I love it it be quite and I have no problem at all and I love they take your trash and I don’t have walk far that I stay on 3rd floor I love my view I love the security the gates I love the food places in the area it’s close to my job. It is just perfect

So far we have had a good experience. The down side would be available parking at night. Also when the gates have note been working properly.

Amenities and community engagement is top tier.. Maintenance is efficient and doesn’t take long to come out to handle whatever problem you’re having. which have been minimum since living here. Groundskeeper always has a smile on her face and takes her job very serious, which I appreciate.

The office staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to address any concerns or needs. It is aesthetically pleasing inside and out, with responsive staff. The downside is that some people like to discard cigar innards in the breezeway and play music at the highest decibels. Having to figure out how to get large packages from the mailroom to your apartment is also an inconvenience, but your packages are secure.

First and foremost when I say you can hear everything I mean everything. If people are being loud and obnoxious in the hallway you’ll be able to hear it. If neighbors are being excessively loud, stomping, or making loud thuds you will hear it. Secondly, there seems to be a problem with quiet hours and enforcing it. Calling the noise complaint line yields only a ticket number and doesn’t provide an update to whether the offender has been reprimanded or even fined. At this point I’m not even certain if the courtesy officer exists. Also there was recently a string of car break-ins that is highly concerning. The front office staff are nice but if common rules aren’t enforced I can quickly see this place going down. There is also the issue with the right gate being broken which since to my knowledge hasn’t been repaired in quite some time and is inconvenient. Lastly, I will say if necessary maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.

Nice amenities and apartment. But expensive rent and pay extra to be living in a gated community to feel safer, for a front gate that hasn’t worked and has been wide open for months with no resolution or compensation.

It’s amazing so far. The amenities and quality of the space is incredible. My only complaint is the amount of dog poop all over the grass in certain areas.

Downhome friendliness in a cozy setting. The staff is professional and very friendly and helpful. We love it here! We have Ben here for a few months and everyone, including tenants, has been wonderful.

Beautiful complex. Upscale amenities. Very safe walking around the courtyard at night . They have nice resident activities. Definitely make this your first choice for your home

This is the most quiet and pleasant place i’ve ever lived in. Maintenance is amazing and i’ve never had any real issues since moving in. This is a great place to live!

The staff at this community is amazing, especially Lucas. Lucas is also smiling and greeting all residents, super helpful and attends community events. Furthermore, the community build and design are exceptional. This apartment complex is top tier and I am so happy I committed to this community.
