Awful management and awful apartments. Not worth the headache or hassle.
This place is horrible been here 4 years mold disgustingly nasty and bad, bed bugs horrible, roaches uncontrolled no garbage disposal pickup smells like trash, when confronted about problems they never fix them don't ever find anyone in office. Been here 4 years can't wait to get out of here worst place iv ever lived in my life NO RECOMMENDATIONS HERE.....RUN AWAY!!!!!!

As of 10/2018 Timber Hollow Apartments is now under new ownership & management. We are in the process of revitalizing and adding new amenities. We are kid and pet-friendly. Please feel free to stop by and see our newly renovated and beautified community.
The neighborhood was safe and nice to look at but the management of the apartment complex was horrible. Management turn over rate was ridiculous and they never notified you of these changes so you never knew who you were going to talk to. Employees always said different things about different policies, took forever to follow up with you, and basically got nothing done. Be sure to ALWAYS put any correspondence with management, no matter how small, into writing.
