The office staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always going above and beyond to address any concerns or needs. One of my favorite things about living here is the community events — they offer great opportunities to meet neighbors and build connections. Whether it’s a social gathering or seasonal celebration, there’s always something fun happening. It is aesthetically pleasing inside and out, with responsive staff. The downside is that some people like to discard cigar innards in the breezeway and play music at the highest decibels. Having to figure out how to get large packages from the mailroom to your apartment is also an inconvenience, but your packages are secure.

First and foremost when I say you can hear everything I mean everything. If people are being loud and obnoxious in the hallway you’ll be able to hear it. If neighbors are being excessively loud, stomping, or making loud thuds you will hear it. Secondly, there seems to be a problem with quiet hours and enforcing it. Calling the noise complaint line yields only a ticket number and doesn’t provide an update to whether the offender has been reprimanded or even fined. At this point I’m not even certain if the courtesy officer exists. Also there was recently a string of car break-ins that is highly concerning. The front office staff are nice but if common rules aren’t enforced I can quickly see this place going down. There is also the issue with the right gate being broken which since to my knowledge hasn’t been repaired in quite some time and is inconvenient. Lastly, I will say if necessary maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.

The best apartment I have ever lived in.. Cleanliness is everywhere and I really liked the colors of the kitchen.. The pool area, games room and gym are always clean.. But the coffee machine is always not full

Nice amenities and apartment. But expensive rent and pay extra to be living in a gated community to feel safer, for a front gate that hasn’t worked and has been wide open for months with no resolution or compensation.

The staff at this community is amazing, especially Lucas. Lucas is also smiling and greeting all residents, super helpful and attends community events. Furthermore, the community build and design are exceptional. This apartment complex is top tier and I am so happy I committed to this community.

After 3 months I wanted to update my review. This place is awesome!!! The staff is great. I want to mention Luke. Part of the maintenance crew, very nice young man, always friendly, and the one time I had an issue with my apartment he responded immediately then came back a few days later to make sure everything was okay. Outstanding service

everything is very nice. staff keeps common areas clean. only issue is sometimes my valet trash doesn’t get taken out like it is supposed to, but i feel like this is bc not a lot of people live on my floor so they forget about me.

This has been the best complex I've stayed in soo far, quiet, very nice and luxury. Would 1000/10 recommend my friends and family here. I love how the community always have fun festivities going.

Has been great, maintenance is amazing. Only complaint is the gate is constantly broken and the pool music in the morning. The staff is amazing and the events are great

Everyone was so nice when I came and toured I even applied the same day. When I looked at the model apartment I fell in love. Very nice and modern I love it here.

Great environment,not trashy, but does need to work on only residents at pool and 2 per apartment Labor Day was horrid. There were so many groups of people I know didn’t stay here. I also don’t like how the gate takes a long time to close behind you after entering that will be a problem !

The leasing office always says they're going to get back with me on certain situations, but never do. Flooring came up after two weeks of staying here. When maintenance came to fix tiles they left residue glue on floors, but other than this the maintenance team is quick, helpful, and friendly.
