It was very easy to get an apartment and to be able to move in. Everyone is so helpful and kind. If you have to live off campus I would definitely recommend trying to live here. This was a last minute thing and I was able to move in within the week.

I had a fantastic experience living in this apartment complex. The management team was always friendly and responsive to any issues or questions I had. The maintenance staff was quick to address any maintenance requests, and the property was well-maintained overall. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to my overall enjoyment of the complex. One of the standout features of this complex is the sense of community. Living here is ok it’s not bad. Many of the amenities are down most of the time and the elevator always broke but other than that it’s cool.

My daughter has lived there for two years now and the new management is great. They renovated the gyms, vue deck and added a clubhouse for our students. When I spoke to management about my daughters carpet they had it replaced in 24hrs! 10/10 customer service. Jada and Michael have been so helpful!!

My apartments was broken into while I was away for the holidays and the staff didn’t no anything it’s been a week haven’t heard anything there was no force entry so someone had to have a key the type of lock we have is not something you can pick there’s no cameras at all from the hallways to the garage and no one seems to care but they care about rent. And not safety 0 STARSSS
This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever been in. If I could give 0 stars to this dump, I would. Our refrigerator light doesn't work, Some light bulbs don't work. We have had to switch out our dryer because that was not working either. The hall ways are dirty, do not buy into that "Valet Trash" policy. They are false advertising by saying that they have "Fast internet access/ WIFI" Thats a lie. I cant count the number of times the WIFI has not worked and I have had to go to campus just to get my work done. This building just needs to be torn down. Management team sucks as well. The only thing good about this place is the price, but I don't think it is worth it at all. I don't see why I am paying my rent and I have all these issues. Absolutely ridiculous.

Literally the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff seemed nice upon first meeting them and they will take you on a tour of the building, showing you the nicest parts of it, but really it's a dump with next to no security. I have had my car broken into in the parking lot, and I filed a police report and they literally didn't care at all. They very genuinely said "Oh well. Make sure you don't keep anything in there.". I also had my individual unit broken into and the TV was stolen, to which they did absolutely NOTHING. Additionally, with COVID-19 they made all of us sign an addendum that they said would help us and protect us, and the only thing it did was completely screw us over. Additionally, I tried to get out of my renewal before the actual contract began, (after the TV incident) because I didn't feel safe and they said that there was nothing I or anyone else could do. This complex and this staff does not care about you, your belongings or your safety at all. It is disgusting, infested with bugs, and way more expensive than it should be for what it is. DO NOT RENT HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR SAFETY.
At first I had mixed feelings about living here, but after speaking with management many times I've grown to really like living here. It's convenient for UH students and not as expensive as Campus vue and not so gloomy like the dorms. The rooms really are nice, all come with modern appliances, washer/dryer, tv, and balcony. Management also has a lot of giveaways and activities that include a lot of free food, everyone's likes free stuff. If you have a question or concern I'd definitely recommended speaking with Kristen and Aaron directly, the apt managers. They always address any issues immediately. I'd say if you're coming to UH and are looking for housing this is one of the best options.
Management is very lazy with the property. Facilities are unkempt and the hallways are disgusting. Walls, of course, are paper-thin. You'll hear every word uttered in your roommates' rooms from your own. The elevators never work, and when they do they smell disgusting. If you live anywhere near a trash room be prepared to live with fruit flies your whole stay here. Parking is a pain in the neck. If you plan on having guests over, they'll probably have to park on the street since guest parking is ridiculously limited for the size of the complex. Also, there's a high chance your car will get broken into even when it's in the apartment parking garage. Furthermore, parking in the street at night is almost guaranteed to have your window busted. Then of course there's the classic student apartment deception tactics where they advertise apartments for certain rates that seem reasonable until you realize they apply individually.
If I could rate a zero, I would. I have been living here for almost a year now and cannot wait for my lease to be up! The management is awful, they don't reply to emails and don't care about anyone living at the apartment. Living in the third ward this is already not a safe area, and when things happen they wait days, normally weeks before even telling the residents about it. At which point they don't even tell you what happened, just that something did happen. When I moved in it was absolutely disgusting. It took weeks after moving in just to get the cleaning done that they promised before move in. There is not enough parking for residents, and definitely not enough for guests. People trash the halls, throw up all down the halls most weekends, and destroyed property. They lost my package and just tell me everyday to come back the next day because they can't find it right now. The manager is never available to talk to, she just always tells the employees to tell you that she's on a call or something. You don't want to live here under any circumstances. The walls are ridiculously thin. You can hear everything going in. Also, It constantly smells like weed.
I would give a ZERO if I could!!!!! My first apartment that I signed a lease for and I have to say that I'm scared out of my mind to even sleep here... There are countless mice and rats in here, I'm sure... Which then caused a flea infestation in my apartment. I went out of town last week came back, went to sleep, woke up with over 20 flea bites. I have spent so much money getting rid of the fleas that keeps coming back! Not to mention I trapped a mouse, released him (not me, but somebody that lives close) only to see another one run across my kitchen. I am a very CLEAN person, so they aren't coming from food... The one that I just saw is bigger than the last... There are over 200 fleas in my apartment. Maintenance keeps coming and putting down stupid pointless traps that aren't doing anything... I slept in my living room the last two nights hoping not to get bit, only to find out today... that I was basically sleeping with a rat. I'm so terrified of these apartments and want out IMMEDIATELY... I pay $1300 a month for these "New apartments" that are falling apart. Last night I was taking a bath and water was running all over the floor from some mystery crack and it was in the hallway, which alarmed security and he came and knocked on my door informing me, like I knew what to do.... Not waiting for my lease to be up... THIS IS A LIVING NIGHTMARE. Unfortunately I can't post pictures on here.... because all of the evidence is there. Not saying that this will happen to you, but I'm not saying that it wont. Also if you turn the thermostat off, you still will be billed for using it.... So turn off the breaker! On the bright side.... The office manager is really nice!
It will be a year that I've been staying here in October and I have been through 4 different managers and the employees are students . I stay in a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom and we each pay between 810-859 a month to stay here. Now utilities are included and it's fully furnished but I can pay that to stay alone in a really nice place. The walls are really thin and if you have company over and you all are in the living room laughing and watching tv , please know that a security guard will ask you to lower your voices , but I pay $9720 a year but I have to lower my voice in my own house when we aren't having a party or playing music , just watching tv and laughing . When I signed the original lease we were supposed to get visitor parking , but then that quickly changed , mind you I pay $35 dollars a month for parking but I was told by management I'm paying for the privilege to pay for parking because some people don't have cars lol , and me living on the 2nd floor sometimes have to park in visitors parking on the 7th floor due to no spaces smh. We were promised so much but nothing . Maintenance takes forever and you can never talk to the manager of the building . Thank God for Kandida , she has really been a great help when I needed her. I've been through it with the Vue from living in a hotel forv2 months until the apartment was being complete to dealing with inconsistency and choas to Dealing with 4 different managers , break ins, shooting , lol , but hey it's BOUTIQUE LIVING! It's no place like home lol!
