Hi Siarra, Thank you for your feedback, we are happy our maintenance team has been helpful and you are enjoying your home. Have a great day!
Our family decided not to live here because the process of getting approved was long and frustrating. We would leave voicemails and would never hear back. It took us 2 weeks to hear back from them about our application. They weren’t helpful And very misleading.

Hello Kylun. It is unfortunate to hear that you did not have timely communication with our staff during your application process. We are taking the proper steps to ensure that this does not happen again. In the meantime, is there anything we can do you win back your confidence? We would love the opportunity to remedy the situation and find you a home. Please email me directly at customerservice@trprop.com. Thank you.
Honestly if I could rate it a 0 I would and I am not even a resident. I went on a tour of an apartment and from the moment I pulled into the parking lot I was turned off. Trash was over flowing out of the dumpsters. Then we tour the apartment (orchard model) immediately turned off. There was a mouse trap in the kitchen and giant slugs in the master bedroom. The leasing agent in the office was very nice she deserves a raise. I can not remember her name but it started with a J.
Staff ( Tony and Toni) were super helpful when it came to needing a request, weather that was with maintenance or just something silly. They are wonderful when it comes to helping residents!

Hello Breanna! We strive for excellence and are delighted to hear that you are happy with the service our team has provided. Thank you so much for the review!
Zero stars if it was possible. Infested with multitude of critters and insects, a/c issues, dilapidated condition of entire property, mold/mildew issues, list goes on and on-not responsive in timely manner, if at all-will gladly take your money while you live in squalor.

Thank you Anonymous User! We appreciate the feedback!
Very wonderful staff, very patient and pleasant apartments are beautiful. Look forward to living here. I especially want to give a big shout out to Brittany, Jonathan and Mickie they made us comfortable and feel so welcome amazing positive energy. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you -Mariya B
I lived at the woods apartments for 3 years . The only reason for leaving is im buying a house . If i wasnt doing that i would be there forever. i love that its quiet and close to all the shopping spots . The rental office with Mickie and brandy was very helpful the whole time of staying at the woods and departing.
Whilst moving here in late 2017 my experience has been extraordinarily professional and friendly. I have had many personal dilemmas during my move in process and my time here so far. The Property Manager Mickie, has been very understanding, helpful, and has went above and beyond to ensure my time here was pleasant. For the first time while signing a lease I didnt feel as if i was rushed or I was making a pact with the devil. The apartments themselves are a nice size with a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend living her. -Current Resident of The Woods
We have been here for almost 3.5 years and counting. Since Mickie became the property manager we have been able to see a dramatic improvement in things being done around our community. Fencing and lighting fixtures being replaced, calls for mantanence are answered in a prompt and timely manner, and a sense of community being rebuilt. You can absolutely tell Mickie means business and gets things done. We are truly happy with her and her team. We look forward to staying here longer.
My time at The Woods was nice. The neighbors were nice and the office staff always made sure I had answers to any questions I had. I rented a townhouse with them and didn't really have any problems. The area was quiet and the location was in a convenient spot from various grocery stores and shopping.
I wanted to let people know that I am excited about moving to The Woods. The people that I spoke with on the phone seemed very nice. ( I spoke with two different people before I came in. They were both nice) . They invited me to come by and told me that they were excited to meet me. I did not get to see the place I am going to move into, but I guess there is someone still living there right now. They were able to show me a place that was just like the place I am going to move into. When my family and I were about to see an apartment, a man came by and told us how happy he is here. He told us " Welcome!". I know moving is difficult.... I am excited anyway.
Was about to sign a lease with these people, but there were some red flags. We said we wanted to move forward after being approved and were immediately charged a $200 holding fee that was not discussed prior to the charge was made. Now, they refuse to refund the holding fee saying that we were told about the fee in person, which is untrue, and that it was in the information we were given, which it was not. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! They obviously have no problem taking your money without your permission and lying to try to justify not giving a refund. Glad we never signed with these people!
In the two years that I have lived the whole complex has gone so downhill. There is trash everywhere, the apartments are old and falling apart, and the neighbors are horrible. You will always find neighbors have multiple people over every day and they double park and take up ALL parking spots. The whole complex smells and the smell will flow into your apartment from outside. There are constantly cigarette butts, beer bottles, and broken glass all over the side walk and parking spots. Maintenance is slow and management does not care about it's guests that have lived there and paid on time for many years. Do yourself a favor and do not move here!!
My wife and I are looking forward to moving into the Cabot Mills community. Ms. Gina worked hard and diligently to get us a house. Ms. Gina was extremely professional and courteous to our needs and was completely honest when it came to answering our questions. Ms. Gina rocks!!!!
The neighborhood is both friendly and very diverse, which was a must for me when I moved to Columbus. Maintenance can be slow, it's true. But they are friendly and helpful. Some freeway noise. Great storage space on the patio, but I wouldn't mind a little more storage in the kitchen/bathroom.
