The Waverly

I feel this is my home and that the staff knows me personally and cares about my welfare. They respond to problems immediately and are there for friendly conversation. They contribute to an atmosphere of community despite how large the building and number of residents.

Smooth mov-in and the staffs are very welcoming and helpful at all times. Public areas are always clean and well-maintained. I love my time here.

Love everything about this building. The management staff is friendly and always responds to any questions I may have. The views are great. It is convenient to hang out near by places.

I feel the overall management has improved and the efforts at building a sense of community have been very much more attractive to all demographics . In the 18 months I have lived here, the Waverly has felt more and more my home.

I have many new friends through the social spaces and the fun events organized by friendly staff. Thanks for keeping us connected! An extra shout-out to the maintenance staff, too, for being so quick to remedy the wear and tear each day brings.

Great apartment, I feel clean and warm. I find a room fits me well, and I can easily cook, enjoy my time alone in apartment. we have our package safely placed. And guard at night.

I like this apartment’s construction; it has good quality, making sure away from the noise. And everything in the room is new, I like the windows, not so much glass but still lighting. The bathroom is also comfortable because I like the hot water which you can have a good experience in bath!

Overall good experience. Would recommend this place. Rooftop activities. Common areas, gym, free coffee. It could be better it enhance the front desk services.

This is really a great place for the residents with the amenities and the friendly staff. It has a beautiful roof top view. The maintenance is really great and quickly resolves any issues.

Multiple security incidents is far from ideal and leads to severe concerns. Other than security concerns, amenities and staffs are nice. Events are fun as well.

Unfortunately the building has changed a lot from the beginning. I am one of the first residents and I used to really like the place, but recent events in the building make us feel like the service is getting worse and - more concerning - we do not feel safe. I won’t review the small stuff about WiFi (which you are obligated to use their provider) outages and the fact that they charged fees related to transfer of the electricity when they failed to notify all residents that they had to make the transfers. The main concern for me, as already mentioned by few reviews, is about safety for me and my family. As some already mentioned, concierge is not always available (which for the price you pay is surprising) and that created several problems, including people getting in the building and sleeping on the corridors of your floor. As if this wasn’t concerning enough, even AFTER the building hired security, there was incidents of vandalism and theft in the garage of the building. The property keeps saying how saddened they are that these things happened and that they are working on it, which I understand how things like these can happen, but here they keep happening. It is really concerning, especially when the building is supposed to be (as the price they charge) a premium place to be. It is indeed sad that we can’t feel safe. Honestly, we can’t wait until our lease is up to go to a better place.

It’s a nice building in a nice area. The apartment floor plans are small but have everything you need. The lifestyle team is very friendly and helfpul. There are regular events for the neighbors and it’s a free and fun place to live at.

Brand new community with excellent amenities! Beautiful gym, rooftop terrace, remote work spaces, community events, high-tech security system, gorgeous lobby with options to purchase food and drinks and steps away from shops/parks/restaurants...what isn't to love about this community!

The staffs here are welcoming and resourceful. Above all, I like the mechanism that Greystar put in place through various surveys to make sure the community is always improving.

We entertained a lot of homes for our next adventure. Nothing rivaled the quality of life that The Waverly offers.

I love this apartment. Everyone has been so welcoming, the surrounding area is super accessible from the building, and my views are incredible. We have 2 cats and they love looking out our windows. Im new to the city, and Devin and the lifestyle team have been a huge help for getting to know the city!

I toured The Waverly, being from a small town I'd never seen such luxury. Everything in this building is top notch and the floor plans we saw were amazing. The staff was awesome (Matti and Mia) and very attentive they looked like models. I am looking forward to touring again when my wife gets to Seattle.

My husband and I had a short term lease through bluegrounds, which was super convenient. The staff at the waverly were so pleasant and helpful with packages and recommendations for restaurants. The maintenance team was also very quick with request. Highly recommend checking it out!

The Waverly is a Gem in SLU! Maddy, Ted and Natalie always greet you with a smile at the table and offer help with any packages or leasing questions! Mia and Teddi always come out of the office with a warm greeting. Looking so fashionable I must say! Devin and Kesha put so much heart in soul into the resident events! The events have been so well thought out and fun! Devin and Kesha are always helpful with our packages, dry cleaning and food deliveries! Thank you all for making The Waverly so warm, welcoming and best place to live in Seattle!

The team at the Waverly is absolutely amazing! I really enjoy the events for the residents. The location is really convenient and the price per sqft is really great! The gym is amazing and the only thing the sports court is missing is a basketball hoop.

Moved to Seattle as a transplant and was instantly welcomed by the best community at the Waverly! Devin, Natalie, and the rest of the Waverly team have been instrumental in making me feel at home. From the easy move-in, the state-of-the art building, and the awesome weekday/weekend events organized by Devin, the last six months have been a blast :).

I’ve lived in a few different apartments during my time in Seattle and the fact that this was a new construction(9/2022) was extremely alluring. If you want to live the luxury lifestyle and are willing to pay for it, this is the place for you. It’s got everything, amazing rooftop with best view of space needle, big gym with a barbell, ac in apartment, modern appliances, Wi-Fi throughout entire building and more. Aside from all the amenities, there are also community events every few weeks which help you get to know other residents. For those moving to Seattle this is extremely helpful for building a friend group and breaking through the notorious Seattle Freeze. Overall if you are looking for a great place which has it all, look no further.

I signed my lease before the building was finished and was admittedly a little nervous! As a transplant I was worried that it would be cold and lonely living in a high rise, but that is not at all the case! Not only is the building gorgeous, great details and finished, the views are amazing! Devin and the lifestyle team host amazing events each month that really help foster community in a low stress environment, and it's been nice to meet my neighbors and start to build friendships. This week we did a Halloween themed waffle bar! And though I signed my lease when Teddi and Mia the managers were running most of the show before the building opened, Ted, Natalie, and Maddie on the leasing team have done an amazing job at getting to know me! Kesha is such a friendly face to see when I come home and it's so nice that the team is there when you need help! Even my dog loves living here! I wasn't really sure if the price was worth it, but I definitely think it is! The community is flourishing, the staff is helpful and the location is amazing. The best place in Seattle to see the space needle.

I don’t even know where to start, but the apartment units, the amenities (especially the gym and roof), the events and the STAFF are beyond amazing at the Waverly and this is coming someone who has apartment hopped a handful of times. Natalie, Devin, Keesha and Patricia have gone above and beyond with events (shoutout Devin’s nachos) which are held almost weekly, being so helpful with any inquiries and honestly just great people to be around! I am literally writing this review as a sip wine the Waverly has provided LOL. If youre deciding between the Waverly and another property - its a no brainer :) pick the Waverly!! (and no i wasnt sponsored or reimbursed to write this LOL)

Devin, Natalie, Nicholas, Patricia, Keisha and all the other staff are fantastic. They’re all extremely responsive and make the waverly feel like a community. The community is very well maintained and the rooftop is better than most apartments in seattle.

The Waverly is by far the most luxurious, unique residence in the South Lake Union area. The stunning views of the Space Needle are as incredible as the highly trained members of the management team. These guys and gals know what they are doing!

The overall move-in experience is great and smooth.

The Waverly has provided us not only luxury living in Seattle but also has some of the best/kindest staff ive ever met!

The waverly is by far the best apartment community I’ve lived at. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. Natalie and Patricia went out of their way to help us during our move in and Nicholas was prompt to fix our maintenance requests.

The best thing about my move-in experience was the interactions with the management at the Waverly. I had tons of questions and requests, but they were super supportive with professional mindsets. I really appreciate the team at the Waverly for supporting tenants all the time, being super nice, and I loved the way they communicated, sharing information precisely and cautiously. I could ensure myself that this is the perfect place to move-in.

This place is amazing! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable, the location is so great and the rooftop is what really sold me. 10/10 Recommend!
