Property Ratings at The Vue on Seamist
Scheduled a tour with them. I received about 2 emails and 3 text messages giving me a heads up about the tour, and to confirm. I was able to confirm to all and when i showed up. There was no one here. I knocked on the door of the leasing office and even though there was women in there, no one even tried to acknowledge me. I called about 3 different numbers posted on their website, door or google and no number worked. Left with no tour and no desire to even consider them. Cant imagine living here with this management.
There’s no laundry matts, no ammetties even if is covid, should we pay less. No assigned parking spaces and you have to drive a mini coupper. Untilies 150 for a single person on top of rent!!!
I am currently a tenant of at Vue Apartments. I was charged like 60 - 65 $ /month for utilities (water, sewer and trash) for the first couple months after I moved in (I kept paying the same amount for the utilities even I their system was down). But it has been like 4 months (and more) that they have charged me 165$/month for utilities. When I referred to the management and asked them the reason behind the changes, their response was “ utility management company has been changed”. Few months ago, The site management told us that they have received several complaints regarding the utilities charged from other tenants so far, the concerns will be taken care of. Unfortunately, this is now part of a regular payment.
I applied to rent a place here in October 2019. I paid $155 and was told that if my application was not accepted or I decided not to move in, $100 of that deposit would be refunded to me. I decided not to move forward with my application and was told I would be receiving my refund within 30 days. This was over three months ago. I have since contacted the office countless times specifically speaking with Rubi. I have not heard a single word from them and my requests for contact have gone unanswered. This is extremely disappointing and a horrible business practice. I can definitely see why they have such a hard time renting out their spaces if this is any indication of how they do business.
Awful place to live. JUST. TERRIBLE. DO NO LIVE HERE. I haven't been here for six months yet and my girlfriend's car has been smashed into, totaling it, by someone who was driving without insurance. MY car was backed into, breaking the emblem, and someone threw an orange or something at the front not long ago, denting the hood. My neighbor keeps making inappropriate comments to my girlfriend, even though we have both approached him and told him to stop. Many of my neighbors smoke. One of them smokes inside the building, and the smoke comes in through the ventilation system. People keep driving by my apartment with their music cranked all the way up, or by flooring the pedal and making a ton of noise. People are always yelling outside and inside. The walls are thin and I can hear them. I'm looking into breaking my lease, hopefully without having to pay the $1,000 fee for doing so. I was offered drugs at the shopping area around the corner. I was wary of this place before moving in. The other reviews on yelp and other places should have kept me away. The four-star rating they show at the top of this page does not accurately reflect the true nature of this place. It's terrible. Heed my words. If you have any valuables, a good car, respect for yourself, all of the above: Do not, for the love of all things, get an apartment here.
They do there job if theres a complaint of bugs they spray the entire building and do what needs to be done. Great management.
I recently moved in to the Fair Oaks apartment complex in Sacramento California with my wife and two daughters ages 3 & 5 this place is supposed to be a secure and gated community however the gates are left open at all times the maintenance is very poor here the apartments are very nice however inside at least if you have small children I would not recommend this place due to all the marijuana that I smell constantly any time I walk outside my apartment the pool is dirty and the property is not very well maintained I find it hard to believe that they charge more than $1000 a month for rent but nothing is taking care of I wonder where all the money that I am paying them every month is going. I am a combat veteran who has lived all over the world in some of the worst places imaginable I would much rather take my children and live on a base in Afghanistan then live here in this apartment complex in sunny Sacramento
My mom and I rented this apartment as I am attending school at UTI in Sacramento, CA. This is my first time living away from home. Staff and Maintenance – The staff is awesome. Friendly and make sure all is taken care of in a timely manner. If you need anything done they make sure it is done in 24 hours but usually it only takes a few hours. Maintenance staff is professional and friendly. They come in and get the job done and asked if there is anything else. Safety – I feel safe know that there are security guards around a night. Knowing they are only a phone call away makes me feel safe. Complex is clean and well maintained. The neighbors I meet are friendly. The complete is very quite. Location is great. Close by to everything needed. Shopping, entertainment and mostly near Old Town Sacramento and the Sacramento River. Relax, enjoy and feel safe in your home, Cory A, Sacramento, CA
