Property Ratings at The Winfield
1. no hot water between 530-9pm. Get home from work between 5-6pm and have to wait for the hot water to reheat. Hot water comes back around 10ish. 2. Only street parking. There is a dead end behind the apartment building with a short walk that you can always find parking. Be careful at night. 3. Heaters will turn on when it’s warm out. But won’t turn on when it’s like 30 degrees out. Can’t control the heat. And heaters make that banging noise sometimes. 4. No elevator so expect to walk a flight of stairs especially if you’re living on the 3rd or 4th floor. Getting groceries and laundry up is a pain! 5. Laundry downstairs is dirty to me. 6. Some of the Neighbors are not very friendly. Everybody has issues on the floor I live in. And everybody always slams their door so angry all the time sheesh. 7. Windows are outdated. During the winter had to tape my windows with plastic! Because of all the cold air coming in 8. Haven’t had any packages get stolen from me, no mic or bugs anywhere, only 2 closets in the whole apartment, none in your bedroom. Eat in kitchen is pretty big. Decent size apartment. But landlord is very nice and will try to help you in anyway he can. Just rent somewhere else.
