Property Ratings at The Wilder Apartments
I’ve been a resident for almost a year now, I’ve already signed a new lease to move as soon as this one’s up. I’ve had every issue over the rainbow here- black mold, bugs, falling closet shelves, loud neighbors and my shower regurgitating sewage. The office staff is rude and lazy and I don’t think they know what they are doing. The resident portal has been changed 4 times since I moved here. I’ve had nothing but rude, unprofessional behavior from office staff and I had a spider crawl on my face last week.
Lived here for almost a full year and have had nothing but trouble with this complex, ROACHES every day i have to squish 5-6, we are very clean people but the neighbors are filthy, parking non existent, maintenance requests pile up and a single one has not been taken care of. The office doesnt care about anything except the money, the office looks ok but they apartments are trashed to say the least do yourself a favor and look somewhere else
This community used to be a good value but in the last 3 years they have continuously been bought and sold and each time there have been massive rent increases of ~20%. The management staff is rude and unorganized. They purposely set you up for failure and try to squeeze every dime that they can out of you. I strongly warn that people should not sign a lease at the Wilder.
