Like the name implies, this district is home to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although this neighborhood is a clear choice for students, faculty, and staff, the University District offers allure far beyond the campus. When moving to Vegas to be a student, I had no idea that I would be living in a community that has a view of the Las Vegas Strip! I love having a pool and the rooftop area is sweet! Totally recommend checking out The YoU if you are moving to Vegas!

Yes, they actually refused to do this. The internet is awful, the walls are super thin and the management is awful
My situation changed and I ended up staying at the apartments I'm at now, but my friend lives here and her studio apartment is gorgeous! High ceilings, quality interior, and graceful designs provide top notch views of the strip and the valley's mountains on the upper floors. It's neat that each landing and floor is themed by a different amenity (gym, study, game room, communal kitchen, etc.). Folks in the office are super friendly, and there is a coffee house and restaurants outside the secure lobby/mailroom on the ground floor. Grocery store and gas stations are within walking distance. UNLV campus and transit center are across the street, too. That's hard to beat!
