Unresolved Dog Barking Issue

Currently writing this review at 3 AM, and the neighbor's dog is still barking constantly. This issue has been flagged by many tenants multiple times throughout the past several months and still has not been seriously dealt with. The management seems to have tremendous tolerance for it. So, for anyone who is considering this place, please avoid it for your sanity's sake.
