I currently live in these apartments! I literally had no complaints about these apartments. The neighborhood is nice! It's quiet! There are stores that are a pretty distance away. My job is closer so it is easier to get to work! Literally NO COMPLAINTS! That was until May of this year! My AC went out and I put in a maintenance order. After that, I have been giving continuous lies and excuses! Every week throughout June, I put in countless maintenance orders and still have not gotten my AC fixed! I have even emailed and STILL nothing! It is now July 9th! My very first maintenance order was put in on May 29th! They have shown me that they absolutely refuse to send someone to fix my AC. Plz, do NOT rent here unless you want to deal with the same issue! Something breaking and having to wait MONTHS for it to be fixed. For how much I pay for rent and always paying rent EARLY each month for the past year…there is no reason or excuse that you could possibly give me that will explain why my AC hasn't been fixed yet after a MONTH! I am currently working on finding a lawyer to sue and finding a new place. Do not rent here if you don't want this type of headache!
The customer service is very bad, and the office doesn’t respond to the customers emergency needs within time at all. I have no ice and the house is very hot, so I had to live in a hotel for a whole month while still paying for the house rent. Matter fact, there’s no water on every Wednesday!!
These apartments suck . I moved in March 2023. And no one has come to fix my light in my kitchen , I don't have a key to my own back door, when it rains moisture comes in from the ground and leak inside my bedroom, causing a mildew smell. I haven't been able to cook properly or use my kitchen because of the lighting. I keep making request for people to come out, but every time I go to the office it's either no one in there, no one answers the phone or it's a new manager in office. I refuse to live here another year. The security rides around in the go cart smoking cigarettes and drinking. The security gate doesn't work so any and everyone can come in the apartments. The laundry center door is always locked. The pool not open, one of the main reasons I moved here. I just don't feel like these apartments care for their residents and it's shameful, disgusting and quite unethical.
Just moved in last month. Very nice people in the office. They helped me and my daughter alot.
I was moving from out of state to attend college at the University of Memphis. The Vue at Claudette office confirmed with me that my mother could co-sign for me without having to be physically present at the office. I went down with plans to stay there thinking everything is set. Once I arrive at the office in person, they only then inform me that they were mistaken, she would have to be there in person. They wouldn't even take a notarized copy. How do they expect college freshman moving from out-of-state to stay there? It cost me a lot of money having to stay in a hotel until I could get approved for another property. It affected my entire budget for the semester and they dropped all communication once it was clear my mother could not come to Memphis to sign.
The customer service is terrible. My ac has went out and I have called them multiple time and hasn’t got one answer or call back it’s like they don’t care as long as they getting paid
The property is ran down there is no communication with the leasing management and the tenants. They do not want you to make complaints, they're never at the office. They don't answer the phones, they have horrible customer service they are very disrespectful to each other as well as the tenants. You do not want to live here drive by and look for yourself. Drive-In there is absolutely no security.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Listen to the reviews these apartments are horrible. I am usually the one saying give an apartment a try but NOT THESE. RUN RUN RUN If I could give 0 stars I would.

The floors and ceilings can fall in at any time. There is a lot of water damage in the ceilings and floors. Need to be checked mold, mildew, and led. Management. Poor. Maintenance. Poor. There has been three different management teams in the past 4 years or so. Just poor poor poor. I give one star for security because they are okay.

Overall pretty quiet these days and the security it always patrolling keeping an eye on things hardly ever stopping anyone at the gate but the second something happens they are on it

They never come and fix anything in a timely fashion. My hot water heater was leaking for two weeks and the water spread through the whole house. I didn’t know it took three weeks to order a water heater.
First off this my first year and since day one after seeing all this non sense I thought about breaking my lease. But I thought twice just wait til this contract is up two more months and I'm gone Amen . First off I have a small son too many shooting over here too many. Fox 13 News stay in these apts. They shoot around small children don't care. They ride through the grass my son and nephew in his little swimming pool on July 4th almost got smashed by not driving on the pave instead all in the grass close to your apts almost killing my son and nephew. The maintenance just plum lazy and old. All these units need roofing work done. I have plenty of leaks and cracks through my walls and ceiling. Restrooms ceiling about to crave in it's old one more hard rainfall will do it. Loud music 24/7 loud neighbors 24/7 who barely work. Security poor after hours you call to get peace they Will Not Answer Period. They sleeps in they car. Call the office nothing is done. Plenty of cockroaches, roaches, spiders, and nets. Nasty neighbors. The office don't spray the units. Please move elsewhere
Security is new..We had them to come and go,but this is the worse.Waiting 15-30 minutes in line to get in the gate.And The way I have heard them talk to the tenants and their guest coming in and out of this place.IT'S BECOMING A LITTLE OUT OF HAND??
