Property Ratings at The Warrington
I will start this by saying my 4 and half years at the Warrington had their bright spots. The maintenance guys were great and took care of every issue I had in the timely manner. The front office leaves must to be desired. When I first moved in things were great, I mean I stayed with them for over 4 years. When I completed my 3rd lease I was ready to sign on for a 4th and when I signed the lease they included a free carpet cleaning. I was ready to schedule the carpet cleaning about halfway through my 4th lease, but unfortunately we were hit a nationwide pandemic, which left me unable to schedule anything. I completely understand the challenges that have been brought on by this and was understanding when they stated that they were unable to complete my request during this time. I moved out due to the rising cost of rent. I went to ask either for some paint or what color they used to paint the apartment so I could touch up some spots. They kindly let me know that would be considered normal wear and tear so I need not do any painting. With this in mind I had requested to use the carpet cleaning I was promised as a credit on my move out inspection, since I was unable to redeem the free carpet cleaning due to the pandemic. They told me they would ask if they could accommodate that request. They day my lease ended I turned in the keys and once again asked if they would be able to use the promised carpet cleaning and they said they would look into it. Today I received a call stating that I would not be given a free carpet cleaning credit because I never used it while my lease was in effect. The manager is refusing the honor their promise and instead charging me well above market rate for a carpet cleaning.
I have lived here for 8 months, my apartment is falling apart, it is very noisy and anytime I call the front office to confront an issue they say “I’m sorry there isn’t anything we can do”. If it wasn’t for me wanting to maintain good credit I would move tomorrow. 100% do not recommend and I will NOT renew my lease here

I've lived at The Warrington going on 7 years and I still love it! Clean and Safe and the maintenance men are AMAZING! Note: If you're GREAT to your residents you'll have apts FULL of GREAT and HAPPY longterm renters! Case and Associates ROCKS!!! That's who manages our complex as well as many many more.
