Property Ratings at The Waters Edge
My wife and I moved into The Waters Edge late last year after being relocated for business...love this location and the VIEWS! I travel most weeks and always look forward to returning home here for R&R...the staff has been helpful and attentive to our needs...with maintenance issues promptly remedied. We did investigate all apartments in Davenport and chose The Waters Edge over them for its location...we think we made the right choice! Look forward to spending our first year here and likely beyond.
I rented an apartment at The Waters Edge sight unseen after accepting a new position in the Davenport area. From the moment I applied until after I moved in the apartment every aspect of the move was perfect! The staff was on point, the apartment is an upgraded unit and perfect for me and the pup! I have put in a couple of maintenance requests and the service department has been prompt and courteous and the residents in the community are welcoming. I am happy to call The Waters Edge my home!
I went to look at an apartment and was greeted by a professional and courteous leasing agent? I was blown away by his customer service and knowledge of the property! The property is beautiful and in a great location! I can not wait to move in! Thank you!
This place is stunning...it is like living on a boat!
I adore The Waters Edge! The management is extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities are first rate and the views are fabulous. Everything appears to be brand new and in excellent shape. There's a lot of security and, as a young woman, I find that reassuring. It is quiet and clean with all the features that I wanted including a patio, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The finishes are sleek, great attention to detail! It's a beautiful space, no noise from neighbors and it's a short walk over to tons of great restaurants! It's a great place to call home!
The views here are phenomenal! We have lived here for almost 3 years and can’t imagine there is anywhere else in the Quad Cities with the same view at this price. The parking garage is secure, and comes with a storage area as well. Having an elevator to make carrying groceries and other stuff is such a nice feature. The decks are my favorite part – we can entertain without worrying about bothering anyone else.
The property is very nice, but beware the management is very bad. Maintenance takes weeks to fix issues, the apartments don't come clean when you move it, it takes days to get a response from management as they rarely answer phone calls or emails, and things that are agreed upon when the lease is signed management rarely follows through with. For the amount of money that you pay in rent, you should receive a lot better management and assistance than what exists currently at Waters Edge.
