Property Ratings at The Woods of Fairlawn
I’ve been here almost a month now and so far it’s been pretty quiet and clean neighborhood. Everyone has been very nice and welcoming.
This was my first apartment and it was very spacious , quiet neighborhood. Could use a little updating far as inside the apartments and maintenance could be better. The building front door is my concern there isn’t a lock on the building front door and anyone could just walk in that’s a huge safety concern for me . Other than that it’s a nice apartment complex that just could use a little updating
This is a good first apartment. The location is good, there's stores, restaurants and gas stations near by. The only thing is that they need to update the inside of the apartment, especially when the rent keeps going up. It's kind of an older style and not the greatest paint and carpet job. I feel like there should be more than 1 washer and dryer to share but there is a laundromat not too far.
The leasing office was very helpful with getting me my apartment also this is my first apartment and it's very nice and calm my neighbors are very quiet the whole neighborhood is peaceful.I think I picked the right place to stay as far as my first apartment four stars.
I like my 2 bedroom apartment. I'd searched for a few weeks and every place wanted an outrageous pet deposit. I found the Woods of Fairlawn, scheduled an appointment to look at their model and get more info. The apartments are cute...and they don't require a pet deposit!! Plus, I was able to move in with a $100 deposit! I saved so much money, by choosing to move here. Thank you, Woods of Fairlawn!!
I moved in here not to long ago but I love it. The area is quiet, well located, and not too crowded. The apartment itself is spacious and very very cute for the size. This place is fantastic, I highly recommend it to anyone!
Nice area with stores close by like Acme grocery and Big Lots, Gabriel Brothers, a couple pharmacies and restaurants. The plant life makes me happiest though. It feels cooler with the trees and looks healthier than the over-developed housing units. The management/investors have changed hands so many times it has gotten silly. They have stayed pretty consistent within the last 2 years though.
I would say that these apartments are over all Okay. They aren't fancy but they get the job done. And they aren't too expensive, and I really like the location.
These apartments are alright, they aren't the best but they also aren't the worst. The buildings are a bit old, but over all its ok. And the area is pretty good.
