Known locally as “Old City,” Center City East comprises some of Philadelphia's oldest buildings, dating back to colonial times. The area includes the Graff house, where Thomas Jefferson lived while writing the Declaration of Independence; Independence Hall, where it was signed and ratified; and numerous other legendary American artifacts and landmarks such as the Liberty Bell.
As you might expect, it’s an extremely popular tourist destination, but the vintage buildings are home to exquisite restaurants and a thriving nightlife scene that locals can’t get enough of. Philadelphia’s Chinatown takes up a significant portion of the neighborhood, injecting international flair into the all-American landscape. The tight layout gives many residents the option of walking to work, the grocery store, or out to eat, while PATCO and SEPTA service provide several convenient options for getting around the city.

Property Ratings at The Warehouse Apartments
We have been living here for several months and we have been having a great experience. Management is very responsive and friendly. We submitted a couple of minor maintenance requests and both times maintenance promptly fixed the issue. The apartments are super spacious. Highly recommend!
Management at this place is a nightmare. We were stuck at this place for about a year. Maintenance problems are never solved and always blamed on tenants.
Living at this apartment has been an absolute nightmare. Management is completely incompetent and can't solve a problem if their life depended on it. Despite what's advertised on their website, there is NOT 24/7 maintenance, nor 24/7 security. When security is there, they do not check resident status before allowing people to enter the building. We are never alerted when packages are delivered, they advertise parking and yet claim the lot is full (despite 10+ spots being empty every day), and the apartments can be broken into. They don't answer maintenance requests or emails and management is incredibly rude whenever you ask them to do anything. Living here is an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.
I love the blue windows and the entire street surroundings feels like the suburbs! Also I love the space figure. I like to be with my wife and family. It made me feel gracious in lord and possible family or friend welcome
Horrible management, do yourself a favor and avoid giving these people your money for rent every month. Look elsewhere. These folks are EXREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, CONSTANT MAINTENANCE ISSUES, etc. So frustrating given the amount paid every month.
