The Wray

The Wray is a great community to be part of! Everyone is so welcoming and the concierge staff is awesome — they know me and my roommate by name and greet us every day!

I really like it here, it is always very clean and my friends always compliment how good the lobby smells. I also appreciate how kind the staff are always at the front desk!

Deciding to live at the Wray was such a great decision. It gives you that apartment feel while still being on GW campus and close to everything. Not only that but the amenities are top notch with a gorgeous clubroom, fitness room, and an efficient package delivery system.

The apartment overall is quite nice, and the service is excellent. The people here are very friendly, and I feel great about it. Every time I need assistance, the staff is quick to respond and always willing to help with a smile. The amenities are well-maintained, and the common areas, like the gym and lounge, are clean and comfortable. Additionally, the location is convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making daily life much easier. I’ve also had a chance to meet some of my neighbors, who are equally welcoming and pleasant. Overall, living here has been a positive experience, and I feel at home in this community.

It was a great experience. Lived here for almost 2 years and had no issues at all. Parking could be better but it's hard to get parking in DC to start with.

So far I have no complaints. The maintenance staff is great and very responsive and the amenities help offset the price of living here. My favorite amenity is the rooftop and also the mail service which allows you to return your packages in the mailroom for many different shopping services.

I am subleasing here and I love it. The staff is super friendly. The apartment common areas are always clean. The gym and rooftop are really nice.

The staff is friendly and the location is great. The rooftop view is stunning. The apartment has a small gym but large study room on the roof.

So far I have had an amazing experience with the Wray. The building does not only offer great amenities but the employees themselves are welcoming and make sure you feel welcome at your new home. Couldn’t have picked a better choice in the Foggy Bottom area.

I love the art deco architecture of the building, the common areas are unique and beautiful. The building is so well made and remarkably quiet. I have yet to hear a noisy neighbor.

I love the building. The apartment is always clean. Everyone is so lovely. I never hear too much noise. If I need help the staff is always helpful.

Moved in August! I love it here. Great amenities. My apartment is perfect and cozy. I have been very happy so far with everything including the staff.

Everything was top-notch at this apartment complex, and the location can't be beat for students at GW or for any other Foggy Bottom needs. Maintenance was absolutely phenomenal. Super friendly and really on top of everything from washing windows to fixing appliances to changing filters. Concierges were all above and beyond. Management had a lot of activities for the residents. Amenities were always clean and excellent, such as the penthouse clubhouse which is stunning, rooftop lounge areas with great views and a gas fire pit, excellent gym with Peloton bikes, pet wash, and more. Packages were safe and handled with timeliness and ease. Making payments was a piece of cake. Insulation was great--A/C and heating bills were lower than expected. Our apartment in particular had no noise issues at all with neighbors. Although parking is very limited, management worked with you as best they could to accommodate. The only thing we were sad about was when they cut back on the concierge hours. And, of course, we were sad to leave this beautiful apartment, but were relocating out of state. Highly recommend!

The Wray is a lovely place to live. Everything is very upkept and everyone who works here makes a point to know who you are. It truly feels like a home.

The Wray has a great community of residents and staff, I always feel welcomed and there is always something going on. It the type of place where the concierge knows everyone's name!

i’ve lived at The Wray for nearly a year already. this has been my first year in DC, transplanting from San Diego, and i have to say the staff has made me feel at home and eased the transition. not to mention, Bozzuto made the wise and stunning decision to conserve the original art deco interior design, originating from the pre-WWII years, in which the building was built. JHM

The building is beautiful with great amenities and in a good location. The staff is also amazing and everyone is so sweet. Really feels like home!

This is a great building! It's very clean and quiet with great amenities and a good location (half a mile from both the white house and the mall).

The location is a major perk of living in the apartment. Additionally, the tenants are all young professionals who live quietly and do not cause disruptions within the apartment late at night. The amenities are nice but the complex could do more to justify the exuberant price of rent such as installing a sauna or other items for the tenants.

Literally, always 5 stars. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else, most especially during my time as a graduate student at GW. The Wray (and its hardworking, sincere employees) provide a peaceful environment, conducive to learning, but not at the sacrifice of enjoyment, as is evidenced by the community events, for one.

Great move in experience! The whole process was very streamlined and very easy. The staff was also very responsive and helpful when needed. I am looking forward to my time living here.

The Wray is a great place to live. The building is beautifully renovated with great amenities (gym, dog spa, rooftop lounge). The staff is incredible and they go out of their way to assist with everything from maintenance issues to leasing questions. The proximity to Georgetown, National Mall and Metro is a plus as well. I will say that the apartments are on the smaller side (one bedrooms are less than 450 sq ft) but that is to be expected in D.C. especially for such a great location. Overall would recommend for anyone searching in the Foggy Bottom area.

I love living at the Wray!!! Everyone that works here is so friendly! Lisa is my favorite and she greets me every morning. The pop up breakfast events are my favorite. Recommend living here!
