The Woodlands

I’ve lived at The Woodlands for a few years now. To say this property is unique is an understatement. The landscaping is kept up, and lovely. It’s like an oasis in in the city. It’s not a large complex so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. The office staff are friendly and make living here so wonderful! The maintenance team is very knowledgeable, consistent and prompt. I will be signing for another year here soon.

Management helped us when we needed to sign a lease quickly. The staff here has been very friendly and professional.

Maintenance has been amazing here. They respond quickly and follow up in the timely manners they promise. I am really pleased living here!

The Woodlands has a very user friendly application process and detailed information online, making it extremely easy to chose the complex without seeing it and applying and executing a lease from out of state. The management office was accommodating with our weekend move in request. I’m very happy with my choice!

The Woodlands is home away from home. This place is nestled in a quiet area and close to everything you need. The staff are really amazing and understand. The Woodlands is one of the best places I've lived when it comes to apartment living.

The worst place to live if you see the apartment up run!!!! There are plenty of other communities or maintenance is done properly and safely, the buildings are actually maintained, the “amenities” are actually available unlike here.

Woodlands staff are a great team. From office staff to maintenance a pleasure to stop by as issues arise.

The Woodlands staff has made living here safe and secure. I work out of town and I know if I need something urgent the staff helps as much as they can even a little thing as talk my the cat litter out while my spouse was recovering from a heart procedure, we truly appreciate the little things.

Staff listen to requests promptly and are easy to contact

Needs help,on many things but the maintenance people cannot do a lot of it,they need out side companies to do some ,they are not equipped with the the stuff where it needs to be worked on,,,also they do not have the time

Living in The Woodlands is like living on an oasis in the middle of the city. It's peaceful and everyone keeps to themselves. The management team and maintenance team are always friendly and offer a wave and a smile anytime I see them out on the property. Any issues that may arise are always taken seriously and quickly remedied. I want to stay here until I buy my home. This is a nice place to land and stay for a while. I feel truly blessed.

I have been at the woodlands for five months now. From the initial contact and throughout the. I have been here the team that takes care of this property has been extraordinary. I could not offer a more hearty recommendation to anyone considering the Woodlands for their home.

This place has been great all the staff are delightful and very willing to help with anything ! Maintenance is pretty on it as far as completing work you may need as well ! Overall pretty nice place .

Have been here just short of a month. The apartment is nice and the move in process was smooth and easy. That's a lot considering everything is Covid-modified. The staff was helpful and very responsive to my questions and needs getting settled. Maintenance responded promptly to a minor adjustment during move-in.

Ive never met such friendly office staff before. They made it so easy to move in & talk to. I was very excited to come here from Las Vegas mostly because of the office staff & of course this place is beautiful. Very thankful to live in such great apartments around great people

During the first 8.5 months I made 19 noise complaints. I had to find somewhere else to sleep on many occasions be it in the back of my truck or with friends and family so that I could at least get some sleep at night. Luckily I was able to find a permanent place to live after a while and get out of this dump. I talked with both Paige and Jewels in person and neither of them took my complaints seriously. I was on the first floor and the other tenant was above me. The noises involved her two dogs barking for up to four hours at a time during the day and night, chasing each around the apartment and shaking my ceiling so bad that the lights would rattle, screaming from the woman who lived there, constant cussing, stomping around on the floor and more incidents while I lived here. I confronted the woman several times and all I got were derogatory statements and more noise. Management refused to address any of these issues. Even if they were making an excessive amount of noise, but it wasn't as loud when management came to inspect then nothing was done except maybe talking with the other tenants which never solved anything in the 19 complaints I made. Jewels even had the audacity to tell me that I shouldn't be concerned about the disturbances or not being able to sleep at night because these noises were part of apartment life and I shouldn't be bringing my problems to her. I even suggested to Jewels that the tenent get her dogs some professional obedience training. Jewels immediately refused and dismissed my suggestion. It was absolutely disgusting the treatment she gave me. To me it sounded like Jewels just wanted to get paid but didn't want any of the responsibility that came with her job. Disgusting!!! On multiple occasions I was also kept awake until 1 or 2 am and then woken up again at 5 am from the dogs barking and running across my ceiling. Some people have to actually go to work. I had to go to work on many occasions with very little sleep. Again I brought this up to management and they didn't care. There are other issues here as well and I hope you avoid this apartment complex because of them. I had to keep full trash bags in my apartment for an extra two weeks because the dumpster was full and trash was stacked outside of it. The recycle and cardboard bins were always full so I had to haul those off myself. Because of the overflow people just left trash laying on the ground to the point where you couldn't even enter the trash/recycling area.

The Woodlands is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! From the moment you pull into their parking spaces, youll be greeted by beautiful landscaping and peacefulness. Your unit will have tons of natural lighting and great amenities for you to enjoy. For the price, you are getting an incredible deal! Apply now. Trust me.

Great building appearance and amenities at a reasonable rental value. Located away from the main area of the city but not so remotely isolated from business and local services. Costco, Home Depot, Green Gardens Athletic / Golfing, restaurant and Safeway are all conveniently within walking distance from The Woodlands

The Woodlands is all I expected and more. They are well located, affordable and it is a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficient. The management is very professional and up to date with technology. Maintenance staff is very thorough, cheerful and accommodating. I am very happy I made the decision to move here and will recommend to all.

I like my place. The management had done a good job fixing what needs to be fixed with the wxceprion of the upstairs bathroon drawer in the vanity. I was told there was a pet depisit when i move in. Now its a pet fee and a pet deposit. One is refundable when you move out....so why charge it at all? That is an additional $400.00 with pet depisit pet fee. That is a lot of money. Premium prices for apts, pets etc for standard ..not premium.. apartments

I have been at the woodlands about a year and have enjoyed it the staff have really made this place more worth while , always very helpful and makes you feel a part of your own community with all there activities and contests its great.

We have lived here for several years. They have have changed owners and management a couple times, always an improvement. The community manager, Paige, is awesome. Very personable and helpful. The maintenance staff, especially Johnny, is also amazing. Very quickly responsive, friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. Usually responds within 24-48 hours. It is an older property, and they are constantly making improvements. The landscaping crew is great. beautiful and convenient location to major roads and highways, but still quiet. a wonderful restaurant right across the street, Cameo Cafe. Grocery, Walgreens, etc, just minutes away.

The Woodlands has been the best complex Ive lived in out of many. You get the best floor plans and space for your money, the staff is always helpful and timely, and everyone in the community is always friendly.

If youre looking for a quiet community that still feels like a community then look no further than the woodlands. The staff care about you and making sure your needs are met. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. Do yourself a favor and come take a look!

Jewels and Team were absolutely phenomenal. They made the process so easy and Jewels was always ready and willing to answer my questions. The apartments are beautiful whether they are updated or not. Don’t sleep on the woodlands or you’ll be sad you missed out!

Parking is a breeze. Nieghbors keep to themselves but are super friendly. Office staff are always helpful and call you back very quickly. Floor plan is great and provides openess to the unit.

This is a fantastic complex. I just moved from the other side of town (hazel dell) Bridge Creek and I couldn't be happier! For basically the same price I have a lovely aparment with great appliances. My one complaint is lack of storage space but the loft and beautiful ceiling design and fireplace make up for it. Definitely less crime and drama here and a great staff. The neighbors are respectful and mostly all 9-5 workers so there isn't any late night drama. I will say the parking isn't the best if you don't opt for a carport only because people are constantly trying to park their project cars instead of being considerate of others but the staff is always citing and towing them so good job ??. The maintenance manager is the absolute best very professional and caring. The office manager is great and does an excellent job of addressing issues and or concerns promptly I'm proud to be a resident!

The approval was fast and the assistant Paige was great. She and I had all paper work in and her communication of her needs were understandable

This complex is over all pretty great. It's a very quiet area and the residents keep themselves and respect noise policies. The apartment we're in ( 2 bed/bath) is the perfect size for us to have our space and when the family comes to visit. Also the location couldn't be better! With Costco, Safeway, and the Westfield mall right down the road. I do have to say, through, that the only draw back is limited parking if you chose not to pay the extra for reserved or covered parking spots.

This place is awesome, you feel in the country with fields on both sides. but have all the conveniences with in blocks. The apartment complex is a well maintained with maintenance people living in the apartment complex. A doggy park which is very clean, if you can image that. 24 hour security, pool with lawn chairs and lounges,. lots of trees, to be able to watch them change color. very quiet,

This is the first complex where my son says he actually feels SAFE?? We have a great, like, waterway out our back sliding door with trees & bushes-Very Nice ?? I'm downstairs which I don't like, yet we've been living here for 4years. We have a wood-burning fireplace,W/D in unit, a ceiling fan, & this 1-bdrm is bigger than the 2-bdrms we have rented in HI. We have a pool, spa, & fitness center/Clubhouse.We are located Across from the largest Health clubs in the PNW, oh & of course a Nice golf course, even tho it's called Golf Side,lol.Me, my 14yr old son,& our double-therapy cat (as both my son & I are Disabled) live here, but our rent keeps increases, so we may become homeless- I hope not because we LOVE living here, REALLY?? And I grew up in Vancouver,WA my 1st childhood. . .
