Property Ratings at The Willows at County House
I was supposed to move in months ago but I've been on the waiting list for over a year. Every time I call they're either really rude or say they'll have the manager call me back. The manager never called me back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone !
County House has it ups & downs , but overall it is a great place to lay your head at the end of the day, The staff members are very friendly and professional, they treat you like part of the family and try to address your issues within a timely manner. it is a beautiful place and we have lovely neighbors.
Horrible place to stay. Bad community and takes forever to get anything fixed.
I have been calling, no answer for weeks now. Every chance I get to come into the office she is busy doing nothing or just has no time to address your issue. This has been the worst place to get a move in date and to get a apartment. I have been back and forth just to get information and no calls back, always out of the office, and fail to give you the correct information! I know they need help because I have heard the same thing from people who have also visited this property. Very disappointed!!!
Was trying to get in this place for 5 months property manager keep saying you'll get into the place within a couple days something always comes up and it doesn't happen.recently went to talk to her only for her to see me coming close her office door and let me wait for an hour. Then tell me she'll call me back later. next day apartment went to somebody else.Only apply here if you're feeling lucky and have money and time to waste!
Property Manager at The Willows at County House, Responded To This Review
I have been calling, leaving messages, emailing, no one has called me back. I gave them a date. No one has called me yet. I can't believe they haven't even tried to initiate any contact.
