I have been a resident at The Watson since 2018 and it has been a great pleasure living here. The living experience at The Watson is great as I love the diverse community the professionalism, caring, and compassion that the team provides towards the residents that goes over and beyond which makes it a pleasure living at The Watson knowing your voice will be heard. I know that if I have any issues Dana, Barbara, and Sam they are on it could be a simple fix as me losing my keys lol or my dryer does not work the team get everything done less than 24 hours! I highly recommend becoming a resident at The Watson and look forward to more years living here!

Ive lived many places including 15 years in my own condominium. But that falls into second place after living here for a year. The building is very quiet, and well insulated. Even from insects! This is amazing as every place Ive lived, if it doesnt have roaches, has flyjng insects, that come in or silverfish, and / or centipedes... and I hate insects in my home. That is for me a major reason for my contentment here. Furthermore, neither management nor maintenance enters my unit without permission, and I dont get that 'feeling' that they do. And the cleanliness and trash removal is fairly well maintained. The trashroom however sometimes gets cluttered but seems to be addressed quickly. I am happy to call this place home.

Friendly, responsive and accommodating staff. One of the first to rent when the building was first built and plan to stay for awhile. Easy Boston commute, near many markets, quick to mall and movie theater, and quiet.

I really enjoy living here. It is quiet, well maintained and staff is unusually accessible and courteous. One of my concerns before moving here was if there were pests, specifically, roaches. In my previous apartment, there were occasional roaches, and frequent silverfish and centipedes in my bed! This made going to bed scary. This building must be very well designed because in my 9 months here, I have not seen any of the aforementioned or any insects!!! I sleep peacefully now.

We really love it here! Barbara and Dana were so friendly and welcoming walking us through the leasing process. They continue to be such friendly faces to see every day. Any issue we had got resolved as quickly as possible, and even when things took a little longer than we expected, we were communicated with every step of the way! Great staff but the apartments have issues so far since it opened water pipes have burst, metal siding has fallen off, people's hot water heater has burst, central ac units broke,paint has peeled due to settling, and my porch concrete slab cracked
