I currently attend Creighton, so the Wire is perfectly located for me to walk to class. It has great amenities at a pretty cheap cost compared to other places I toured; I would definitely recommend taking full advantage of the sky deck and the pool! The staff here are all very friendly and get things done almost instantly. It's been a wonderful place for me to live while in college, and if I stay in Omaha after graduation, I will absolutely continue to live here!

I love living in the Wire apartments for several reasons, first being they are very spacious with new design and decor that gives a really nice and rich look. I have also consistently experienced best residential support services since the day I moved in. Great friendly management staff… amazing location in downtown.. wonderful community and very comfortable place to live!! They have amazing lounge rooms, skydeck and rooftop swimming pool. Highly recommend!!

Life couldn't be better at The Wire! My husband and I have lived in two apartments in this building and both have been wonderful places to call home. Living on the 12th floor especially is a treat with the amazing windows and city views they offer. Having a rooftop pool and in-house gym at our disposal are great perks in addition to being so close to the Old Market and Blackstone. I would highly recommend this building to individuals looking to take in all that Omaha has to offer!

The Wire is located in a great spot. Can easily walk to downtown or midtown. The rooftop pool and patio are incredible.

Beautiful pool and views! Amazing amenities! Outdoor area by the pool on the rooftop deck is spectacular! Many shared areas that make it so spacious. They also have specialty complimentary coffee bar.

Love the rooftop, indoor/outdoor pool, and downtown views. Indoor full gym including basketball/racquetball court is great too!

The cleanest and nicest apartment I’ve lived in. The management is awesome and always going above and beyond to keep home comfortable. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a home.

I absolutely love this apartment! The location is great. The infrastructure and appliances are solid. The amenities are great except the gym equipment is a bit outdated. As a personal trainer I can say it’s functional but it leaves something to be desired. The staff is beyond incredible! Quiet and safe atmosphere.

The apartment staff/ground crew continue to be awesome.This review is about one of the advertised perks - the community internet. Ever since the management decided to switch providers from century link to cox early this year, the quality of the internet and TV offerings has severely degraded. The leasing office staff/IT do their best to fix the issue(by resetting the modem), but that only works so much. Nustyle senior team, if you are reading this, please re-consider your subscription with cox to continue the stellar ranking of this property. Century link offered not just more TV channels, but their internet was eons better. (Source: resident since 2017)

The best living experience in Omaha. A very approachable staff (Sassy and Nicole) who are always willing to help and answer any questions. The common areas are outstanding (downstairs and upstairs lounge, pool, rooftop patio). The apartments themselves are top of the line with top appliances and marble countertops. I plan on staying at The Wire for a long time.

Love living here. Sassy and Nicole are fantastic to work with and always very helpful. After a ton of looking around, this really feels like the best value / dollar downtown. Amenities and common areas are always clean and all maintenance requests have been handled within a day. I was happy to sign a second lease here.

Gorgeous apartment building decorated with a cute rustic feel. Really fun lounging areas and rooftop grills and pool. Management is so awesome and accommodating!

Living in a large building seemed a little scary at first, but the staff really tries to get to know everyone that lives here and will make you feel at home. I know that they will go above and beyond to help me out in any way! The amenities here are another one of my favorite things about The Wire. The gym has everything you need and the party rooms and rooftop are the perfect place to hang out with people and you are guaranteed to have a good time! I would hands-down recommend this apartment to anyone.

The Wire is awesome! Highly recommend. I am a college student and feel at home here. The staff and other residents are wonderful. I’m so excited to live at The Wire for another year!

This apartment complex is fabulous. It is gorgeous and always in pristine condition. The amenities are too numerous to mention. The staff is so pleasant and welcoming. They do amazing things for everyone here. Today they had a Valentines breakfast for everyone. The view from the outside deck is amazing. The complex is also close to many coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

Sassy is probably the best leasing manager I have ever met. Thanks to her, I feel like staying at home here

It's a great place to live. Management has been very responsive to any issues that have come up. The amenities are great and I love the location downtown.

Great place for a young professional to live downtown Omaha. This apartment includes high end appliances, a rooftop pool/gas grills, gym on site, rooftop common spaces, and an option for onsite indoor heated parking. Management is extremely friendly and does a great job of responding quickly to any issues that arise, and go above and beyond to make the Wire a great place to live. The common areas are cleaned daily by a cleaning staff and there are multiple cameras throughout the well-lit property. This apartment is located within a 10-minute walk to many downtown Omaha businesses and a 15-minute walk or $5 Uber to the Old Market entertainment area.

The Wire has a way to make its residents feel like home. The staff here (Sassy and Nicole) are friendly and remembers us by name within our first week moving here. The apartment feels festive during the holidays, there are activities and food during various holidays (they are having cupcakes and mimosas for Valentines tomorrow!). The apartment feels homy and modern, whenever you have a maintenance issue, they will get it fixed right away and the gym has all the equipment we need. It's super near to Creighton as well, so it's really convenient if you happen to be a student there!

First Off I just want to thank Nicole and Sassy for the wonderful job they do. They have offered such a pleasant experience for me and my family. I can always look forward to a smile when I walk in from a day at the office. The property is equally amazing!! We are so glad that we picked this location. Every is very clean and stays that way. The amenities are plentiful. We look forward to the lounge with the Pool Table on the weekend evenings after a night out downtown but also feel very comfortable at the wire and enjoy a good night in. Thanks Nicole and Sassy for all that you do!!

Love this place and the staff!!! They are so easy to work with and go above and beyond to take care of any problems you may have. They are very quick to return your phone calls. The amenities are wonderful. There isn’t anything missing at The Wire.

These apartments are amazing! From the reasonable price to the amazing management and staff! They never disappoint. The location is perfect for those who love the downtown feel and want to be apart of a great community. For those who want options, this place can't be beat! They have plenty of floor plans to choose from whether you're looking for a one or two bedroom apartment. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an apartment. Five out of five stars from me!

Great place to live for young professionals in Omaha, close to downtown. Management and staff are super friendly and helpful. The units still feel new and are clean and modern! It's so nice too to have the washer/dryer in the unit. Only con is that the kitchen sink doesn't have a garbage disposal, but that's minor. The gym within the building is a huge benefit for when it's just too cold out to go outside to drive elsewhere to workout. The top floor lounge is also great to get some work done on weeknights, and to relax with friends on weekends. I would definitely recommend the Wire to friends.

I have lived here for a year now and absolutely love living at The Wire. The staff has been great for any issues or questions we have had. The apartment we are in is great and the community areas are well maintained. The rooftop view as well as the pool are great for showing off or just lounging around.

The Wire apartments are the perfect place to call home, especially if you work downtown or attend Creighton University. The residents make up a diverse group of individuals and the staff is fantastic! The onsite gym is super convenient and the rooftop has some of the best views in Omaha! I love living here! I would totally recommend it!

I have lived at The Wire for 6 months now and love it. Great apartments that are very up to date. The community has great amenities and the best residents. It's like a family here. The management team is awesome and very responsive, and so is the maintenance team. Any request I've had to submit was completed with in 24 hours.

I have been living here for two years and I could not be happier. Great roof top with an amazing view, friendly staff and management and most importantly awesome people to live with. Schedule a visit and you will not be disappointed. Fair prices and only a short walk away from old market.

The Wire is the best apartment in Omaha! From the granite countertops to the plentiful windows, each apartment is wonderful and modern. The location is great, especially if you’re going to school at Creighton, and the management is amazing! The management is super helpful, and they genuinely care about the residents. If you have any maintenance issues, they get fixed super promptly. The amenities are also super fantastic. The rooftop deck gives you a fantastic view of the city, the pool is heated so you can use it year round, and the fitness room has everything you need for a simple workout routine. I love living here at The Wire, and living here is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

I have now lived at the Wire for two years and I couldn't be happier! Friends and family are always impressed by the amenities and fantastic views of Omaha. The pool, rooftop grills, 24/7 access to a gym inside the building, and heated underground garages are a few of my favorite perks. The front desk, cleaning, and maintence staff are all prompt to answer questions and extremely friendly. It is also a great location. It is within walking distance to Old Market and restaurants, as well as, close to the interstate and right on Dodge street. Highly recommend!

I'd like to start with the outstanding job that management does here at The Wire. Not only are they attentive and straightforward when it comes to maintenance issues and complaints, they are very kind and down to earth people to talk to. In my first month of living here, they threw us a taco party on the roof so all of the tenants could get to know each other which was super sweet! On top of it all, it is in a great location (a short walk from downtown) and has a very modern feel with most amenities you would want including a gym, pool, sky deck and underground parking. In the past it seems that noise levels has been a problem, but in the past 6 months I've lived here it hasn't been an issue and I am primarily surrounded by young professionals. Would definitely recommend!

The wire is a great location to being downtown and a college student at Creighton University. The rooms are nice with up-to-date appliances and many amenities in the lobby and sun deck. I would most definitely recommend living here!

It is a really good place to live in with a lot of facilities

The location, amenities and spacious floor plans makes The Wire a great place to live. It has beautiful pool and rooftop. Amenities like gym, indoor basketball court, pool table, poker table are something that should immediately get you in. Also, some little touches throughout the living space like USB ports on the wall, Stainless Steel Appliances and the ceiling lights adds cherry on the cake. The management ladies Sassy & Nicole are extremely helpful and super nice. They are quick in responding and solving the issues on priority. I'd highly recommend this place.

The location is great, close to everything downtown, restaurants, and the old market. Amenities are wonderful, pool is always clean and up to date, fitness room and basketball court awesome ways to burn energy when the weather isn't cooperating, and the lounges and skydeck are added bonuses!

The rooms and rooftop areas are tastefully designed. It is great to have a basic gym on the bottom floor that is available all the time. Whether you want to go the airport, restaurants, or the Old Market, everything you need is either within walking distance or a short drive away. The staff, Nicole and Sassy, are incredibly helpful and made my move to Omaha a breeze.

I love bragging to my friends and co-workers about our 13th floor skydeck, where you can watch the sunset and swim in a heated pool both at the same time! I love every.single.thing ! As my first apartment, i can happy & definitely say welcome to my home for a long time !

This is such a great place to live downtown. It's always very clean in the main areas, the pool is awesome year-round. The staff are SO NICE and help with anything you ever need- maintenance is always impressively fast!

My girlfriend and I looked at a lot of apartments but stopped after visiting The Wire. Conveniently located, great amenities and beautiful apartments for a great price. What really convinced us was the property manager Sassy, she is seriously the best! Incredibly nice and always there to help you with whatever you need. Since moving here we have had no issues whatsoever. Quick maintenance that is done same day or the day after and fun events that are sporadic. Best decision we ever made!

The management has definitely been part of the highlight of living here. It is very convenient, centrally located (walking distance to Creighton and a 5 minute drive to old market or midtown). Everything is maintained. Great views on the roof with amenities that are great for having small parties. Very quiet (no issues with sound problems with neighbors) and everyone is very friendly. No complaints here!
