The Vue at Spring Creek

The entire process was super fast ,super easy not to mention the staff was great! I love my new apartment!! I can't wait to use the pool this summer!

It’s been good so far; a little inconsistencies/ inconveniences here and there but nothing major. Wish windows were a little more insulated and there had been a microwave! The insulation is also something worth mentioning given this is a cold state and temperatures fluctuate frequently.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I felt welcomed from the very beginning. The complex is nice and quiet while also feeling safe to be in. I’m excited to be staying here

The team at the Vue has been super helpful, from the management/leasing office to the maintenance. Thank you guys for all you do!

Love it here in this community. Vibrant Space and the apartments are amazing. Cant forget about the view. The best part of it all is looking out to the mountains.

As a new resident my experience has been great! The management team has been fantastic and super helpful with all my questions! Everything has been done in such a timely manner, overall the community and amenities so far have made this a positive experience.

Eric was great. The apartment was not ready to move in to be honest I'm just having to make it work. Not what I expected or what I signed up for.

Amazing customer service. Eric and Maggie were very nice and helpful from the beginning and are always available to answer any questions we have.

It is a nice and quiet neighborhood. I really like the location as it is a “tucked back” corner and there is not a lot of businesses surrounding it. There is residential houses to the north and south. The roads are not as busy. It is a quick drive down the road from I-25. The places I usually shop are all within ten minutes.

The office staff/management and maintenance team are always professional, courteous and friendly The entire process and move transition was smooth and easy. Upon moving I was welcome so warmly into the community

The area is nice. The apartments are clean & the grounds are well kept. The staff are very friendly. They allow up to 3 pets with pet fees of course, but perfect for our little family. Very Dog friendly too.

Easy move in experience, lovely location and amenities. Easy to work with. Very excited to stay here as long as I can. Love the loft floor plan

It’s alright, units have some issues. Pricing is reasonable. Would like to see some more maintenance done. The Vue at spring creek is a nice place to live though.

Great and helpful staff and so excited to be apart of this community. When I moved in they were very helpful with everything and cannot wait to stay here for the next year and most likely longer

It’s a nice little neighborhood without too many surrounding businesses. It’s quiet. Lots of neighbors with dogs and I really love seeing all the dogs. Apartment is clean and the upgrades are nice. Nice little community

Love it here, Im having a great time and the apartment plus community is amazing. Very comfortable and it’s a quiet space. Gym is nice and View is great.

Maggie has been wonderful to work with! So far, 3 days in, everything is fine! No obnoxious loud noises, grounds are nice, wish the pool was open but I am feeling comfortable in my own home!

I really like living at the Vue, I love the atmosphere and the extra amenities, especially the fitness center. Because the apartments are recently renovated, everything is nice and up to date

The View is a great place to live if you love living in Peace and a great management/maintenance team

Office staff is wonderful and attentive :) move in was swift the apartment it self is not perfect perfect but I appreciate the washer and dryer and sink faucets etc

Not a bad apartment complex, they have been increasing security to help with break ins and maintenance has always been great. They recently upgraded the community gym but the pool has been unusable since they closed it in the summer of 2022. I'd rate 8/10.

My experience has been fantastic and wonderful. I love my new apartment and the view is amazing. Truly grateful to experience a state as beautiful as CO.

Very cute property with direct view of the mountains. Staff was very helpful and understanding with our situation and helped us get everything done day of.

The community overall is incredible very quiet where I am located. The location is in eyes view of the mountains if you are towards the west side of the complex and many dog parks where your furry friend can go enjoy and meet new friends.

Quite neighbors. The grounds are well kept. Nice improvements. Plenty of outdoor spaces. Parking is not an issue. I like that the front gate now has a camera.

Friendly staff and clean grounds. Neighborhood is decent too. We enjoy living in a pet friendly place that is pretty quiet and has great views.

Overall, we are satisfied with our apartment at the vue at spring creek. Definitely check in if you are looking for a place that is close to shopping and area attractions.

Nice place , friendly stuff, apartment is amazing and makes me feel like I’m back home in Virginia . The tour , the application process , the amenities our super nice . Clean place and green . Well maintained , love the gym and the pool .

Community is one of the best I’ve seen in Colorado Springs. It is very well kept and all services are clean and work perfectly. Will always recommend

While not perfect, this apartment community is definitely a grade above other complexes in the same price range. My family and I instantly fell in love with the on-site gym and upgraded appliances available in every unit.

The staff was attentive from my very first call. The move-in process was seamless with no hiccups like their typically are with rentals. The apartment is beautifully maintained as well as the yard and pool area. I would highly recommend leasing here at the Vue.

lots of crime activity, due to not having a fully gated community building got tagged and cars were stolen. get a steering wheel lock if you reside here.

Love it here. Experience has been amazing, still getting costumed into the community and apartment but overall the feeling and comfortable is better than ever.

So far my experience has been great. The community is very quiet. I have not met any of my neighbors yet unfortunately but hope to do so. and a wonderful View with well kept grounds

The staff was very friendly and responsive. I can’t think of anything that would need improvement on. They are very communicative and responded right away to answer any questions I had in the process of the lease signing arrangement. They even stayed after work hours while I finished my application. And were able to move me in the next day.

Quiet community. Great office and maintenance team. Car break-ins detract from an overall nice apartment community. Beautiful mountain views.

Sine I’ve been living here the staff has been great and the quality of life is great. I look forward to going home and relaxing.

Great views and peaceful vibes. It’s amazing to have our living room facing pikes peak without an obstructed view. Love the pool and the gym even has a pelaton. Definitely recommend living here.

Vue Spring Creek is everything I’m asking for the view the people everything. My wife and I feel so safe being there it gives us a sense of happiness. I’m really excited to be part of Vue Spring Creek. The people are nice and the people who work there are very helpful. They made my application process very smooth and not stressful.

Quiet community. Professional staff. Vehicle safety can be challenging. Manicured lawns. Residents should do better in pet waste cleanup.

Staff is great at what they do, always super helpful when it comes to what you need with your apartment. The area is quite nice well kept, the apartments are nice and very well maintained.

I absolutely love it here :) it’s a great community, great apartments, and everyone is so welcoming. This place is perfect for someone who appreciates nice hardwood floors too.

It is really a gorgeous property with excellent views of Pike's Peak and downtown Colorado Springs. It would just be nice if all the pet owners picked up after their furbabies!
