Wymore 360 Apartments

We lived here are more than 3yrs and a job change promoted us to relocate. We enjoyed the apartments and the community very much. Nice clean pools, prompt clean landscaping and we had a great balcony with a view also. The maintenance staff always polite and courteous and would fix things quickly. This community is very convenient for various shopping and can get quickly on I4. We highly reco it.

If I was able to leave no stars I would..Wymore360 will setup you for failure with all the pretty pictures they have on their website and apartment finder websites just for you to move into a dump. Been living here for some years now and I have been seeing this place just fall apart. People are moving out left to right, in the middle of the night. That how you know it’s has gotten bad. I’m the type of person that will not complain, I will bring the situation up and expect for the problem to be fixed. Does Wymore360 fix problem? No. My family has been asking for months to have pest control to come spray in our unit. Have we seen pest control? Nope. There are potholes the size of a tire all thru out the complex. Have Wymore360 fixed them? Nope. The pools… there are two pools in the complex are they being used? Nope. The back pool just got cleaned like 2 weeks ago for first time in MONTHSsssss. They don’t spray the yard, the gym is never open. Like the list can literally go on about this dump. The only reason why my family is still here because everything is sky high for as deposit and rent. If I can help the next family I will do so. Look at other apartments in the area. Outside of the complex being a dump, Ally the leasing consultant is the best.

Lived here for about 3 years but towards the end of my stay, things got really bad with the new residents. The first incident was with the domestic violence incidence at 2 AM where the cops were called and had to kick the doors down. Altamonte Springs police department is very familiar with this complex and you will see them regularly. My unit was infested with termites and roaches and the parking lots have a lot of potholes. I tried complaining to the property manager but the property manager did not address my complaints. The neighbor was smoking pot in the apartment and it was going into my apartment. this is what caused me to leave. There are much better complexes for not much more money. Stay away.

A delight it has been! I like that they respond to concerns as quickly as possible (the next day or the same day), that I feel comfortable going alone, and that my neighbors are kind.

The new management really turned this place around and made the stay at here a lot more comfortable. Other than the new management, it has a beautiful location with outstanding amenities.

I simply want to express that I'm incredibly excited to be here to begin with. I just want to add that Kim who works in front of office is one of the most kind, compassionate women I've ever met. So far, my experience with my first apartment has been fantastic.

My unit was move-in ready and beautiful! Freshly painted, brand new carpet, and extra clean which made my move-in process easier and painless. I had to have maintenance come fix something and it was repaired.

When we were moving in, Kim, who works in the front office, was quite helpful to us. He was very kind and thorough during the procedure. Without a doubt, he went above and above. We chose to reside here, and my wife and I are thrilled with our decision! 

We've been residents here going into our 2nd year and I can truly say that we've enjoyed our time here. We've never had an issue with feeling safe, so walking the grounds in the morning is peaceful. When there has been an issue with maintenance, Eric and his team have responded with top-notch performance. Every request has been met with a quick resolution, always with a smile. They keep the ground clutter-free and pools sparkling. I enjoy having an upgraded fitness center and the clubhouse is perfect for gatherings.

My beautiful apartment was prepared for moving in. The freshly painted inside, new carpet, and great cleanliness made my move-in process quick and easy. Khrystin gave us a lot of assistance with the transfer, and we are really grateful. She was kind and focused throughout the process.

I moved here in November and my experience has been NOTHING but flawless and professional. From the ease of the application and approval process, and the friendliness of the staff, to my move-in and the quality of my apartment home, I have zero complaints.

My apartment was stunning and ready for move-in! My move-in procedure was streamlined and simple because of the newly painted inside, brand-new carpet, and exceptional cleanliness. Khrystin helped us a lot with the move-in, and we are really appreciative. Throughout the procedure, she was considerate and attentive.

We were really grateful for Kim's help with the move-in. He was kind and attentive throughout the process. He unquestionably went above and above. We're happy we made the decision to live here.

Very nice and quiet place, love all the surroundings and amenities. Ms. Khrystin made us feel welcome from the first day we met her. The leasing staff is very welcoming.

Beautiful property and amenities worked closely with Ms. Khrystin in the office to get moved in and he made it a highly pleasant and simple experience, unlike some other complexes in the area. Would highly recommend it to all renters looking in that area.

This is the first place that we can say actually feels like home. Ms. Akira & the entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure we are cared for which should matter no matter where you live! With the state of our world, a little goes a long way & the changes we've seen in the last few months speak volumes. Ms. Akira always greets you with a smile & compassion that is truly one of a kind. 10/10 would recommend living here.

I've been residing here for the past three years, and I adore it! Everyone there is wonderful, and it's a pretty peaceful neighborhood. Any maintenance difficulties are promptly resolved thanks to Ms. Akira, who is always on top of things. Additionally, the front desk is really helpful with everything.

the Wymore 360 is a great and safe place to live, well located due to its proximity to local stores. Maintenance is fast and effective and do not leave you hanging, and I want to also emphasize on Blanca, the property manager with a welcoming smile. She makes sure your problems are solved. She is overall outstanding and great at what she does, a great asset and she deserves a big recognition, Keep up the great work Blanca YOU ROCK!!!

If I could leave this place right now without penalty, I would. I haven’t been living here for too long but already the customer service from management is horrible, the neighbors are sketchy, and the “newly renovated” apartment was just painted over old cabinets. They didn’t even update the appliances or bathroom. The closets are all old and outdated. It doesn’t even have a microwave! None of this was said to me as I was signing the lease. All the leasing agent cares about is getting you to sign and then you’re left to fend for yourself. Yea sure I can make my apartment seem cozy, but I don’t feel safe stepping outside my door. The rent isn’t worth what you get for it. The only reason I signed the lease was because they were the only ones who actually responded to me, and now I know why. They just want you to sign a lease and they don’t care about anything else afterwards. Save yourself the trouble and move somewhere else. ITS NOT WORTH IT.

My husband and I have lived in this complex for about 4 years and the management in this complex is awful. We moved in and although the monthly rate was good at that time, the management that has taken over since then is NOT good. They take forever to answer maintenance requests and do not let us know when problems are occurring in the complex. Currently our water is not working and when I went to go talk to the front office about it, they said it was "late in the day" and a lot of plumbing issues to take care of so it might not get done today and it might have to wait until MONDAY. it's currently FRIDAY. If there are others in the complex with plumbing problems and its a community thing, why wasn't there a notice or email going out about it?! I also requested a new dishwasher in the middle of 2019 since ours was broken and it took them about 2 months to replace it AND, it still doesn't work properly. The drainage system I don't think is working correctly so the inside gets dirty after every use. We have just stopped using it completely and went back to hand washing our dishes. There are laundry facilities in the complex as well and we have stopped using them because only 4 out of about 20 work. They might have updated them or replaced them since then but I don't deal with them and go to a laundromat instead. They seem to only focus on the outside of the community and empty apartments rather than the current residents. The maintenance workers (they're amazing - hands down the best part about this place) give us more information about what's going on in the complex than the actual management. I would not recommend this complex. Price is pretty good compared to others, but NOT worth the headache.

marlen the maintence personal came out with out me having to request service due to a leak he was very fast and efficient without any hestiation he was a big help. Great service happy tenant

if I can give this place zero stars, I would. I honestly have no idea where to start. i’ve been a resident here for 4 years. at first, it was the cheapest place in the area so I didn’t have high hopes. but they jacked up our rent by $300 in one year so I would expect a little more. nothing has changed. only 2 washers and dryers that actually work for the whole complex. i’ve called for pest control and nothing happened. roads suck. office sucks. they want to charge us for 2 cars in one apartment which means I pay them or I have one car for two working adults. I can go on and on but I would read this much either lol. stay away!!! not worth it!!!

Don’t believe the good reviews for WYMORE 360. It’s most likely the staff that paid someone to do good reviews. If I can give this place a negative star I would! Let me tell you I've been in the place for over 7 years and new property managers came in and raised the price over $400 dollars more then what the old property manager charged. I stayed in the place for that long because it was affordable but the conditions were not to good but for the price I was okay with it. The maintenance men used to always come as soon as I called them and I loved that. But now the new property manager renamed it wymore 360 and it went all to hell! They are overcharging all the old tenants to fix the landscaping and upgrade there office. But everything else in these old apt mantra stay the same. There's mold, bats, big water bugs, the dumpster is always overfilled with garbage overflowing all over the sidewalk, and the laundry mats are always not working. They want to overcharge people for this nasty place! Not worth it! Don't get trapped! The maintenance men take forever to fix something. I had my AC go out in the summer and they didn't even bother bringing me a portable AC in the 100 degree weather. They tricked me into renewing the lease with them this year and now are trying to charge monthly pet fee when my lease is about to be over telling me they will addendum the lease. Oh and let me not forget to put that the ceilings leak from bad roofing every time it rains. I'm over it and will never rent with any of these property managers. The good reviews are most likely by the staff.

I have moved a lot during my years in Orlando and this complex has hands down the best office staff I have ever encountered! They are friendly, personable, not pushy and are looking out for the tenant's best interest. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe, clean and very reasonably priced place to live!

The reason that I moved here was because this was the only apartment complex that responded quickly to my request. The paperwork everything was approved and really to move in in a week. I didnt want to really believe the reviews but I should've. My a/c unit broke down more than a week ago and it still hasn't been fixed. I'm frustrated because it happened while in summer and because they really don't care. They hire their maintenance crew off a temp agency and they don't last not even a day. I had in a period of a week three different maintenance crew. So if you're in deep necessity sure rent here .... But you just being warn

I moved in October and Unfortunately, I failed to realize at the time we were making a mistake but we needed a place to live on a short notice. The apartments are clean and comfortable. The management are not the best but they are trying. We had quite a few issues moving in and it seems every month there’s a new issue. The trash is piled up by the dumpster and the prices you see don’t expect to be paying that price, they raise the price once the lease agreement is signed and it comes time for you to pay your first month of rent. It’s a lot of chaos but if you have no where else to live on a short notice than this is the place for you.

No good service, poor maintenance, they're rude, they raised the rent by 400.00 dollars without notice. Termites infected apartments ,the trash overflow all the time. The pool fail inspection was green like the Everglades all it was missing was a gator. Roof leaks no pest control and they want you to pay renters insurance mandatory. A lot of homeless wandering around. Everyday is a new leasing agent all clueless of what's going on. Good luck if you move there.

Moved in a week ago. No hot water for 4 days. No A/C for a week and counting. Apartment wreaks of cigarettes. Doors don't close, outlets don't work. Management won't do anything and is very rude about it. Maintanence doesn't care. Spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else
