The Vue

Concerns have been raised regarding mail and package thefts occurring among tenants, despite the availability of a dedicated locker system for secure deliveries. Additionally, the absence of surveillance cameras in the mailroom and insufficient monitoring or oversight by management is a concern. Instances of packages being left unattended by delivery companies and not promptly secured in the office further exacerbate the issue.

I have loved the Vue. I have been here for a little over 7 months, and it has been such a great experience. The staff here is great. The front office-- Grace and Leigh, are so nice and there to help you with whatever you need. If I ever have a service request, Dave is quick and prompt and is the nicest guy! All of the people in the building are great too and it is just in the best location. I highly recommend the Vue for your future home.

I am a travel nurse so I have lived in a lot of apartments recently and The Vue was one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We never had a negative interaction with anyone that worked here. Any time we had a work order Dave was right on it. Leigh in the front office was amazing. The only reason we left was because we bought a house other wise we’d likely still be living here.

The manager and personnel in the office are great, but I think Hunt Midwest and Greystar are more concerned with making money .

Love the community at The Vue. Management plans events for residents to get to meet each other and is very responsive to its residents.

The Vue is a quiet, convenient and professionally run property.

The Vue is a clean living environment that has a first-rate fitness center.

Great place to live. Amenities and staff are excellent. Location is excellent. The residents are great too.

Location is ideal. Farmers market at my back door, walkable to numerous restaurants, bars and shopping. Sound proof apartment living! Love my layout with large closets and windows.

My husband and I enjoy the residents of the Vue and find them to be friendly. Thanks to the Vue, there are social functions that allow us to get to know each other.

I have lived at The Vue for almost a month! It is a great community with access to amenities, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The location is in a prime spot with activity around the area. The Vue is very welcoming and provides everything you would need in an apartment! I would recommend this apartment complex to those who are wanting a community oriented area!

The vue is located in the center of overland park, there are limitless possiblity around the area, and luxury living is a keystone to make a successful career. I enjoy every minute living here!

The Vue is a great place to live! My favorite part is that it's right in the middle of downtown Overland Park. I barely have to use my car. The pool is awesome and the gym has Pelotons! Perfect place for my teenage girls and me.

This is a great place to live! Secure parking, beautiful appartment, and many walkable amenities.

My move in experience went very well even with a couple hiccups that were handled very professionally by the staff. A couple small maintenance requests were handled promptly as well. This is a great location and a great complex. I look forward to the next 12 months.

The Vue is extremely quick to fix any issues that you have. Their maintenance team definitely knows what they are doing. I had just moved into a unit that has never been leased before. One of the fans in the apartment didnt work so they brought a new one up and installed it within ten minutes. I also have a ton of work equipment that I have to have so the storage units on site have been extremely convenient. I highly recommend living here!

The Vue Apartments are the best apartments in Overland Park, and maybe even all of Kansas! Large floor plans, efficient/friendly staff, and amazing amenities! I would highly recommend living at The Vue. I already have 4 friends that have decided to move here!

Luxury living in downtown OP. Location is great! Walkable neighborhood. One of the pricier places but you are getting luxury amenities with that cost.

Love the area and living here . Love being able to walk everywhere. The new management staff and Darius in maintenance crew are very professional and hard workers. Hunt Midwest might consider better construction and materials

Dont move here !!! They use luxury in their name but there is nothing luxury about this place. Pets pee and poop everywhere, the walls are paper thin, and they get on residents when trash is placed out too early however when you come into the parking deck there is nothing but construction trash lining the parking deck

I have only lived here 3 months and have had the worst experience living here. My apartment was not cleaned prior to me moving in even though I was told "no one had lived here before" There was cigarette ash in my fridge, stuff in my kitchen sink, dirty drawers and detergent in my washer. None of it was taken care of. A week after I had moved in they put a package inside of my apartment and left the other one randomly in the hall. I never gave permission for anyone to go into my apartment. They are constantly watching you and your friends/ family that come in. Their trash valet which they must charge you for does not work with everyones work schedule, especially mine. you can only have it out from 5-7 and I typically do not get home from work until so they put my trash back into my apartment and forgot to take it back out. Most recently, they allowed themselves into my apartment WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, without a notice whatsoever and without it being an emergency which is a clear violation of my lease!!! I have brought all of my concerns up with the property manager, Cindy, on Friday who was supposed to get back to me on Monday, then said Tuesday and did not get back with me until I called her today. I live there by myself and feel completely uncomfortable, feel like I am constantly being watched and feel like anyone can just walk in there whenever they feel like it.The Vue is definitely not worth all i pay for. I would recommend ANYONE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. There are much nicer apartments around that will not violate your privacy.

I toured here last week. The staff was really nice and I liked the game room. The apartment they showed me was well laid out, and I liked it. The cabinets were too dark for me, but it was really pretty.

The Vue is a great place to live in budding Downtown Overland Park. The location is great and the sense of community is apparent

Very easy to schedule visit of the units, Molly was extremely welcoming and helpful! I feel very secure with my teenage daughters here and live that there is so much surrounding the building. Great path to walk dogs and great landscaping! Love it!!

Having only been here for two weeks we are excited about the new experiences ahead for us at The Vue

The Vue is a fun and fresh new apartment complex with many amazing amenities. The floor plans are very desirable with amazing kitchens and bathrooms. It is up to date with technology and includes a nest thermostat in each room. The covered parking garage adds major convenience and makes coming home and getting to your room quick and easy. The inside apartment view is gorgeous and shows off the amazing pool and hangout areas.

I have been a resident for less than 2 weeks, after experiencing less than satisfactory customer service at my previous complex in downtown Lawrence, Kansas. Even within only a short period of time, I have been more impressed with the level of attentiveness of the staff and the quality of facilities within the complex than I have ever been after long-term stays at other residences. Marah, Molly, Chris and the extended team have been highly accommodating and helpful from original apartment viewing to application process and move-in. For example, my dryer hasn’t been functioning properly, and as soon as I submitted a service request, Molly and Chris promptly contacted me with information about the maintenance visit as well as an offer to use the dryer at a nearby unit until mine had been fixed. The team truly goes about and beyond and additionally, the brand new facilities are spotless and extremely well maintained. I highly recommend making The Vue your next residence!

The Vue is a great places to live. The staff is very helpful and always has the answers to any questions. The amenities are amazing also. I think I spent more time outside of my apartment in the community area and pool than I do inside. Great place highly recommend

I have lived at the Vue for two months now and I have never felt so safe in an apartment and such a sense of community. Molly in the front office is so inviting and helpful with everything from the resident portal to setting up cable through at&t and even places to eat near by. I don't feel I live at an apartment complex but more of a resort as the amenities are beyond and the residents are so inviting because the atmosphere is amazing. I could not recommend The Vue more!

The staff and amenities at The Vue are top notch. I did a very thorough search when looking for my next residence and The Vue checked off all the boxes that I was looking for. There is a strong sense of camaraderie within the complex and I genuinely feel like I'm a part of a community by living here. I would recommend The Vue to anyone looking for a new place to living in a growing part of our city.
