I've lived in many different apartments, but the whimsical pig apartment, where I live , is the best of the best.I will explain why. First of all, you will feel yourself really safe with the fence around entire apartment unit, and locked at night gate?where only tenants, and guests can get in. Second, the 24/7 gym is so awesome,many different professional fitness equipment,like in the muv fitness. Management team always available to help, but be hones, I never had serious problem ,just a minor help needed. You will find this apartment unit ,like the spa resort.Great neighborhood, never had any problems with my neighbors.Always clean,maintenance doing great, not only fixing,but clean entire area.Those,who loves dogs,will love this place also.I constantly see happy people with their loved animals. Just come to see this place, and you will fell in love with this place,like me.

Cheyenne (office staff) and Larry (maintenance) have both made my move in so wonderful.Any issues have be addressed very quickly. I am absolutely loving the country living in the middle of town. Everything that I have seen ( playground, dog park, basketball court, exercise room, are all very well kept, clean, and enjoyable. I feel so much at home.

My husband and I were very impressed with the professional attitude of the office staff and their willingness to make our move effortless. Our unit is a very affordable price given how nice it is and compared with other similar units across town. Maintenance has been very timely and helpful and the neighbors seem friendly and are so much quieter than where we moved from. Overall, The Whimsical Pig is an exceptionally nice apartment and we are so glad we moved in!

Overall the management is wonderful. The application process can be a bit tricky but they will certainly help you out. The residents are friendly. There's plenty of space in their 2 bedroom apartments for everything I own. Parking can be a bit of a hassle if you don't have a garage or covered parking. The dumpsters aren't that far from our apartment either which is nice. Its also gated.

We love living at the Whimsical Pig! ALL of the staff is professional, courteous and friendly. Someone was at our apartment, within hours of maintenance opening for the day, to take care of my most recent concern. We werent home, so they left a detailed note of what to do and invited me to call the office with any questions. I really appreciate the helpfulness of the office and maintenance staffs!!

By far the best staff at any apartment complex! Angel and Morgan are a great team and work Hard to do whatever they can to accommodate the residents needs. My dishwasher went out last week and Cody and Larry were very friendly and got my dishwasher replaced as fast as they could, they even fixed a few small things with the apartment after installing the dishwasher. Eric is super friendly and knowledgeable about his job, and Jonathan keeps the grounds looking as nice as he can and is always willing to help out. The staff is a great team! The apartment community is also great! I feel safe, my kids feel safe, it’s very pet friendly, and great amenities! I have never had such a good experience living in an apartment before. Thanks whimsical pig Staff for all the hard work and making this an enjoyable place to live!

Luv that they put on special events for the residents and there pets, they are fun and its a great way to meet your neighbors.The pool is refreshingng in the summer, and the grounds are nice, dry and de-iced in the winter. The gates give me a little extra security for my family. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Morgan, Angel, Eric, Larry, Cody and Jonathan are a amazing team that works together.

Nice property with many layout options and many amenties! I love that they put on special events for the residents they are fun and its a great way to meet your neighbors my favorite is during the summer when they host yappy hour at the dog park. during my many experiences and encounters with the employees here at the whimsical pig, the current group is by far the best crew yet. these folks are always ready to make the environment here pleasing and relaxing. i've been a resident here since june 2004; i've seen many groups come and go. usually, they were all willing to accommodate my needs where this group excels is their ability to make things happen, flawlessly. i'd like to list them now: angel o'connor, morgan, eric, larry, cody, hallie, emily, jonathon. i'd also like to emphasize the work of angel, eric, morgan. eric, pertaining to his skills in running the maintenance dept. are without comparison. angel is above board on her asst managing skills. always cheerful and informative. morgan is instrumental in making the decisions to keep the community flowing neatly. in conclusion, i love living here at the whimsical pig, and plan on signing yet another lease very soon. sincerely, alan fischer

I have lived in the Whimsical Pig apartments for almost a year, and I couldn't be happier! The apartments are pet friendly, gated, and gives a real close community vibe. There's a fitness center, dog park, and swimming pool located on the premises. The neighbors are all friendly, and the apartment staff is always ready to help. The apartment hosts pizza parties, pool parties and "puppy hour"- so all the puppy parents and puppies can get to know eachother. If you have children, the Whimsical Pig is a great place to watch them grow, there's multiple play areas for kids, and there's a school bus stop right inside the complex! The location is wonderful, you're moments from the Spokane Valley Mall, Freeway, Hospital, Grocery and Shopping Centers. Everything you need is just seconds away! When you're looking for your new home, look no further, you'll love it here :)

This apartment is the most dog friendly in the spokane/spokane valley area. Though there are breed restrictions, they usually allow them anyway. You are paying a little on the high end in rent, but is definitely worth it. You get a nice, spacious apartment with dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, and wall air conditioning. Water/sewer/garbage is incorporated into the rent price so all you pay for is a/c and heat plus if you chose to have cable/wifi. Plus there is a dog park! My dogs love it. The complex over all is quite and gated. The maintenance staff is always ready to help and are super friendly. Management is also very fair. This complex is beautiful.

I really enjoy living at the Whimsical Pig apartments. I like the fact that they are quiet, on the third floor you can't hear your neighbors or their dogs. The room sizes are spacious. The only complaint is there is not a lot of extra parking in the evenings.
