Property Ratings at TheFinnMidtown
As a 4-year resident of this building, I can say I've seen the ups and downs. Previous complaints here about lack of maintenance on laundry & gym among other tenant concerns were not wrong, but mid-2023 a new property management came on that has transformed this place. They are kind, reasonable people who stay on top of the property. Maintenance is quick to happen, communication on new projects in the building is thorough, improvements continue to be made, the gym, elevator, and laundry room are well kept, and regular cleaning happens! It's really changed the game as a tenant here, and as long as they are here I can't recommend this place enough.
Management has zero concern for tenants. The laundry room almost never worked, when it did the whole building was sharing one machine. Elevator has been broken for about a year and never got notice of them even trying to fix it. Instead of them trying to address the concerns of tenants they were more focused on the appearance of the exterior of the building.
Management has no concern for the tenants, they communicate poorly and amenities such as the elevator and gym have been out of order for over a year.
We live here now and enjoy our unit. Its centrally located, in the middle of midtown, I can walk to Wholefoods from here. We don't have a car and it's still convenient. Everything is online with the management company and really works for us.
The apartments are cute and suitable for someone needing an open floor plan, updated kitchens and baths. I loved living here. The management was nice to me and handled all issues promptly!
I feel as if this is a terrible place to live. I feel as if the management does not take any complaints seriously. I will undoubtedly post more about my experience when my lease ends.
Property Manager at TheFinnMidtown, Responded To This Review
