Christopher and the entire maintenance team is amazing and get things done asap my light switch went out they came and repaired it the same day the well is the best
Marisol is great to work with. Amenities work well. The only con is that there's no elevator. And someone should clean up regularly around the neighborhood. Enforce dog poop fines.
I absolutely love this place, staff is super friendly and helpful, the area itself is absolutely amazing and breath taking, wouldn't wanna be anywhere else

I've only been in my new apt for 2 weeks now but so far it's been phenomenal! The front office staff are incredible, friendly and so helpful. I love the maintenance crew! They are so on top of everything which is greatly appreciated. The apt is beautiful, I've got brand new appliances in my kitchen which I've never gotten in any apt before. The counters are beautiful. As of right now, I would totally recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully I still feel the same in 6 months!

The monthly rent is expensive compared to the location and facilities. The studio is very dry because the exhaust fan in the bathroom can't be turned off.

Security and children being supervised would be nice. Gym is nice and office staff are friendly. Pretty clean except for people who don’t pick up after their pets.

The Well has so far treated us very kindly from the beginning. The leasing department was very knowledgeable and patient with us. The moving process was easy; which was very important to us since we were moving from California. The building is very quiet at night, and the neighbors seem to be respectable of others space. I love the convenience of having a park next door, it's great if you have pets!

The Well Apartment Homes have exceptional Staff in all departments. Engaging Events & Foodie Experience's. Residing here for a year now and willingly renewing. The only issue is the highly questionable bad business company Conservice used for the third party utility billing company.

The only complaint I have is the minimal parking space. Cars are parked in a spot for over a week, I get home at 5pm after work and there’s literally no parking and I have to circle around sometimes.

LI’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment complex and wanted to share my experience. The location is unbeatable—it’s close to Stephanie Street, which has everything you need, including Target, Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, and more. It’s also walkable to Starbucks, close to Costco, and right next to a beautiful park. Plus, it’s easy to hop on the freeway (I believe it’s the 215), making it super convenient to get around. The neighborhood itself is quiet, and I appreciate how the complex hosts activities and brings in food trucks to foster a sense of community. The apartments are spacious with beautiful kitchens, large closets, and in-unit laundry, which is such a bonus. I also feel like the pricing is fair for what you get. The only downside for me is that the complex isn’t gated, Otherwise, it’s been a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and a comfortable living experience.

Everything was going well until they got rid of the Casper service. I moved here in part because I thought it was so cool that you could just talk and the system would turn off the lights or open the windows shade for you. They took this away and replaced it with a new system that doesn't do any of this at all. Then they raised the rent prices. So it's not my favorite place anymore, and it's disappointing to see companies taking advantage of residents during hard economic times.

It is quite safe because this apartment uses a ring service, but it costs extra. There are frequent plane flights around the apartment day and night, so it is noisy and the internet is often interrupted.

Great staff, great maintenance team, and overall well maintained residence. Would like to have gym equipment updated or have more equipment added. Would like surveillance cameras to be added to parking area. Would like for neighbors to pick up after their dogs. Love the food trucks brought in by leasing office and activities held for holidays.

The management and staff are all very nice. Unfortunately, there seems to be a policy of not acknowledging issues so they don't have to be addressed. There's cockroaches on premises that are getting into my apartment; I've reported it and pest control still hasn't come out. It took 4 days to respond to my AC not working right. The sprinklers are wasting water and the community is getting fined for it, but they don't fix it. They do spend the money on resurfacing the parking lot that looked just fine though. This place is just not worth the money to me and I'll be leaving as soon as my lease is up.

Very clean and spacious apartments. The community is very well maintained and my neighbors are as nice as can be. Most importantly, the leasing staff is hands down the best group I’ve ever encountered and are extremely easy to work with!

The amenities are unbelievable. The residents are really looked after by the management, leasing staff and the maintenance team. We looked at several places before moving in and we are thrilled that we chose The Well.

I genuinely have no complaints. Nothing has gone wrong living here for me and it’s been a nice community to live in. I especially love the food trucks!
