New management and new staff improvements are in the making and Ms Sandra and Tori are trying their best Talia and victor are sweet and helpful victor and the rest of maintenance are great. They are working hard on making a lot of changes for better.
From the moment I moved in, the customer service has been exceptional. The leasing team made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The apartment is clean, spacious, and equipped with high-end appliances. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the entire building is always spotless. The sense of community here is great, and I’m so happy with my decision to move in!!! Talia was my leasing agent, i definately recommend her!! She was awesome :)
This is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The amenities are amazing (I practically live in the pool during the summer!) and the apartments themselves are stunning. The management team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents genuinely thankful for Talia guiding me through the application process. They keep the property in excellent condition and are always making improvements. It’s been such a great experience, and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
I absolutely love living here! The apartments are spacious, with tons of natural light, and the layout is perfect. The complex is very quiet, and I always feel safe walking around. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. They’ve really thought of everything—from the beautiful landscaping to the excellent amenities. The apartments are modern, with great finishes and high-quality appliances. What really sets this place apart is the management team, Talia is very attentive—super responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Plus, the amenities are top-notch. I couldn't ask for a better place to live!
This apartment complex has been amazing since day one. I’ve had an amazing experience living here! The apartment complex is well-maintained, quiet, and offers fantastic amenities that make life so much more comfortable. The staff is always friendly and responsive, specially the leasing agent Talia who is always very helpful, and any issues are handled quickly. The community feels welcoming, and I love the location—it’s convenient to everything I need, yet still feels peaceful and private. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
When i first moved in, my cell if fan was broke, my dishwasher wasn’t fully connected and working and my air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The front people are sweet depending on who your talking to. Maintenance come when they feel like it. I don’t recommend even for people who just moved out of their parents house.

it took 3 years for us to be given access to the pool and workout room, they insist on breaking fire safety laws by padlocking all entrances/exits a single drive in gate. the hot water has been turned off over 4 times in this month alone. The management is exceptionally lazy, often leaving early when there is an issue or downright ignoring problems overnight.
I’ve been looking for a new apartment and came across this great complex. It’s well kept up with, the office staff addressed all my concerns and my move-in was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. I’ve seen maintenance around the property and always say hello. I love the fact they have a gated community and the pools can’t say enough! I love my home!!!
If you want free rent or don't want to pay deposit all you have to do is sleep with the manager Darlene. I have seen it. If you are planning to move here, becareful. Very unprofessional.
Privately owned and gated. Maintinence staff always working hard but the complex is old and with that comes along of running down. For what you pay, its great.
