Very accommodating staff, clean rental units, and great amenities! The complimentary coffee is really what sold me. The buildings are secure and everyone is super friendly!
Love the warm staff and the events they host at the clubhouse! The pool area is perfect with three grills, tables, and umbrellas that are perfect for the family to have a swim/cookout.

Things have been amazing here so far and I would highly recommend. The staff is absolutely amazing and our clubhouse is beautiful with an amazing pool. The apartment is also massive and so much room for myself and my dog.

My experience here at the waters at Redstone in crestview Florida have been nothing but wonderfully amazing. Not only are the amenities up to date and taken care of but the staff is very helpful with anything you may need.
I appreciate living here, it’s been almost a year and the everything is perfect, however, one minor small tiny problem. Of the 99 incredible reasons you should live here, the only 1 thing I genuinely don’t love is taking a shower everyday. I work outside in the field all day and although a warm shower is nice, I prefer a hot shower which would make me feel comfortable and happier. It’s not a serious concern but it does create a bit of frustration for me some nights especially this winter. I do love living here, I do recommend living here. The staff are incredible and truly the best at what they do. There are no negatives truthfully living here. I’m very grateful to have the privilege of living here.

Love the Subway backsplash in the kitchen, the wood flooring, and the stainless steel appliances in the apartment. Also love the Starbucks coffee machine at the clubhouse that offers delicious complimentary coffee, chai latte, and hot chocolate! The trash valet service every morning except the weekends is an exceptional perk to have included in the rent.

The apparents itself are amazing and the amenities excellent. The neighbors need to be a little bit more considerate. I had problems with the ones directly above me stomping and running around and dropping and moving stuff after hours, sometimes waking up my entire family at 1 and 2 in the morning. I asked them politely once and told management but it’s still going on. Parking space is limited and I pay for the a private parking spot and it still gets usen by other residents that don’t pay for it and the company hired or in contract agreements doesn’t tow any vehicles during the night so I’m forced to park buildings away because of someone else’s lack of respect.

I've been living in this community for almost a year and can honestly say it is truly a real and genuine staff. The location of the apartments, the amenities and the layout design of the actual apartments are perfect. I love living here and being able to enjoy the nonstop events that are very well planned out. The look and the amenities of the space are great. Walls and floors are pretty thin so I recommend living on the third floor if your ability allows it. Community offers a lot of programs monthly and are forward thinkers. One thing I wish is that there was better parking availability. I sincerely don’t think there’s enough parking for tenants living in the buildings. Overall this place is a 4/5.

From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the management and maintenance teams. Anytime I have a concern, it’s addressed promptly and with genuine care. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property well-maintained and beautiful. I love having access to the 24-hour fitness center and the pool, and the dog park has been a great bonus for my pup. There’s even a self-service coffee machine and a fully stocked gym that make my day-to-day life more enjoyable—all at a reasonable price. The location is perfect, too. Everything I need is just a short distance away. I can run to the grocery store, grab dinner at a nearby restaurant, or pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy, all within a couple of miles. It’s so convenient, and I never feel like I’m far from anything. Overall, living here has been a dream. The combination of excellent service, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic location makes The Waters at Redstone an amazing place to call home.

From the moment I stepped into the leasing office and was greeted by the agents, I felt at home. The application process was very simple and moving in was a breeze. The residences here are very friendly and so are all of the maintenance workers! My choice to move to The Waters on Redstone was one of the best decisions I have made.

We really enjoy our community at Waters at Redstone. The office staff and maintence crew are thoughtful, helpful and considerate. They all get together a couple of times a month and put on two great events for the residents. We also have a trainer that comes into the workout facilities twice a week to work with anyone that is interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We really enjoy our apartment and the residents we have come to know. Overall a wonderful experience for us.

We love it because cozy place and has pool. Nice environment and comfort parking zone. Also they have community events and has giftcard. Clean and tidy.

I love the complex, it’s very well clean and maintained all around. The apartment themselves are super cozy and clean when you first moved in. I am truly enjoying my residency experience so far and today marks 1 week since I moved in. The staff at Waters at Redstone is super professional and very friendly, which helps residents feel like home. The maintenance team is equally impressive – any time I have a request, they respond within hours and go above and beyond to resolve issues quickly. One time, I had an unexpected plumbing issue late in the evening, and they had someone out to fix it right away. The staff genuinely cares about residents, hosting fun events and even small gestures like leaving treats during holidays. It’s clear they take pride in creating a welcoming community, and it makes living here feel like home. I’d highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for outstanding service.

It’s a nice and cozy spot to live in. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. So far, it’s been a wonderful experience. It’s easy to feel comfortable in this neighborhood. Everything from supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants is nearby. It’s so convenient.

I’ve only been here for a few days but I love the convenience of stores being within a 5 minute radius. The apartment complex is quiet, clean and the people are very friendly.

I’ve lived here since August and don’t have anything bad to say. The leasing agents and maintenance team are very friendly and helpful when it comes to assistance and service requests. The office knows everyone on a first name basis and they really put their best into making the wellbeing of tenants a priority. Their creativity when it comes to apartment events and neighborhood engagement is top notch. The amenities are all in order and when there is maintenance to be done I’m notified well in advance.

The apartments are beautiful and well built. The staff are amazing and I've never had to wait for anything when I've called for a work order or had any question. Very responsive and the portal is a HUGE convenience! I love all of the amenities and even a gym !

New buildings and excellent facilities in a nice, quiet community with close to home shopping. We are close enough to go to the beach and there are so many state parks to explore nearby!

Great community and love the amenities; however, finding parking in the evening (I work late) is starting to become troublesome. Sure, you can buy a car port but that’s if there’s even one available for the unit you live in.
