This may have been in part due to us having our pest control company service your apartment for the last two months and him reporting back to us that he was unable to identify any signs of an infestation but we never wanted to make you feel blamed. For your convenience he will continue to spray until you're satisfied that there isn't an issue in that regard. Should you discover a leak in the apartment, please report it to the office. We have a convenient tool on the website and will be more than happy to assist you regardless of your rent status. We were only able to repair the leak this time because our pest control contractor pointed it out to us. We're also empathetic to your current situation and understand the desire to lash out. Waverley apartments are very nice. They are under new management and these has completely turned around. New park for the kids. New grill area for residents. Parking lot/spaces fixed. Maintenance now picks up trash from door steps. No more walking trash to dumpsters.

Now under new management, but now things seem worse. The dumpster has not been emptied since before Labor Day. Trash bags, boxes and trash all over the ground around the dumpster. Trash on the grounds of the entire complex. Grass was cut but no blower was used afterwards. Hedges/bushes were not touched. You cannot walk on through your home on the top floor without it squeaking which disturbs downstairs neighbors. Inside repairs of the apartment were patched. Looking for a house asap.
Just moved from The Waverly. My apartment was okay. Your home is what you make it! My issue was the management. They hassle you about EVERYTHING but the moment you take your concerns to them, they move as slow as they’d like.
The maintenance crew patches things up, nothing is really repaired, they are lazy, and don’t clean up behind themselves. Horrible neighbors, trash every where, and landlord lies a lot!

I really enjoy staying the waverly, because when there is an issue they take care of it right away.
My apartments are the absolute best. The management staff is so amazing. They're quick and attentive to your needs. The best thing about living here is my children are able to play outside without any issues. Maintenance is very respectful when coming into your home. The grounds are always clean and grass is cut every week. This makes the apartments much more beautiful. I absolutely love everything about the apartments.
