Hamilton is a suburban city in southeastern Ohio, about thirty miles north of Cincinnati. The community is known for wearing its colorful history on its sleeve: the Lindenwald neighborhood is designated as a National Historic District, and beautiful examples of vintage architecture are on display all over the city, from the numerous Victorian homes to the magnificent Butler County Courthouse.

I've been here for 7 months and I can't find a single thing I would complain about or consider negative. All forms of entertainment within walking distance, trash + laundry on EVERY floor, an open gym, great food selection's on every block near you, the staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is going well with you and actually care about you as a person instead of a tenant. The neighbors are unmatched, everyone is so kind and inviting, from personal experience my floor is very quiet and calm with no loud neighbors or animals, Safety is an incredible priority with key fobs needed for every door and your fob will only take you to your floor (and the floor with the gym). I can't tell you how many people I've talked to about the complex and how lucky I was to get in here. It's so amazing.
This was a former office building that has been transformed into a lovely apartment complex! Spacious layout. Reasonable rent. Great amenities.
I recently moved into Third and Dayton Apartments and had an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to the incredible assistance from Clint. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and offers fantastic amenities. Clint went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move-in process, addressing all my concerns and providing valuable insights about the neighborhood. The personalized service and attention to detail truly set this place apart. A big shoutout to Clint for making my transition into this community seamless and enjoyable!
I started visiting Third + Dayton about two years ago when I met my best friend who lives here. I was always very impressed when she mentioned how quickly the property manager would respond whenever she needed anything and by the overall atmosphere and cleanliness of the building. I had a very different experience at the apartment I was living at then, so when my lease ended I contacted Third + Dayton to see their availability and pricing. I moved in during the fall of 2023, and have been very pleased by the friendliness and quality of my apartment. I've recommended it to all my friends that visit, and have no regrets in choosing my home. It's affordable, high quality, and has a community environment that I value. These are three things I didn't find simultaneously anywhere else. I cannot recommend Third + Dayton enough!!
