The Walker

Wonderful and very helpful staff. Very quick response when there is an issue. Mike and Don are very friendly and helpful.The community is lovely and we feel absolutely at home.

We have only been here 72 hours but the staff(Hannah and Nicole) could not have been more helpful with all of our questions both before and after our move in. Our apartment is fabulous and we look forward to a long and happy stay!

This is an easy rating for us to provide for this apartment complex. The property is very well managed and maintained. We are sensitive to maintenance and undoubtedly. there is a high priority to address an issue that is submitted by a resident. The quality of the building is good, however for some, street noise or upstairs noise is an issue. The amenities of the building make this a nice community to live in. The pool, though not heated, is lovely in the hot summers. The Twilight Room is a community room for anyone to use. The pool table and a large TV area for sports or TV events is well utilized. Direct access to the community Park is ideal for dog walking & enjoying activities in the park. Mail is easily handled in a mail room and a separate package room is secure. All floors are secure and require special access to each floor. The Gym is furnished with appropriate work-out equipment. The dog bathing station helps us keep our fur babies groomed. We will be staying.

Great building, staff, amenities, and community. Proximity to the park is a huge bonus. My only complaint is that parking can get really bad some nights and weekends.

Amazing staff. Nicole and Hannah are top notch experts. They always have a smile. It's always great to talk with them. These two truly make living at The Walker special.

We have been here 2 years and it has been one of the best apartment living experiences we’ve had. We get excited to come home, interact with neighbors and the staff. Everyone has been nice and welcoming to us and to have been here from the start and see the growth has been amazing.

Love the area, it’s quiet, it’s fun there’s always something to walk to or do. The big windows are the best and the patios are so nice!!! The views are great and they have fun activities every month for residents to connect

We love the community, organization and the responsiveness of the staff. The workmanship of the unit is not to the level that is advertised however, the staff try their best to accommodate, fix and address the issues as best as they can.

The team at the Walker are unmatched. They put care into everything they do. It isn't a "job", it is a passion to see to the needs of the residents. They are building a community.

I am really enjoying life here at The Walker. It’s extremely difficult to find an apartment with this level of amenities, activities and security, but coupled with the fact that we are positioned a few steps from Downtown Cary Park makes living here an exceptional experience. Wonderful staff and beautiful facilities.

Very active community: walking, running, swimming, social activities, enjoying the adjacent new Cary park and new library. Excellent vibe! Great staff!

Love my apartment and the fantastic view of Downtown Cary Park. My balcony will be a great place to listen to concerts in the park. Everyone I have met has been very friendly.

I moved into the Walker about a month and a half or two months ago and it's probably the best decision I've ever made as far as WHERE I want to live and HOW I want to live. The people in the community here are amazing. It's incredibly friendly and positive. It's hard not to feel like there's something good and right when you walk in and talk with the team or meet your neighbors. And then the physical place is just amazing. I tell everybody I've got the best apartment in Cary. A world class downtown park is my backyard. Restaurants, bars, and camaraderie are all just a short walk away. The place is alive and vibrant during the day and in the evening, yet peaceful and Serene at night. There's no place I'd rather be actually than sitting on my back deck, watching the lively Park during the day or listening to the frogs at night. If you're looking for a place that is energizing positive, and also happens to have probably the best location in the entire region, there's no better place

Love it so safe and quiet. Beautiful window views and walkable restaurants. Shopping and groceries are under 5 min drive and the park is gorgeous.

Good neighbors! Fun activities and wonderful downtown park! Come visit our neighborhood and check out the nice restaurants and wonderful social district.

We’re coming up on 6 mos here at The Walker and love it. Of course the location is great. Plus we enjoy the amenities and the well equipped and bright apartment. But the team here really makes this place shine. They’re always friendly and ready to help and are incredibly responsive to any needs, concerns or maintenance requests. That’s huge. No place is ever perfect, so having a team that is on top of things is a game changer and has made the transition from owning to renting an easy one. My only minor gripe… the window cleaning was a bust. One of our windows is better but two were made worse and our dirtiest window was missed altogether. I’d recommend hiring a different service next time that uses more than a broom with a hose connected. Aside from that, it’s awesome here!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Walker! Living here is so easy and so enjoyable and, having access to Cary's Downtown Park is an added bonus! Also, the staff is extremely helpful and they are all so nice!

Lovely people and activities including social hours, dining out and games. Walk to the park and restaurants. Office very friendly and helpful.

It's sleek, safe, accessible and in a great town. Downtown Cary always has something going on while also being quaint.

Amazing walking distance to downtown, fun monthly events for residents, the kindest maintenance team & staff & so many nice amenities! Could love it more!!

As one of the first people to move in, of course, we had a few tweaks and final finishes, but we love the service provided by the maintenance team and the rental office. Can’t wait for the pool deck to be open and be able to sit by a fire or grill out. The park will be amazing. Great views of the construction progress right now which is cool.

We absolutely love the Walker! It is everything that we anticipated it would be. Brittany and the rest of the team have been incredibly wonderful to work with and have taken very good care of us. We look forward to many years here.
