Loved every minute of it! Prefessional and courteous! Grounds are nice and clean. Well lit and extremely safe. Very convenient to all town services.
Have been having a few problems with our apartment but maintenance has been really good about helping us get everything fixed for the most part.
I love it here it’s so peaceful and cozy environment to be around. The feature I love is the built in WiFi it’s so reliable and very up to speed and this place feels like a vacation every day I come home

We really enjoy our community at Waters at Redstone. The office staff and maintence crew are thoughtful, helpful and considerate. They all get together a couple of times a month and put on two great events for the residents. We also have a trainer that comes into the workout facilities twice a week to work with anyone that is interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We really enjoy our apartment and the residents we have come to know. Overall a wonderful experience for us.

We love it because cozy place and has pool. Nice environment and comfort parking zone. Also they have community events and has giftcard. Clean and tidy.

I love the complex, it’s very well clean and maintained all around. The apartment themselves are super cozy and clean when you first moved in. I am truly enjoying my residency experience so far and today marks 1 week since I moved in. The staff at Waters at Redstone is super professional and very friendly, which helps residents feel like home. From the first welcome to the tour of the apartment complex and looking at apartments and deciding which one, applying to see if we qualified and going above and beyond with answering all our questions, Veronica did an outstanding job! I love every bit of living here. It’s convenient living on this side of crestview to by pass traffic, as well as running errands. The amenities you can’t beat. I truly love my apartment I call home.

It’s a nice and cozy spot to live in. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. So far, it’s been a wonderful experience. It’s easy to feel comfortable in this neighborhood. Everything from supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants is nearby. It’s so convenient.

I’ve lived here since August and don’t have anything bad to say. The leasing agents and maintenance team are very friendly and helpful when it comes to assistance and service requests. The office knows everyone on a first name basis and they really put their best into making the wellbeing of tenants a priority. Their creativity when it comes to apartment events and neighborhood engagement is top notch. The amenities are all in order and when there is maintenance to be done I’m notified well in advance.

The apartments are beautiful and well built. The staff are amazing and I've never had to wait for anything when I've called for a work order or had any question. Very responsive and the portal is a HUGE convenience! I love all of the amenities and even a gym !

Great community and love the amenities; however, finding parking in the evening (I work late) is starting to become troublesome. Sure, you can buy a car port but that’s if there’s even one available for the unit you live in.

Just moving in. Loving everything about the community except when parking fills up it is impossible to find parking making it especially difficult while moving in.

Apartment is very nice. Trash service is convenient. Overall smooth process with signing lease. Would do it over again if I had the chance. Neighborhood is generally pretty quiet.

Fantastic experience. All questions answered in a timely manner and was able to get moved in exactly when I wanted! We love the dog park and the pool!

Living here at Waters Residence is by far the best place I have ever felt welcomed especially communicating with the staff. As soon as I stepped foot into the lobby for a tour the staff just couldn't hide their smile. the events are lovely the variety of music they experiment with is a rush! not to mention the cookouts they have. please consider living here

We love our community at Waters at Redstone. The apartments are well designed and spacious. The administrative and maintenance staff are friendly, welcoming and quick to respond and resolve issues. And if you like gatherings - the staff puts on an event twice a month for everyone to enjoy.
