Good area to live in good management team that helps out with everything you need good gym and nice pool and a lot of coman areas safe to be there

Really nice place to live. Quiet, clean, great management and maintenance is prompt and friendly. Fun monthly get togethers! And pets accepted too!

there are ups and downs to living here. The apartment is nice, but the whenever the heat is on, the whole place smells like it's burning. The amenities are nice but the foundation shakes whenever my neighbors take a step, which is an annoyance when you want to get to bed or watch a nice movie. The in suite laundry is nice but the living room floorboards and the kitchen floor have seen better days, even after 3 months of attempted scrubbing and cleaning. Maintenance is responsive, but my goodness I would hope I don't have to call them this often. Ah well, such is life.

Love it here so far! Just moved in thanks to Daniel’s help. The neighbors and residents are friendly and chill. The amenities are very cute and the gym is very nice.

It was wonderful, very friendly and helpful staff, depending on where you live it could be a long walk when moving in. Great amenities, you just have to learn your way around the building

The process was very smooth. Staff was very helpful in taking care of any issues that came up. Problems were addressed quickly and resolved without any problems.

So far, everything has been great. The place is clean and peaceful. When we’ve had minor issues, they’ve been addressed and fixed right away. We are very grateful to have worked with Dan from The Vue as he was quick, competent, thorough, and made things happen for us.

It is a great atmosphere with a lot of cool amenities. The apartments are so spacious and appliances are very updated. I am excited to live here for longer and enjoy all of these great things.

I enjoy the amenities and accessibility. I love the events and love the various outdoor spaces. The garage is also very nice and spacious. I also enjoy the pool and other lounges.

So far so good. The apartment was lovely and clean. CORT delivered the rented furniture exactly on time and very professionally. Shana gave us a warm welcome and I am confident that any help we need moving here from the U.K. will be forthcoming.

So far so good, some things seem left in not a great way from clean up crew or the resident so working with that has been a bit frustrating. other than that loving it so far!

Not only is the Vue a great place to live in Beachwood (I love my apartment!), I just love the sense of community with other residents and the staff. I know events and community isn't for everyone, but I really enjoy everything that goes on. Can't wait for this evening's wine event!

The complex and staff are nice, maintenance tends to respond quickly. Stephanie has been wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the vue to others looking for a new place

APM and leasing agents are amazing and maintenance crew is awesome. Property manager… meh. The noise on the weekends during the night and we hours of the morning can be horrible. People knocking on doors and running, hollering and shouting in the halls, etc.

All is good working hard to make this place look better very nice area nice pool nice gym and nice people working at the this place close to everything

The place is convenient, with good amenities. The rooms are spacious, perfect for our family’s needs. The staff are helpful and friendly too!

The staff and the neighbors are great here. The amenities are great and my fav is def the pool side fireplace. The team always goes out of their to help you

Everything is good. I enjoy the pool and the dog park and the location that is close to every health care and shopping centers. People who work here are very friendly and pleasant and helpful.

I have resided here since 2021 and plan to renew again. Excellent staff. Great communication. Awesome activities for families and a quiet community.

Great place to live! The rent prices are a little on the higher end, but the amenities and resident events make up for it! I love it here!!!

I love coming home to a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the residents. There is a sense of community at the Vue and the amenities are unmatched!

I have really enjoyed living at the Vue so far! The units are very spacious with a lot of storage space. I love the hardwood floor. The lounges are very nice and up to date. The outside area with the pool is very nice! I would definitely recommend living here :)

The pool is wonderful!The landscaping in the pool area is eye-catching!The experience in the pool area and the lounging area around the pool is very appealing to the senses.

I absolutely love this community and all of the amenities. The eclipse party was phenomenal. It was great for families of all types. There was music, food, and games. I really enjoyed the free glow sticks and supply of glasses.

Everything seems to be going right. Only issue are the floors. Pretty rough. Other than that it’s perfect! We are very happy with our apartment.

Love the events that the Vue does for the residents. The solar eclipse was a great one and looking forward to Sunday yoga with mimosas! Also, appreciate the cleanliness around the apartment.

everyone who i have encountered at the vue has been very pleasant. they have all been willing to help with whatever i needed in an appropriate time. always have smiles on their faces !

I have been here for a little under a month now. I will say that from the moment I stepped on the property, during my tour and interaction with the staff, specifically Ms. Shana, has been great. Ms. Shana answered all the questions that I had and gave me information about things I didn't know I needed during the move in process. These apartments are fantastic and it's a great place to call home, if you find an apartment you love, put in the application right away because they go quickly, and for good reason too!

Staff are great, but other residents seem to ruin the experience of living here. So many leaves their dogs' waste on the ground for you to walk through, leave garbage in the halls, and smoke in their apartments or the stairs wells. Sometimesy apartment smells like smoke because of how often the neighbors are smoking. I wish there was more management could do about these issues.

I’m at the view for a little while now .Great place place to stay, can’t beat the location. Great people going to the property. a lot of great food choices around

I like the vue but it could be better. Falls short of being an upscale luxury place it could be mainly because of dogs urinating and defecating in the halls and elevator in my opinion and those owners not being responsible. There is a definite “someone else will clean it up” mentality. Most residents and dog owners are considerate.

So far everything has been great, we just moved in and love everything about the apartment, can’t wait until the weather breaks so that we can utilize the swimming pool, we really enjoy the lounge areas and the workout facility

The amenities at the Vue are unmatched! I checked. Close to shopping, interstate, restaurants, winery, etc. The staff is super attentive. I love it here!

Maintenance is horrible. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Lack of communication, work orders not getting done. Everything else is done. The front desk does change up admin pretty often.

Nice amenities, especially for kids. Apartments are a good size, and modern. Staff is friendly and professional. The building is locked at all times and seems safe/secure.

I recently moved into The Vue. The facility seems to be in good shape and well maintained. My apartment, however, had to be swept and vacuumed before I moved in any furniture. This should've been taken care of by the facility. I wish the apartment had a smart thermostat that you could control from your phone. The current thermostat does allow you to set a schedule though, so that's nice. I also would have liked a bigger sink in my unit. The kitchen sink is only 1.5 compartments, but it does force you to keep up with the dishes because it's so small. The apartment advertises itself as "pet friendly," yet pets are not allowed in the amenity spaces because they are artificial turf and not grass. You are charged a $30/month amenity fee on top of your rent, so it would be nice for pets to have access to at least the smaller amenity spaces on the South side. Aside from these small things (I'm picky), I'm happy with my decision to live at The Vue.

My family and I have enjoyed our time at the vue very much. The staff is very kind and accommodating, and there are fun little events we always make sure to attend.

The apartment community is a wonderful place to live. The apartments have a wonderful staff that welcome tenants into the community. The balconies have a full view of the Beachwood area.

Love this place already! Everything is so perfectly done and the staff are so friendly! I’m enjoying the modern finish and my new appliances! This place is very pet friendly, especially for dogs!

The ladies in the leasing office are so kind and helpful! I appreciate all of the hard work that is done to maintain the property! There are so many activities for the residents hosted by the leasing staff and it creates such a positive buzz in our little neighborhood! The amenities in the building are hands down the best in Beachwood for what the rent costs. I feel like the apartments are nice, updated and spacious especially in comparison to some of the new nearby properties. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient! I’ve been here almost four years and have had major appliances replaced that weren’t exactly up to par. My daughter and I are happy here!!

Management communication is robust regarding all the issues! This keeps tenants in the loop and most things don’t come as a surprise. The apartments are also very clean and that’s a huge plus. For us, this being a strictly non smoking community means we feel safe and healthy.

Everything is great amazing staff they try there best and they work on anything you ask for. Matt the new manger worked so hard to fix everything and he is always there to listen and make things better

I enjoy my apartment and where I live. It is a nice place to call home. It is beautiful space and it is in a good, central location to Beachwood, Shaker, and Orange.

Friendly staff, great amenities, pretty quiet living space. Maintenance is decently quick about responding to issues. One big criticism is lots of pets and animal waste around the building and in the elevators.
