As its name implies, Stadium Area is home to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, home of the Baltimore Orioles. Fans delight in this sport-centric neighborhood located in Downtown Baltimore. The Baltimore Ravens play at M&T Bank Stadium, which is located just south of the neighborhood while casual eateries and sports bars are scattered throughout the district. Ridgley's Delight rests beside Stadium Area and houses the Babe Ruth Birthplace and Museum.
You don’t have to be a sports fan to enjoy Stadium Area either. The neighborhood lies a few blocks away from the University of Maryland-Baltimore and some of the city’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment hubs. Crack crabs at longstanding seafood spots, admire sea creatures at the National Aquarium, or spend a night out at Power Plant Live!, a trendy enclave for entertainment and nightlife.

I really enjoyed my time living at the Zenith. The property is well kept and the maintenance staff is incredibly fast and professional. They go above and beyond for residents, like retrieving my keys from the elevator shaft when I dropped them down. The community is predominately professional adults so it stays quiet and clean. The amenities are well kept but could use an update. I would happily continue to live here if I had not purchased a home.
Location is conveniently situated within the city with great views of Camden Yards! Awesome property management team as well!

The Zenith apartment is one that I can recommend to all who plans to live an apartment life near in baltimore near the harbour. The servie is excellent and the staff are friendly and very helpful. They always look into every residents needs and their assistance are always extraordinary. During our time in the Zenith we have a very lovely and very accommodating Front Desk Manager named Linda, she is always on top of everything when it comes to residents care. THe managers Candace and Brittany are very hands on and they always make sure that every aspect of the apartment is in tip top shape. The maintenance team are very proactive, they always make sure that everything are SMothly. THey do have some mishaps but it is mostly zero to none, probably because they are always proactive and they make sure that it does not bother us. Thanks, Chris!

Great management team, great facilities, and a great home! Best apartment I've ever lived in. The amenities and the staff are top notch. You always feel welcomed and everyone is happy to help you fix even the smallest thing that could be off. Great location mixed with great people gets me every time! after another year down everything's just kept getting better. New management has been great at organizing more events and making us feel more involved as a community, as safely as they can. We're getting new upgrades, and the whole staff is always super responsive to what you might need. Still the best apartment I've ever had, and I'm really looking forward to more years to come at the Zenith!

There's nothing closer to living in a work of art. It is satisfying to see how the building stands out in the panorama as you get closer. The interior is not far behind, the amenities are top quality and the units could not be better maintained.

I lived at The Zenith for 3 years while I attended law school at The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. I just graduated and moved out a month ago. I chose The Zenith because since I was a law student who was moving into my first apartment and had a car, I loved that The Zenith provided on site parking, had a good security system, was only a 10 min walk from my law school, and was a reasonable rent price for a one bedroom apartment with a stunning view of Camden Yards. But I stayed at The Zenith because it not only met these initial needs, but did so much more. My last year of law school was spent doing virtual learning during the pandemic, so living in a clean, safe building that had no major noise issues and a kind staff that were ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS friendly was a godsend and gave me so much peace of mind while trying to get through law school in the middle of a pandemic. Also, I never experienced any bug or rodent problems, water leaking problems, or electric problems. I really appreciated being so close to so much of Baltimore. Most of downtown was either a walk or short drive for me. The hospital and other parts of The University of Maryland campus were right outside my door, I could walk to the shops in the Inner Harbor, a Starbucks and Ceremony Cafe. I could walk to The Baltimore City Circuit Courthouse buildings and other legal office buildings that I frequented a lot during my law school internships. Also Patterson Park, an amazing park in Bmore that I enjoyed going for walks in to get some exercise during the pandemic was only a 15 min drive. I was also only about a 15-20 min drive from Harbor East, a nice neighborhood with a Whole Foods and nice restaurants. I did live at the building when the elevator issues were occurring and when construction was being done in the garage. Yes, it was a bit of a inconvenience for a short period of time. But stuff happens. I didn’t think it was that big of an issue. And like another review on here said, The Zenith staff were diligent in giving residents an update on all that was happening and took measures to ensure our needs were still taking care of as best as possible. While the construction was happening, Residents were able to park at The Hilton Hotel garage right across the street for no extra parking fee. So in short, I loved The Zenith. The building is safe and clean, rent is reasonable, and you have downtown Bmore at your fingertips to explore. You just can’t beat that.

I lived at the Zenith for 4 years. I thoroughly enjoyed living there. The concierge, staff and maintenance were all helpful, attentive and timely. Of course, during the time I live there, the elevators required repair and it caused a great inconvenience, but staff kept residents informed of the work and progress. I prefer elevator repair rather than being the person on a malfunctioning elevator. The Zenith was a community and hosted many events for residents and even offered free tickets to events in the city. The maintenance staff were attentive and always available to hang pictures, curtains and even recharge your dying car battery. I highly recommend the Zenith as a community in the city to live.

Hi, thank you so much for providing us with feedback on your experience here! We really appreciate your positive review . Our team strives to deliver an excellent experience, and are glad you found this to be the case during your time at Zenith.
Right now as I type, we have NO ELEVATORS working in our building. We only have 2. A few weeks ago, when someone was moving out, they hit a sprinkler and fried one elevator and flooded several floors of apartments. It was only a matter of time before the remaining elevator got fried too. They sent an email a few days ago saying the original elevator wont get fixed UNTIL MID/END OF SUMMER. The only thing this place has is proximity (close to hospital and UMB). Every thing else is overpriced. The building is old and needs to be updated. It takes forever to get things repaired and they will wait months before spending money to fix things. (i.e. before our current new garage doors, we had this rickety thing that they kept “repairing” for MONTHS instead of buying a new one). Also, the last year, there has been a change in the caliber of the residents here. The leasing office has just been letting whoever come here. Many of my neighbors have been complaining about weed and other smoke smells seeping into our apartments. I have lived here for many years and when my lease is up this fall and I am OUT. There are other places in Baltimore that are worth my money (AND HAVE WORKING ELEVATORS!) This place is truly not worth the headache.

Hi thank you so much for taking the time to review us. We are disappointed to see your low star rating and would like to talk with you more about your experience with our community and team. Please reach out to us at (410) 605-9212. We would like to listen to your feedback to see how we can do better and turn your experience with The Zenith around! Thank you, -The Zenith
If you love the idea of peering out your window and seeing the sights and sounds of beautiful Camden Yards, but also love living in a building where most of the amenities will be broken, the staff will make mistakes that cost you lots of money, none of your maintenance requests will be addressed, and you'll be woken up in the middle of the night to the smell of pot smoke seeping into your apartment, you'll LOVE the Zenith in Baltimore, MD. Seriously, for the price you'll pay to live within a stone's throw of Camden Yards, you're better off buying season tickets and getting hotel rooms. The Zenith might be beautiful from the outside, but it has a long way to go to live up to itself on the inside.
Looking out my living room window and being treated to the sights and sounds of beautiful Camden Yards almost makes up for the poor service and consistently non-functioning Amenities of this centrally located downtown Baltimore apartment building...almost! While the building is beautiful and the apartments are well built, the staff has some work to do. During our time many amenities were non-functioning and the staff made several major errors that ended up costing us money. Aside from the service though, lovely place to live.
