Property Ratings at The Watermark
They kept on rescheduling the day we move first it was a friday then they moved it to saturday.So they decided to do the floor of the apartment so they moved it to MONDAY!The thing is we were all ready to move in and they rescheduled it to monday. So whatever you do do not move in to these apartments
Excellent customer service and community to live in mesquite tx very helpful
I really wanted to like this property, but there were so many things that went wrong and in the end, I was happy to leave. I was told I could only apply by mail, and I didn't know I could have actually applied online. The studio has a nice bathroom and walk-in closet, but the kitchen is practically non-existent. There is a tiny hot plate with no counter space to prepare meals. There is one tiny cabinet for all food/plate storage, and the fridge is in the bedroom space. Then after I moved in, I noticed the smoke detector was not hooked up, and the hot plate was not connected. The last straw was the roaches. I saw a few dead ones when I walked in, but quickly released there was a severe infestation! The roaches were crawling out into the open in the middle of the day, with all the lights on, and no food out- this means overcrowding which indicates a bad infestation! All of this on the day I moved in! I packed my belongings and ran. Management should have taken care of the roach problem before moved in, not after! 2 stars instead of 1 because management was really kind and friendly, but I just did not find this place suitable.
This property Has Good hospitality in the office staff Mrs. Gaynell is a very helpful person. Very spacious and upgraded units are available w /washer n dryer connections i was very pleased with the convenience, all Commercial billing makes it easier to Finance and the cable is included. Close to Schools shopping centers and major highways what more could i ask for The prices are very flexible. And they are very pet friendly they have a park for my kids and a pet park.Love it.
Gaynell was great with helping me find a place to live she made me feel welcome already great hospitality.
This place was taken over by B&H and they are ripping us off. We pay gas, water, sewer, electric, cable reimbursement, misc. fees, must have renters insurance., We pay for all wasted utilities from water leaks outside the office to lights left on all week in vacant apts., They call it our share of allocation and make us pay for it., slow maintenance and constantly rent raising. Dont move here.
