Property Ratings at The Waters At Millerville
The Waters at Millerville has been a very welcoming community since I first began looking for a new apartment. The staff was very friendly and the residents that I’ve encountered have also been very friendly. The apartments are aesthetically pleasing, spacious and modern. The amenities (club house, pool, game room, gym, dog park, dog wash, car wash) add to the appeal of the property. Overall, I am very happy to be a resident here.
I’m really thankful for this spot! Comfortable, creative and classy! They do a really good job managing the property, addressing concerns and responding. Keep it up!

Damm good the interior and service too good I like it and the staff is very helpful and they also know how to attend the people when sometime it’s look like anger lol
First and foremost when I say you can hear everything I mean everything. If people are being loud and obnoxious in the hallway you’ll be able to hear it. If neighbors are being excessively loud, stomping, or making loud thuds you will hear it. Secondly, there seems to be a problem with quiet hours and enforcing it. Calling the noise complaint line yields only a ticket number and doesn’t provide an update to whether the offender has been reprimanded or even fined. At this point I’m not even certain if the courtesy officer exists. Also there was recently a string of car break-ins that is highly concerning. The front office staff are nice but if common rules aren’t enforced I can quickly see this place going down. There is also the issue with the right gate being broken which since to my knowledge hasn’t been repaired in quite some time and is inconvenient. Lastly, I will say if necessary maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.
my experience here so far has been great, quiet and peaceful. the staff is friendly. the property stays clean. trash valet is a bonus ! neighbors aren’t rowdy. my upstairs neighbor is so quiet! The view is perfect. I love it here.

The best apartment I have ever lived in.. Cleanliness is everywhere and I really liked the colors of the kitchen.. The pool area, games room and gym are always clean.. But the coffee machine is always not full

Nice amenities and apartment. But expensive rent and pay extra to be living in a gated community to feel safer, for a front gate that hasn’t worked and has been wide open for months with no resolution or compensation.

everything is very nice. staff keeps common areas clean. only issue is sometimes my valet trash doesn’t get taken out like it is supposed to, but i feel like this is bc not a lot of people live on my floor so they forget about me.

Great environment,not trashy, but does need to work on only residents at pool and 2 per apartment Labor Day was horrid. There were so many groups of people I know didn’t stay here. I also don’t like how the gate takes a long time to close behind you after entering that will be a problem !

The leasing office always says they're going to get back with me on certain situations, but never do. Flooring came up after two weeks of staying here. When maintenance came to fix tiles they left residue glue on floors, but other than this the maintenance team is quick, helpful, and friendly.

I honestly love it here. It’s very clean, everyone is friendly, the leasing agents always answer the phone or return your calls. They give you complementary breakfast on certain days. I could not have chosen a better place apartment complex. 10/10

Beautiful apartments and amenities but the gates often malfunction and it is difficult to find parking on the weekends as a resident. Noise is also a problem, as well as the passive aggressive notes that the valet trash service leave on your door if your trash is even slightly heavy (apparently 25 lbs is the maximum to get an ugly note but our trash doesn’t weigh that).

Apartments are really clean, utilities are cheaper since buildings are new and energy efficient. Always room at the pool and it’s always clean. And the staff is always amazing. Only problem I have are the troubles with the gates.

This is my first apartment & everything has been great thus far! The staff is very friendly! The apartment complex is always clean! I love the onsite valet trash & carwash!
