Property Ratings at The Warrick
My roommate and I have lived in this complex nearly a month, and I would not recommend signing a lease. The first issue we ran into was our AC continuously breaking without a solution for over two weeks. Next, the package delivery service the complex uses never delivered our packages (that we not only had to pay for the service, but also pay for shipping from the sellers themselves), and if we did not pick them up ourselves 20 minutes away, they would be donated. To top it off, over the weekend I had a guest staying with me and two windows were completely shattered in their car and valuables were stolen from inside. We informed the leasing office and no steps were taken, specifically other residents were not informed of the crime occurring within the complex. We are sympathetic to the fact that certain issues are out of their control, however the way they have handled the persistent issues is atrocious.
Property Manager at The Warrick, Responded To This Review
Hello User, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We do take all crimes very seriously that have an impact on our community. Keeping doors locked is a must wherever you decide to live, as crime has no address and can happen anywhere. Residents and guests should never leave valuables in their vehicles, that is an invitation for criminals to take an opportunity. We do wish the best for our residents especially when unfortunate things like this happen. Management stopped using the Fetch concierge service because of the complaints and issues are residents were having. We will continue to always help our customers with the best ways we can. If you have any further information, please feel free to share it with us at 615-733-4220.
Apartments are very nice and affordable for the area. Application process was relatively quick and easy. Would recommend for anyone looking for a brand new apartment, especially first time renters.
