This place is the worst choice I’ve ever made. The apartment has this weird smell they can’t explain, they did a terrible job fixing it up after the last people paint drips on the wall and on the doorknobs and no lights in the bedrooms. And no switch for a lamp and the lay out sucks. It’s just terrible. Pool is never open and the mailboxes are broken and mail is always wrong. They won’t accept packages at leasing office and there is no 24 hour maintenance. No hot water? Sorry we’ll get to it tomorrow after you’ve gone to work. Toilet clogged? You have another toilet use that one until we can get there tomorrow. Bugs and the lights in the breezeway make the loudest bussing sound that will drive you nuts. It’s old and gross and they act like they are doing you a favor to let you live here

We have countless leaks, breezeway ALWAYS smells of weed smoke, trash all over the grounds, spiders everywhere in the unit!

I have lived at The Woodlands for six years. I have noticed a dramatic difference in the staff. Everyone seems to have a great attitude and is always upbeat and smiling especially and employee named Donata who always helps me with a beautiful smile on her face and always seems to have time. She never turns me away and guided me in the process of going paperless as I am not a big computer person. Whoever hired her is a great judge of character because she is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you Woodlands management team.

This is the perfect place for me and my son. His school is right across the street and I have access to SR 408 to go to work. I've been here over a year and find it safe and the staff friendly and responsive. Every work order I've requested has been fixed within a few days. The office staff communicates regularly thru emails when community repairs need done. All in all, a very nice, reasonably affordable place to live.
I was in the process of looking for an affordanle apartment that meets my needs when one day I drove past The woodlands. I made a U-turn and went inside to get a brochure since it was too late to visit an apartment. 1 week later I went back to visit and instantly fell in love. It is spacious, clean and affordable. The bathroom is huge and the kitchen has a lot of counter space. A month later I returned with my mom who was in town, my fiance and my brother. They all loved it. The office staff is very professional and maintenance makes the job done. The only problem is delivery. If your package is not being delivered by USPS, it is left on your front door. Fortunately it is a safe apartment complex so no stealing your packages. Overall I am satisfied with the Woodlands and glad I made the choice of living here.
Everyone who works at the Woodlands is very nice! The units are spacious and the bathrooms are huge! I love living here. It's close to downtown and theme parks, but quiet in the evening.
I have been a very happy renter in this complex for 3 years now and I plan on staying for a very long time. Nice environment, great neighbors and the office staff is wonderful!! This community boast 3 lovely pools, 2 tennis courts, soccer field, and 2 indoor racquetball courts. Not to mention spectacular gym and business center. Come join our community!!
the apt complex is nice. Apts great size and nicely laid out floor plans. Only thing is they only rent to people who have higher income levels. I for one make average pay on a blue collar scale but I can pay my bills and because I don't make 2 times the rent they wont rent to me. I am an Orlando native have held the same job for 14 yrs and have never been evicted- and I can;t rent here. I only recomend those who have high dollar income apply here. But if you make such good money why would you want to live in an apt????
