About The West Coast

Originally the Manhattan Refrigerating Company headquarters, the West Coast is located at the southernmost entrance to the High Line, next door to the Whitney Museum and with breathtaking river views. With a large variety of studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts available, in addition to duplex and triplex units, the apartments at the West Coast are spacious and creative. The unique building retains many of its original architectural features, including extra high ceilings (up to 14ft), exposed brick walls, and architectural beams.
