About The Warhol Lofts

Architecturally-authentic, New-York Style high-end luxury lofts located in historical district of downtown Salt Lake City. The Warhol Lofts are singular and unique to the marketplace, and they are sizeable! We believe anyone would find them unparalleled. They are two- and three- stories, the lofts incorporate sleek, industrial finishes include open floating stairs, cable railings, exposed conduit, steel columns. The main level includes kitchen, with high-end stainless steel appliances, designer cabinetry, and modern state-of-art finishes, in addition to a beautiful open living area with impressive, large windows with built-in benches and original brick and wood beams and columns from the 19th century. On the 2nd level, we have built an uniquely-designed mezzanine, which can be transformed into a bedroom or workspace, or can simply be utilized as a place to relax and lounge. The upstairs private master bedroom boasts a grand and generous outdoor deck that brings you into the life of downtown Salt Lake. The lofts also provide a stackable washer and dryer, state-of-the-art automatic remote-controlled blinds, and 32-foot ceilings in most of the units. The lofts incorporate three-zone heating and air-conditioning, and G Fiber is our internet provider. Our lofts are uniquely distinguishable by their reference to Warhol’s artistic genius. Whether it’s The Diamond Dust Shoes, The Reigning Queens, The Absolut, or one of our other stunning lofts, your enjoyment for living in style will be realized. You can spot our building by its reference to Warhol's Velvet Underground album cover -- local artists created our banana mural!
