These apartments have roaches and mice. The breezeways always smell musty and like roten food.??

Lot bad reviews but I’ve been there many times in 2023 and have not seen any of these issues listed. Indoor pool open and so is gym which is very nice. I don’t doubt might have had issues in past but I have to say in 2023 has been beautiful and great. Gate system are suppose to be online mid May of this year and exit gate has been working for months.I also love epermit which opens parking for paying tenants This is great place I love the changes that are being made

Roaches in breezeway, pools never opened, trash every where. Gates always broken. Manager is very nasty and rude. Good luck ever using the gym. They don't sanitize anything. My daughter got her food cut open by the breezeway door because it's always broken and slams shut. My daughter got bit by a dog ok the property management did absolutely nothing. My son lived in the dark for 6 months because they refused to fix the fan and light. If your late one time on rent they will evict you. People allow thier child to poop on the pool. Dog crap everywhere. Rent is never the same. Several people there do drug deals and management doesn't do anything. They don't care about the property as long as they get that money. If you don't want a headache don't move there.

It is a good place to live in. The management are amazing and very approachable. The maintenance team fix problems in a quick way. The only problem I got is some of our neighbors pets that are not on leash when walking arpund the complex. But, everything is great and highly recommended place to stay.

This place is horrible. Only 1 washer works. No one uses the compactor and there’s always garbage piled up in the parking lot. I signed for the amenities. Can only use the gym and laundry room during office hours. Closed on weekends. Hello, I work?? Indoor pool hasn’t been open in a long time.

This apartment is horrible. Ive had maintenance break into my apartment when they knew that i did not want anyone in my apartment when i’m there because i’m a woman living alone, i can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbors do, my car was stolen where in the lot, someone was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot, and my apartment has not had cool AC since i’ve moved in & they still haven’t fixed the problem and my lease is almost up.

the worst place to possibly rent. they leasing office is terrible and the place has bugs!! if you love roaches then this is the place to rent SMH they just say pest control is coming to spray every friday & that does NOTHING! they don’t even care let alone going to fix the problem. literally disgusting

This apartment is anything but nice. Don’t let the pictures and nice staff get to you. You pay way more than what you should for the space that you get, they charge you so many extra fees that they shouldn’t. I have had packages stolen from me and there are no outside cameras to catch it. It’s “gated” but the gate is motion sensor so basically anyone can get in. The walls are SUPER thin and you will hear everything. And staff has came into our apartment before for an “inspection” while we were not home which I was not okay with. As well as maintenance which I never called to have maintenance come check something and told them I wanted to be home before they went in, that I was not comfortable with it. They told me it was “safety” and they needed to go in. If I could give this place a negative 1000 star rating I would. It’s overall a really awful place to live at. And I would stay away at all cost. Haven’t even lived here a year yet andy fiancée and I are already moving out. It’s terrible.
I got to see a two bedroom vacant apartment and all the updates were really nice. Every one in the office was so friendly and helpful! The Vue is on the top of my list!

I’ve lived here for a year and a half, and have nothing but good things to say about the Vue! All of the staff in the office are so nice, helpful, professional, and friendly! As long as you pay your bills/rent on time, you will have zero issues! I have rarely had to call maintenance, but when I did, they were prompt and thorough in their response/resolution. And the actual living space/apartment is nice too. Overall, I would give them 5 stars! Oh yeah, and your water bill is included in rent each month so you only pay electric and cable! AND, I do three month leases (most places don’t offer such short-term lease periods) which is very convenient for my situation. Highly recommend!!!????
Got fooled by the flashy presentation, now can't even leave an accurately bad enough review according to this site's rules. -3 stars if it was possible, they should have to pay you to live here.

This review goes to anyone in the market for a apt in Lexington. I would want to give you a real world example of vue apartments. 1. Be advised that vue offers discounts but in the long run you'll be charged lots of fees that will total around $100 more pre month. 2. A part of the fee is for pest control. You'll share the apartment with pest like ants, cockroaches. Etc 3. The walls for each apartment are thin and you'll hear everything not to mention smelling everything the neighbor is cooking or smoking. 4. The community is covered up by trees and at nights it's dark and thief is common, if the electricity goes out then good luck as they have no security lights. So this is a friendly true life review of a dump that you'll want to stay away. This is from a tennant.

I wouldn't have put any stars if it would let me! Don't let the Model and their smiling faces full you. They are flat out nasty and are terrible apartments. I moved in because of the special they were having and loved the model. I moved in and my apartment had not been cleaned, my floors were scratched, stains in my carpet, there was holes in my walls, mildew in my tub, and much much more. when I brought it to their attention they claimed it wasn't possible because no one had lived in this apartment yet. The cleaning lady is supposed to clean once a week and there is a spider web on the banister that has been there since i moved in two months ago. She's too busy playing on her phone and being lazy to actually do her job. The amount of drug deals I see in the complex is ridiculous. The gates are still not working, and thy were supposed to be working six months ago. That don't live here wonder in the complex because its not locked. The maintenance men and their bug guy knock one time and if you don't answer they unlock the door and just barge in without permission I could go on and rant for hours. Long story short, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
You pay way too much for what you get, especially after they add on all the extra charges to your rent. Renovations are a joke. They call slapping new paint on the walls and putting down laminate floors (more like poster board paper) a RENOVATION.
Went to The Vue in Lexington to inquire about move in specials. Talked to a very nice woman named Katherine who explained all the renovations & was more than happy to show us around. Right now they are waiving all fees & only $99* deposit, with approval of course. They are also offering $1500 rent credit with year leases! They are a little expensive monthly but not going to find a cheaper move-in price anywhere for this quality. And the place looks just like the pictures! Gotta love truth in advertising!
