It's nice here. Price is a little high but the area is quiet
The only issue I have is the parking lot in front of my apartment gets full so I have to park sometime 3 buildings away from my apartment
I would recommend this community because of the manager but the maintenance team, not so much. There could be improvements.
The maintenance staff is wry swift to complete any issues I may have. They are extremely good at what they do. They keep the property looking great and the office staff is very nice every time I come in or call about an issue.
The office staff and Andy maintenance guy are very good at addressing all maintenance in a professional and efficient manner.
I like the fact that my neighbors are friendly and always willing to help. Also the maintenance staff is quick to take care of problems. The flowers growing on the property are pretty, I just wish the bushes around my apartment were actually alive!

This is a great apartment complex, and I've had a great experience here.
Although my move-in process was a little hectic, the apartments are nice, in a safe and quiet area, rent is reasonable, and I am enjoying my new home.

Good management, good maintenance personnel. Good upkeep for grounds.
I live alone and I feel very safe here I have been here four years and I have always been comfortable coming and going. Any problems have been taken care of quickly.
I think the complex is quiet, clean 95% of the time, and the staff is always willing to answer questions and help.
The best apartment complex I've ever lived in.

I enjoyed my stay at the woods and all employees were friendly
i have truly loved living here for the past year and a half. each time i put in a maintenance request whether it is an emergency or not, it has always been promptly responded to. the community is always clean and quiet. the gym is always kept up with and i enjoy using it. moving in was easy and speaking with any staff member has always been great. this has been one of my favorite places i have lived in the nwa area.
I would recommend this apartment community because not only is this area peaceful but you get everything you'd need In an apartment. The neighbors are nice and the staff is amazing.
It's quiet, and a nice place to stay in
I believe this is a great place for family starters as well as college students. However, I wish it was divided into areas to avoid noise complains and other issues.

Overall, this has been an excellent move in experience. I realize there were a few issues, but any apartment will have move in issues. I look at the friendly, quick, professional response of the staff. That makes it a 10!

It is in a great area! & the rent is handled in the great way.
Site and the manager are poor quality. We spent 3 years here and only half of that with a proper air conditioning. It took several attempts of our air going out for them to fix it. We had 3 sets of neighbors above us. The first ones were loud. The next ones lasted 2 months before the finally kicked out after weeks of drunken fights and throwing up over the balcony at 3 and 4am. We finally left this place only to discover rather then contacting us to let us know we owed a balance and what that balance was for. They instead sent us to collections after 30 days. Do not stay here there are several apartments near them with much higher quality, better management, and better price.

The problems we have is the high noise level between apartments
So many terrible things, so old and worn out. Overpriced for outdated falling apart apartments.
the place is great the location is easy to get to the atmosphere is welcoming.
Community is good. maintenance is good. Only complaint is poor parking. A lot of empty covered lots but not regular ones.
In this age of three & four story apartment townhomes, it was refreshing to drive through an establishment that was easy to embrace as a possible future home with its two story design and open airy feel. This one quality alone was an important factor in my decision to downsize without feeling like I was comprising.
I think this is a great place for those who are still in college, starting new careers, new families; however I wouldn't recommend it to those who have stressful jobs or those who don't like noise. Overall it's a great place,and like any other place it has its up and downs :)
There's no other community like it in the area. I've lived here 10 years and I'm proud to call it home.
Great staff that are always friendly and communicate effectively! I feel like we're always taken care of.
The fact that it looks as if it has be well maintained and it is close to shopping and restaurants and not too close to the University.
This is a good place for first time renters. Rent is too high for one bedroom apartments, because of quality on the inside of apartment is not necessarily worth the amount and it’s hard to find parking anywhere near your building if you come home late at night, some even have to park on the curb even though there are plenty of extra covered space available but you have to pay extra for that. It can be frustrating working late and not being able to find a spot close to my building. However, It’s is a nice quite residential area. The gym is also really nice.
I really like the office staff, they are so nice and are so friendly. i would very much refer any friend that i have to this community.
Living here is great. We have good neighbors and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The property is very pet friendly as well! Maintenance does their best when servicing work orders and always in a timely manner. Great location for me as a grad student as well! - SW

This community seems to be just that...a community. The office staff was very friendly and able to answer all of my questions. You can tell it is a nice family friendly place to live and the location is definitely a plus. It is right by the interstate but still somehow feels secluded, which is perfect for me.
