Has a lot of roaches and management will not spray apartment
I would recommend for anyone to live here if they’re looking for cheap rent and a good place to stay. Everyone is very helpful and the neighbors around are very friendly!
Management allows their contracted towing company to tow renters cars. Management collects renters vehicle info - make, model, color and tag number then allows towing company to tow their cars away. My tag was on the front seat but the criminals at R&J towing stole my car then charge me $400 to get it back. Management blamed me because tag was not hanging from mirror? Protect yourself. There's hundreds of places in the area to rent find one that thinks about their rents instead of refunds from towing companies.

We are sorry to hear that your car was towed, however, we do not search for cars for tags in it. We ask that all tags be placed visibly on the dash or hanging from the mirror so it can be easily identified and the towing company doesn't go looking through each car on the lot. We take down your information for your safety and to protect you from criminal activity. But, if you had your tag in your front seat we are sorry to inform you that it is not where it can be easily identified. We hope you understand that it is never our intention to tow anyone's car from the parking lot. But, it is to ensure that there are enough places for residents without visitors taking their places.
To sum it up this is the hood and it’s not worth what you pay. Yes the kitchen is nice and the rooms are spacious but this is the ghetto don’t be fooled! I know CS is expensive b/c they cater to students but keep searching just don’t rent here willow wick seemed nice when I visited maybe try there but, yeah I can’t wait to move.

I have lived here right about a year and can not wait to move. The new management is terrible. The place is always trashy. Repairs are not being done unless you harass them for weeks. They will not let us use the pool. It has been lock for the whole summer. We pay all this money to live hear, they expect there rent money or time. We need to have access our amities. Just about every other week there is a leak some where and they shut off the water for hours at a time with out notice. Once I move I will be calling KBTX and inform them of the troubles people are having there. They don't even deserve that one star.

This is old building don't do lease at all everyday is new drama going on here. Today no water at all, this is 8th time no water without any notice on this June 2017. when we wake up in morning no water,we cant use bathroom at all.we have to go work but we cant get fresh without water and also having a big bug issue on this most all apartments.

I don't have AC from last night and this 1 pm nobody is taking care. Previously I was out of AC for couple of days and without internet for 5 days. This management is really poor, extremely unsatisfied with them.
The university Park apartment on southwest parkway college station, texas have very spacious well insulated living room and bedrooms. Each apartment have a patio as well. Each apartment is equipped with very good refrigerators and HVAC system. It has free internet as well. The apartment are highly affordable and the utility bills are very low. The apartment also have outdoor facilities like swimming pool, basketball court and volley ball court. The apartment is located in a region where many college students reside. There's also a bus stop located on the apartment for college and high schools in college station. The apartment surrounding are always kept neat. This apartment is very good for college students, young professionals and young families.
