We resided here for over 8 years, ultimately upgrading to the J Plan, unit 1451, before our relocation. West building 1451 boasts a prime location with excellent views, sunlight, and convenient access to the garage. The community offers superb connectivity, proximity to amenities, and outstanding facilities such as a fitness center, pool, valet trash, and discounted technology services. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed by a professional team, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. Despite the potential for roaches in humid weather, we rarely encountered issues over our 8-year tenure, thanks to proactive cleanliness and pest control efforts with the assistance of the maintenance team. They have alarms in the house , camera in parking , corridors etc. and gated community , I was satisfy with the overall security as well. Overall, we cherish our time at The Voss and highly recommend it for its excellent location and comfortable living environment.
ROACH Motel, poor greedy property management. Poorly ran complex, its always dirty. The place is ran down don't be fooled by the model unit. This place is in shambles.

Electricity transfered to my name 2 days after i moved in, and they charge me $50 for 2 days which is more than my monthly bill. Now is the time for lease renewal increase is about %30. Water charges was alot higher than before although my usage is always the same. i v been asking why is that? and nobody answers. Trash pick up u pay for it extra but they dont work much. In a year so many car breaks in the parking lots although it s a gated community. Appliances are old and all works with electricity when the power outage occurs u cant cook as well. Water outages happens when there is no floating risk or freeze risk without notifiying us about the water cut. So u can stuck in the shower unexpectdly. Gym and pool useless very bad.

My wife and I have been living for more than 4 years and we would not move anywhere else because the new administration and Jennifer the manager and the entire office and maintenance team are the best! Everything is clean and beautiful, I highly recommend living here.
I've lived here for 4 years and it's been an amazing experience. The rent prices are reasonable, the property is properly managed, and the location is great. Moreover, the property manager (Jamie) is fabulous. She manages this place like it's her personal property and she truly cares about the welfare of the residents. It saddens me that I'll be moving out pretty soon.

I just moved in recently and I will say that I am quite impressed with the leasing staff. With my leasing process they followed up with me in a timely manner due to me needing to move in quickly(in a week). Every thing that I requested as far as a unit size and floor level they accommodated me. I put in a few work orders and they were taken care of quickly as well. The ground appear to be clean and well kept. Amenities are nice with two pools and a lounge/business area. It is in a good area as far as everything that you need such as fine dining, grocery stores, the galleria mall for shopping, and if you want to travel downtown or to the Heights. The valet waste is also a big plus and the corridors are clean and don't smell. Parking hasn't been an issue for me so far and even if you had to park on a different floor there is elevator access to get you where you need to be. If you need somewhere to live this is the place to go. Nice staff that will work with you is always a big plus for me.
I moved in these apartments in the summer, got refered by a friend whom already lives here. Honestly very attentive ever since my first visit. They make you feel comfortable, safe and like you are at home. I feel safe and secure here, amazing location, with shopping centers around me and one of the biggest retail shopping centers less than 10 mins away! Great, quiet, and friendly neighbors. Pet friendly, awesome pool, gym and pool table! I definitely recommend these apartment complex! I'm very happy to live here.
I'd say my apartment, Tanglewood at Voss, is an overall good value for the price. There is a lot going on around the apartment, and it's only 10 minutes from the Galleria and 25 minutes from downtown. The amenities are nice, the staff is helpful, and you can't beat the view of the uptown skyline from my fourth floor/east side apartment.
