash from our front door….This place is awesome! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone wanting to live in a great spot that’s centrally located in the city, whether single or with a family it's very friendly for everyone.

Hi, we are so happy to read such a great review about our staff here at Vintage at Plantation Bay! Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything additional we can do for you.
Here’s my experience at Vintage at plantation Bay I wasn’t expecting so much professional advice on looking for my home searching. I met a woman named Patty she was very friendly and knowledgeable she show me around the property and I know my number one choice will be to move on their property see you guys in a month. The property is so beautiful and clean.
I'll give only One star because of the supervisor he is the best one on this property Nikolay, i've been on maintenance team since February of this year also I had a lease with them, and I have understand this company very well! with all the stuff on the management it's a full of liars and Stillers not only for the company but also for the tenants, Intel you sign your lease they are really nice and they make you believe it is A good place, once they have the lease sign they are full of extra charges especially on the water service and sewer service where the management charge you and the charges are the same even you are one person five people or you are in vacation one month they still send you the same charges, they have a lot of mold around the windows especially on the first floor and they have been asking me to paint over before a new tenant moves in the apartment, The request was made from Jennifer. If anyone has any questions please call me at 904-775-1777 Leo right now they are short on stuff they put signs and the request for workers in every website because they don't appreciate people then work for them they want to pay low rate, even though you're not licensed to do an electrician or plumbin they require you to do it you had to work overtime and they don't pay you for that and just give you time off from the week. I will offer 500$ to find me the owner phone number and email address I have voice records and some interesting vidios to show from the management people that he has at the properties on Jacksonville FL
Be aware of these people they are no honest. They do cheat the government too.
I lived here for two years and it really went downhill during that time. I lived upstairs and had roof and a window leak that never got fixed. Management changed in 2015 and they were worse than those before them. They changed office hours, making it more difficult to get in touch with anyone and then weren't open when they said they were supposed to be. I was very happy to leave.
Its a nice place to live and the staff is very friendly but sometimes they are a little slow to fix things
