I’m a fairly new tenant so I’ve only been in my apartment a short while but Staff appears to be very friendly and professional. Quiet area. Apartment is spacious and newly renovated. No complaints at the moment.

The apartments have been upgraded and are beautiful. Great pool, exercise area, community room, and the office staff is so friendly. It’s a gated community too. I love everything about this place!

Roaches in the unit from day 1. Been here since June. Now rats are in the kitchen. Nothing is renovated except the kitchen. My unit stinks from bad plumbing. Have to poor bleach in drains to tame smell. Management is rude and nasty after you complain about issues in the apartment. I don't anyone move here.

We are sorry you are having these issues. The Regional Manager has reached out to you and has addressed all issues and will be following up with you again soon.
Honest review: My wife and I lived her for around 18 months. We paid normal price for an apartment that was not renovated when initially we were told it would be “cheaper.” When we first moved in, we had a broken door, unfinished flooring and broken trim. We were told that “maintenance” would come by and fix it within a weeks time. We did not have our service request finished within a week but waited 7-8 months before everything was fixed the way it supposed to be on move in day. We also pay for “amenities” such as a gym, pool, and gated community. In our 18 months, we did not get to utilize the pool or gym area due to “construction” and the gates that are suppose to keep our community safe work less than 10% of the time. We were told to move items off of our porch so “maintenance” could clean our porches and had all of our items stolen. When asked about our items, the front office basically said “too bad.” The residents in this apartment complex are not valued and you’re over charged for what you get.

We sincerely apologize for your experience. It is always our goal to have satisfied residents. Unfortunately, during our ongoing renovations some amenities have not been available. Again we apologize for your experience and thank you for choosing us for your home.
I just want to start off by saying the staff are really helpful. They welcome you in and help with all your new home needs. I recently lived here. I moved only because I moved with my job. But I will say the apartments especially with the newly renovations is a really nice place to live. It is family friendly and I would definitely recommend.
The staff here is very friendly and go above and beyond to help! The newly remodeled apartments are beautiful and the overall complex seems well kept.
What a gorgeous property. Love all of the new changes management is making, like totally remodeled apartments, a fitness room, a new community room and a new pool under construction. Everyone in the front office is really nice.
I’ve been living here over a year and love it. The updated apartments look amazing. Maintenance is always timely when any concern may arise. The front office staff (Jennifer and Brittany) are very helpful and attentive to the needs of the residents. This is definitely an apartment complex I would recommended to anyone!

Thank you for taking the time to review our community! We are happy you've chosen Tupelo Trace and are happy you've called our community home.
This is the best place to live in Tupelo. The property was just rehabbed, so all of the apartments are brand new, there's a new community room, a new pool is under construction, and the sport courts are fantastic. The property managers are really nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
I recently applied at Tupelo Trace. Mrs. Jennifer was extremely helpful. The other ladies in the office were very nice and friendly as well. If you are looking for a nice place to live with friendly staff, Tupelo Trace is the place for you!
I love living here. It’s peaceful and quiet. It’s also really nice. It’s expensive, but you do get what you pay for ??
Recently moved in and love it so far! My apartment was renovated and looks great! The staff was extremely helpful making sure I knew what was needed before moving to Tupelo. Highly recommend!!
Good quiet neighborhood! I love the remodeling they are doing! It definitely elevates the area.
Nice place to live. Nice staff. Good maintenance.
I recently moved my dad in here. He loves it and the staff just love him! I feel safe with my dad being there. To the staff y’all are nothing short of amazing. Thank you for a safe place and positive environment. I also see they are working on renovating the property that is even more grand! Thanks again Tupelo Trace
My experience at Tupelo Trace was simply excellent. The staff was exceptionally courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. The maintenance was always ahead of themselves. And they always cleaned after themselves each time they came in. I would move back there in a heartbeat!
Went to inquire about their apartments today, August 26, 2019, and met with the manager in the office. Upon explaining what the needs were, the last was extremely rude, did not answer my questions as needed. I was getting quotes for 1 person and the possibility of another person as well. The lady just straight said, "well, it doesn't matter because your income is over the limit". My income alone is less than 20k a year. When I inquired about the 1 bedroom, for one person, she came back and said- it doesn't matter what you get, you're over the limit. And if you have another person come stay with you, they will have to be added to the rental application and pay as well and you'll probably be over the limit. I just calmly said thank you and left. I don't know about the apartments themselves, but I certainly tell you she was extremely rude. For my future reference, I will not be going back there. I was looking forward to this one because it appeared to be so nice and quiet. Just please have a heads up for your own mindset.
Donot move to tupelo trace apartments. The manager move people with kids over the people with NO kids. The tenants throw their food, fruits, soda bottles in parking lot.. A lot of drugs user live there. They smoke drugs and the odor gets in your apartments. When you report people to the manager she does nothing so the situations gets worst. You can't park in your parking space cause the visitors takes over and manager does nothing about it.if u ask visitors to give u your parking space, the next day your vehicle will be keyed.. it's just really ratchet with nasty people. Donot waste your money.
I've been a resident here at tupelo trace since 2005 I love it the staff are very friendly and helpful the manager is quick to address concerns you have I consider all of the staff like family. I have truly found home . I would recommend tupelo trace apts
I did not know about these apartments when I first moved to Tupelo until I seen one of their flyers. I went and checked them out and I fell in love! It's gated, they have a pool, tennis court, basketball court, exercise room, laundromat, and even a place to wash my car!! Everything is so convenient. The community as a whole is nice, well-kept, and clean. When I took a tour of the apartment, I was sold when I seen the master bedroom! It had a walk-in closet huge enough to fit my clothes and shoes considering that I am a shopaholic!! LOL! The office staff is friendly and professional and you can't beat the price! The best part is that the apartments are like 10 minutes from my job! The manager was right! They really are Tupelo's best kept secret! I'm definitely applying!!
.I have lived in the apartment going on 3 years and I love it. The front office staff is wonderful. They are always willing to go out of there way to help you in anyway. If I have any problems with my apartment needing maintence, they always getting it fixed quickly.
Tupelo Trace Apartments has had a major overhaul, especially in the past year. I absolutely love my apartment, especially my walk in closet! I feel safe in my apartment, my kids have love going to the playground almost every day to play, the parking lot has been repaved, there are bright new faces in the office that go above and beyond to help any way they can, and anytime I have an issue it is immediately taken care of. I LOVE my home and community!
I've been here 5 years and will not be renewing. Maintenance is slow and you have to track them down to get anything done. The tennis court hasn't been operable in years. The pool is rarely open in summer. The front gate has worked maybe 2 full months in the 5 years I've been here. There are potholes that are being obviously ignored and they are severely deep and all over the property. The play area for the kids is basically a jungle gym in a small field. The neighborhood used to be pretty quiet but not anymore. Neighbors are so loud and relentless. Police are out here on a regular basis. This is like the projects. I can't wait to move out!

I've been in this apartment for 5 years and just renewed my lease. I love it out here. It's quiet, we have great maintenance, pool, tennis court play area for the kids! What more can I ask for. The manager is wonderful at handling all of my requests. I really do love my complex.
