Property Ratings at The Willard at Preston Crossing
I know for sure this is the place to live at if you want luxurious living. Also with a property staff that is driven and will take care of the tenants.
The Willards is a great place to live. I have never had an issue the office staff is wonderful. They are quick to help or answer any questions or concerns. They really care about their residents happiness. They take really good care of the grounds. They always look really nice. I love living here.
This place BECAUSE of the people who run it are absolutely horrible. They will do everything they can to get extra money out of you. If you want a nice apartment that is laid back and not scammers, please look anywhere else!!!! You will not get any of your deposit back, they will try and charge you extra money on top of your deposit to “fix” things they don’t actually replace (it’s happened to multiple people I know personally) and will get you for any fee they can. My bf and I lived here for two years, we have no interest in messing with these people. I’m a nurse and he’s in school plus works full time on top of raising our baby and they did nothing but make our life a living he**. Please, if I can stop one single person from living here i’ll feel good. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
I couldn’t be happier that my son and I get to call The Willard at Preston Crossing our home!… We’ve been living here almost 3 years now and absolutely love it. For starters the wonderful ladies in the office, Angela and Jenna are always attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything that is within their capability.. The best part of living here for me though is how safe and comfortable both myself and my son have felt from the very beginning.. He has caught the school bus at the front entrance since we began living here and has never felt unsafe doing so on his own… The Willard really is a wonderful community with-in Louisville!…
The Willard has great staff, very friendly and always helpful. The Maintenance guy is great! He does a wonderful job fixing issues and does it in a timely manner. The apartments are very well maintained. I highly recommend The Willard!

Have only lived here for a few months and we absolutely love it here! Everything is up to date and the balcony’s are so much more spacious than any place we’ve seen! The community is friendly and safe! Also, Georgia and Angela helped us, made the process quick and easy and were very kind!

I truly love my apartment! I love the open floor plan, spacious bedroom, beautiful kitchen countertops and huge balcony! I love that the apartment complex is tucked away at the end of a quiet neighborhood, where I take many walks. My daughter and I feel very safe at Willard Crossing and I love how well lit everything is at night. My neighbors are super friendly and helpful and I'm close to the highway, restaurants, and places to shop! I have no problem giving Willard Crossing 5 stars!

My fiancé and I love it here at The Willard. All of our neighbors are amazing people and everyone is so kind. The Willard is definitely a family friendly complex. I love getting to see the kids play at the splash park and little playground we have! Virginia and Georgia genuinely care about you and how you are doing and they are always doing whatever it takes to make sure that The Willard is a safe family friendly environment for everyone. I 100% recommended all of my friends looking for apartments to The Willard!

We’ve been living here for about 6 months and I have no complaints. Brand new apartments, which means no drafty windows or poor insulation. My electric bill is very low. Even in the coldest months the heat hardly kicked on and I’m on the first floor. I’m in a two bedroom and the floor plan is spacious. Everything is new and I’ve had no maintenance issues. The property team-Sean and Virginia- have been excellent. Quick to respond, helpful, fair and friendly. The area and complex is nice and safe. We moved here from out of town, and everything in Louisville and Indiania has been 10-20 minutes drive at the most. Seriously a most convenient location! This complex has a splash pad in stead of a pool which I like. I’m not having to pay for the amenity of a pool which I would hardly use, yet still gives the kids something to play in. Not having a pool keeps the younger “partying” crowd down in this complex as well, in my opinion. My only complaint is the splash pad is not fenced in and is right there by the road and where the main rod enterance is. I can’t let my little one play safely as toddlers tend to run this way and that and that being right into the road. Inside the apartment is quiet. I can hear my upstairs neighbor occasionally, but it’s just the normal amount of noise one can expect living in any apartment. No noise from the road. Honestly this place is awesome.
