Property Ratings at The Willows at Glassworks
This complex gives off the image that it is a nice development to live in with its ample parking on street or the lots around the building, small playground with smokestacks, small gym in main building, paths to walk around development, able to have dogs or cats, closeness to schools and shopping. However there are a lot of issues with living here. Management and staff is a big issue. Good luck on trying to get in contact with property manager. She is never reliable to be in office 9 to 5 so she will send out daily emails that best way to reach her is thru email. However her response time is slow. Maintenance around the buildings and individual units is very slow.They always have excuses for delays and having to reschedule. However when you need to reschedule or need something they are not willing to work with you. There are tenants that have been waiting 1.5 to 2 years for repairs. Of course some of delay was during COVID but you can only use that excuse for so long. However they have no problem with raising the rent. There is the railroad tracks that run behind some of the buildings. That can get annoying at times due to how often the trains run. Lots of issues with unsupervised kids damaging property. Management doesn't seem to care.
Dont put low prices on here then on the main website put almost double the prices. Thats horrible
