My living experience here has been pleasant thus far. The units are solidly built and I rarely hear my neighbors through the walls or ceiling. General questions to the office and maintenance requests are responded to quickly by staff. The ability to make rent payments and fund the laundry machines online via apps is much appreciated.

We received an email from Hailey (the very nice leasing agent) on April 2nd 2024 acknowledging our application that we submitted. And we were approved, signed papers, and moved in on April 17th 2024! Hailey was so fast in response, answered all our questions, and shared our excitement as it was our first apartment since having our first baby. The apartments are beautiful, their security team is great. Their main security guard who works Mon-Fri (I wish I remembered his name!!) is so sweet and interacts with the community in such a genuine way. The security actually cares about the safety of the property. There are two sides of the property, we are on the side with the large playground - it’s kept extremely clean, kids are out playing daily. It’s just a great property! They even have programs for the children and events to participate in to really enforce a sense of community. & trust me I was skeptical as the last time I was around visiting a friend at the Woodmark was around 2018/19 and it was completely different than what it is now. Greystar (the management company) actually cares for the residents and the property itself and it shows !! - Also side note, only have lived here about 2 months but we did have an inspection, not only did the new Maintenance supervisor introduce himself to me but they put in a work order on my behalf on something I didn’t even notice wrong with my sink. Never have had such an in depth inspection nor such a friendly one either! Everything so far has been just amazing (:

I would NOT suggest living here. We waited 8 months for a new dishwasher despite having a new born when we moved in (this was noted multiple times in maintenance requests). Water has been turned off without notice multiple times, and we are almost never notified when someone has to enter the building.

Great place to live. Maintenance personnel are friendly and have fixed issues timely and efficiently.
If money is tight, this is an acceptable location. It's close to freeways, and grocery stores. Very pet friendly, and the office staff are nice.
I have lived here for 10 years and have seen an incredible improvement recently in safety and management.
Other than the Laundry room machines not working, all of my apt concerns are taken care of & I've lived here for 6 months & I genuinely like living here for the time being.
I like it here the neighbors are friendly it feels like a great community it's peaceful in my apt

Applying online was easy and although outside factors made my wait time long, the move in was quick once ready. Lots of parking too. Its a place to call home.
The leasing process was extremely long, but incredibly thorough and professional. Jordan was very nice and patient with me through all the document signing however, and was able to answer any questions I had. However, getting ahold of the office during office hours regarding general questions or maintenance concerns has been challenging. The parking at the complex is really spacious per spot and there is plenty of parking spots for any guests to come over. The courtyard/playground is nice and spacious, and I can tell that the kids really enjoy having a lot of space to run around and play (which is really hard to come by in some apartment communities). The inside of the apartment is really nice and has a very open floor space for the kitchen, living room, dining area. The bedroom is really nice with a lovely (somewhat) walk-in closet. The bedroom also faces the parking lot, which I find comforting knowing that I can look out and see that my car is okay (Ive heard a lot of rumors of cars being broken in to around this area).
Once I'm actually moved in and have had the opportunity to be here awhile I would be able to give a better recommendation off of first-hand experience

I like woodmark the neighbors yelling and fighting and being dirty is really my biggest concerns.
I was told of listings to help families if need be and it does not matter rather you are also a college student or disable. I love the community environmental feeling I received in having an outstanding place to be and safe in mutual building and uplifting in growth and enhancement as well as concerns for all residents at Woodmark Apartments. I think it?s awesome and I have not live in apartments in over 20 years and I am happy to be In a place like the home I use to live at for many years as I am also disable. So one knows the value of a nurturing loving community environment that watches over each other in mutual building and uplifting for growth and enhancement and for the safety and well-being of all who lives at Woodmark Apartments
I would highly recommend the Woodmark Apartments ; they are very attentive to the needs and concerns of their becoming new tenants in leasing and answer their questions throughly to whatever their needs to know of. In Addition; they are very courteous and heartfelt with you. Also; They have opportunities of certain dispositions that you may want or need to require for self enhancements if needed. I feel honor to be at an apartment that have great concerns for their residents seeing that I have not lived in an apartment in a little over twenty years and this is a great place that I feel is a good home environment for the elderly, children , college children and just a family community period and a safe place to live and be productive.
A lot of SMOKING and dropping of Cigarette sticks. Residents should smoke far from the blocks to avoid inconvenience of other residents
The only thing going up here is the rent. The balconies are rotten, the ceilings leak and the upstairs neighbor is a meth user.
Have lived here for last 11 months. Took a very long time to have issues discussed at move in repaired. Have had ant and roach issues-this issue was solved over a couple months of treatment. Lack of communication within office staff. Often do not answer the phone. Amenities listed included pool and playground. Playground took months to be reopened for upgrade. Pool has yet to be open on our side. Pool by office is only open during office hours. Love the property and convenience of laundry room on each side. Amount of space and layout is great especially for having small children.
Most of the time when you need a low income complex, you walk in and it's, well, uncomfortable. The offices tend to feel like they don't want you there. Not here. The Woodmark has treated us extremely well, and we're in a safe park of town despite what most people think. The apartments are spacious and the courtyards are fabulous. You should definitely come take a look.
